Would not use again. Took 7 weeks to get the part. Poor customer service.

I called in the morning. They gave me a time slot the same afternoon. They came on the early side of the time slot, and texted and emailed on the way with the name of the technician and his photo. Billy was courteous, gave me information about possible causes, and fixed the problem on the spot. The process was possibly the most seamless plumbing experience I've had. Thank you.

A few weeks ago our gas hot water heater died. We had never used Valdel Plumbing before but were extremely impressed with the entire experience. We found them on Angie's list as being highly rated and there's a reason for it. We called them at 7:30 in the morning and by 11:30 AM had hot water and that's not exaggerating! Their specialist, Steve Ault was awesome and very knowledgeable. He quickly got to work dismantling the old unit. He even had a new heater and all the parts on his truck so there wasn't even a delay in waiting for parts or a new heater to be delivered. He also installed a drip pan, a pressure regulator and re-routed some of the exhaust piping for better venting. The price they charged seemed to be in line with the work performed. Obviously, based on our first time experience, we'd highly recommend Valdel and Steve for any residential plumbing work. Thanks Valdel!

I got Tim from Valdel to install a second sump pump with a battery run backup sump pump. The job cost me $4,800 that wasn't even done properly. I ended up having to replace the sump pump pit that was riddled with holes on the bottom and the sides. The primary sump pump and the backup sump pump wasn't even properly installed and the back up battery was not even connected properly where it would have caused unnecessary battery drainage. The sump pump cover was useless as it was not radon proof and the cement used started crumbling around the pit within a week. I feel totally scammed for a Jon that was poorly done at best. Joe from Vadel never returned my call after telling me he would talk to his partner about my complaints and concerns, and it has been at least six months. Every basement waterproofing company that came through (9 in total) told me the job was done improperly and would have cost me half the price. I ended up having them redone when I got the French drain. I am so disappointed and feel like I have been totally scammed by these people. I am out of $4,800 for nothing. Oh and the hydraulic backup sump pump I installed through them 2 years ago was totally trash that didn't even work.

The workmanship was very professional and cleaned up afterwards. Wouldn't even know they were here. Billy did an excellent job with the removal and instillation of a new hot water heater. Brought the instillation up to code by adding a drip pan and expansion tank. I have them coming back to replace valves for washing machine and installing shutoff valves.

ValDel was great! Their operator on the phone was wonderful and courteous and was able to send someone out quickly on a Saturday to look at our blocked drain. Billy P. was wonderful! Not only was he kind and courteous to me in a stressful situation, he went above and beyond in clearing the lines, evaluating the problem, and helping us figure out next steps. The great customer service was really appreciated today. Thank you!

Workmanship (Billy Pearsall) was excellent and done quickly; very courteous and professional. However based on various options quoted and online prices for the same heater model, it seems that the premium for same-day service and 6 yr warranty on the labor and miscellaneous parts was over $500! If I were to do it over again, I think I could have survived a week without hot water and would have ordered my own heater. As it was, the labor (and overhead?) would calculate out to ca. $300/hr.

Replaced water valves and diverter in bathroom

Steve and his apprentice Aitan, were both cordial, professional and efficient. They did great work to help us resolve an issue and made recommendations for next steps to further address on-going work that may be needed.

He was really nice. They did a great job. They were professional, prompt, timely, and communicated very well. It was a good experience.

Had gurgling from 2 bathroom sinks. Not knowing if this was a concern, I reached out to Angie's List for quotes from plumbers. The first one to respond was ValDel Plumbing. They were able to schedule me in for the next day. Our plumber, Steve, arrived and diagnosed the problem - partially clogged sinks. He corrected the problem per the quote. While working on the sinks, he noted that the drain pipes connected to the p-trap should be modified (he did this at no extra cost). After the job was completed, I had a question about my sump pump. He offered to look at it and gave some recommendations. Overall, I felt that the job was corrected to my satisfaction. The work done by Steve was both personable and professional. If I had future plumbing needs, I would strongly consider ValDel Plumbing.

I had a leaking garbage disposal and was unaware of what was leaking. The vendor was charging me $40 for just arriving and $180 for analyzing the problem. When the solution was isolated, he dropped the $180 but charged me $640. This was for a 3/4 horse-power unit. He would not give me an itemization of the of the invoice and said that the amount was formulated at the office. He had me over a barrel. The price of the unit was around $300. I feel that for less than 1 hours work, I was overcharged.

Outstanding support from ValDel. Tim Cullen went above and beyond with his technical expertise, customer service and professionalism. He had an equally outstanding assistant on the second day during the removal of the old water heater and installation of the new one. I highly recommend this team. Also, greatly appreciate the military discount. It's never expected, but always appreciated.

Excellent - Billy the young plumber came in my home was very professional. He installed in my home in two hours. Very good services and I would definitely use them again. Also, they accept credit card payments which is a plus

Steve was super helpful and is an excellent problem solver. He was in our house for about 2 hours and fixed leaking bathtub pipe plus a loose toilet flapper. He was able to do it all with minimal drywall removal (much appreciated). We've now used Valdel twice for different issues and will definitely use again if anything else breaks

The vanity was removed but the plumber was too busy to replace. When I called to let him know he could replace it, I was told he could not return that day, so I called back and the person who answered the phone said was it because of the price (I believe this question was asked because of the climate). I said yes. The cost for removing and replacing the vanity would be over $900. The second plumber said i was ripped off. I was charge over $300 to take out the vanity with your company and your plumber would have charged over $600 to replace it. Of course I had everything I needed and this plumber stated I needed additional parts and all the parts were in the box. The second plumber charged less the $200 to replace the vanity. He was in and out less than an hour. The photo below represents the vanity another plumber installed.

Sink is working great. Jerry was very easy to work with . Will definitely call again if the need arises

Good responsiveness, scheduling visit, communicating arrival time. Very professional. However I thought the fees (even though agreed to after initial diagnosis) was very steep. Issue ended up being missing caulk/sealant around shower valve, total price $325.00 for approx 45 min. total for cauling in a shower valve around the tile.
