All the work was done in a timely manner and I couldn't be happier with my new doors. I would certainly recommend Emergency Door.

They came out I wasn't impressed with them to tell you the truth the person they sent out wasn't very friendly and did not talk much and I was kind of curious about what was going on and what they were doing and that and he didn't seem to volunteer much information I can't say if he did a good job or very bad job because I really know what he did I am so sorry I went for this deal.

The technician was excellent. The only problem was Emergency Door Services forgot about me! I waited and waited for the door to come in. Contract agreement signed 6/22/16. I finally called on 8/8/16 to see what was taking so long. Paperwork was lost, my file could not be found. Two hours later I was called back and garage door installed on 8/11/16.

Very, very well. The technician was experienced, knowledgeable, and able to explain favorable details of the door as well as how to maintain it. He not only was prompt, but very quick and efficient in his work. And the price was right.

They explained everything thoroughly and offered many options. Everything was clearly explained and itemized on the estimate. They were very flexible with our somewhat tricky schedules. After the work was complete, we noticed an issue with an exposed area on the top of the frame. We called and they said they were planning on getting back to us about this because they needed an additional piece to fix it. They returned in less than a week and fixed the problem and we didn't need to be there. The doors are gorgeous, quiet, and everything we thought they would be. The price is high because we basically selected the most expensive options they had. At this time we are very happy with all aspects of the work.

We bought the Angie's List deal for a new garage door from this provider. They contacted us two days later and wanted to schedule a time to come out and measure the door the next day, which was great. Once they measured the door, they came a week later to install it. They were very professional, quick and on time. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.

Met with estimator to inspect project and take measurements. Reviewed color options and window options -- agreed on price. Installation was professional and efficient. Door works well and improves appearance of house.

It went excellent. They set up the appointment, showed up on time and preformed the described service as listed on the Angies List Special Deal. They could not replace the rollers as listed because our rollers were extra large and older, but instead but a seal on the bottom of the door to keep out the cold. We are very satisfied. The technician, Paul, was very professional and accommodating.

This is about the 4th or 5th time I've used these guys. They are always courteous and prompt and do excellent work at a reasonable price. I'm planning on having the doors replaced soon and will no doubt have them do the job.

Our experience with Emergency Door Services was fantastic from start to finish. If I had to sum up our experience in one word it would be 'integrity.' I called and explained our situation (broken torsion spring with 'easy set' framework) and they returned my call within an hour. It was about 4p on a Monday and they were able to schedule us for the very next day between 9a-11a. Ray arrived on time and completed the job with exceptional professionalism. They were extremely responsive, honored the telephone quote even though the actual job would have cost more, and the work was exceptional. I honestly can give them the absolutely highest rating. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

Scheduling was easy. They came out to measure, asked a few questions about what I wanted, and then placed the order. They were great about adding a second door to my order at the same rate as I purchased a deal. The door took a few weeks to arrive and just when I was asking about when it might come it-- it arrived. Scheduling the installation was easy. I have stuff in my garage. Some things were on wheels and other things were packed up so I could leave them in the driveway. The guy who did the install was AMAZING! The nicest guy ever! It was lightly raining and so while I should have had to put my equipment out in the driveway under a tarp, he worked with me to minimize what had to be moved. He asked a few questions just to make sure it was exactly the way I wanted things. I pointed out to him where the outdoor electrical plug was so that he could plug in and he was all set! He finished faster than I expected. The job was great. I had just had the electrical plug installed a month before so it was convenient as otherwise the garage itself does not have power. That's just a little bit of info for anyone else doing the purchase as he did have to do some work on site to customize it to make it perfect.

Fine - he came out on the 13th and measured; the door was installed on the 15th! The original door was installed when the house was built, so it was way overdue to replace. No problems. Very happy.

Ray came on time and was able to see the issue and had indicated that there would be no problem to fix. After about 20 mins he was complete and then showed me the other cable and wire were not installed correctly. He informed me that it is still functional but would recommend replacing it. I did that and 15 mins later he was complete with the project. He was kind and courteous and would recommend this company to anyone that needs garage repair!!! Unable to add the price because there is a bug in the app but it was below $200.
