He left the door suitably working and the problem was solved the next business day. The new door looks much better than the old one and I am pleased.

He was very nice and explained why the bracket was breaking off and that his fix should prevent it from happening again. He pointed out weak spots in the door and showed me what to keep an eye on. He also lubricated the track and rollers making it operate much quieter now (free of charge). Outstanding service and a fair price. I will hire again when needed.

When he arrived, I explained everything I needed, including a brand new keypad installation, and he was glad to get to work on it right away. The whole installation took about an hour, and when he was finished, he took the time to show me how everything functioned, and test it out. It was an overall wonderful experience, and I'm glad I ended up with this company!
Description of Work: I had a very outdated garage door opener that was soon to be on it's last legs. I'm not familiar with the area, so I found Emergency Door Servies on Angie's List and made an appointment.
