It went well. Joe from Valdel plumbing came out and was very professional and personable. It happened on a Saturday, and I was grateful he was on call. I supplied the heater and Joe swapped it out quickly. If I have any problems with plumbing, I will not hesitate to call him. Thanks again Joe!

We had a prior contractor who messed up a lot of things in our bathroom and had been living without a sink in our bathroom for a while. We got a message back within an hour of sending a message to them on Angie's List and within 1:30 I was talking to someone on the phone, well after business hours. They made an appointment for the next day. He was extremely up-front about the issues we might have, worked with me on the price (we were on an extremely tight budget) and then scheduled us for THE NEXT DAY. I was so excited. He showed up promptly, the work was done quickly, and when issues arose with the job (the counter we got was slightly warped, not his fault, we supplied it) he talked us through our options. I will definitely be hiring them again for any needs I have!

Description of Work: My water heater just stopped working. My family and I (2 toddlers) had no hot water. I called Valdel plumbing on a Saturday and they were able to help me. If they weren't able to help it would have been days without hot water for me and my family

I called in the evening and Joe was able to be there the next day. I had called three other plumbers, of whom two didn't return my call and one who I reached was unable to get me on his schedule for the next day. Joe was very personable and professional. He got the repair done (he replaced the hose for the hand sprayer) and I believe his charge was reasonable. His service call fee is only $35.
