Joe, the company owner, was friendly, professional and spent time explaining what was done.

After getting jerked around or not even called back from 3 other local plumbers based on locality and in two cases referrals, I gave up for 3 weeks I was so ****** off that every plumber was someone who didn't care a whit about customer service. After waiting 3 weeks I looked on Angie's list and found Valdel with a high rating. I called, they called back. I promptly was able to schedule and appointment. The serviceman was there as promised on time. We went over the issue, he sat down did an estimate and said when do you want it done? We said what are the choices? He said "Now, I can do this in about 2 hours." We said, "Heck yes" and the services was completed in the time frame with 100% completeness, no issues. I will never call another plumber ever again and if anyone asks. I'll tell them this was straight up completely professional, no BS, project complete. Keith and Amy.

Tim was extremely professional, friendly, approachable and accessible. I was looking into adding a backup battery or water pressured (hydraulic) sump pump and never having worked with Tim before I was a little nervous. I thought the price was a little more than what I was anticipating but I felt I could trust Tim to do the job right and well so I was happy with it overall. He needed to puncture dry walls in the ceiling in a few places to pull the water pipe through (fyi: they do not patch up the ceilings afterwards, you will need to hire someone else for that) to get the job done. He took time to explain to me what my options were and how he was going to get the job done. Afterwards he showed me how to maintain it and how the system worked. Overall, I would certainly recommend him to others and would hire him again.

The estimate was given and the new faucets were installed at the same time. The faucets do not emit the water with the same pressure as was the case previously. The installer stated that was due to the new faucets being low pressure ones. As I look back, I think that the price that I paid was definitely too much.

I asked for a quote (average cost) over the phone and Valdel would not give me a price. Valdel came out and their price was so high $275. Valdel also charged a $35 dispatch fee, I paid that. I did it myself in less than 35 minutes.I won't be using Valdel again.

Jim was up front about everything, including costs involved. He was prompt, polite and answered questions I had. He took my requests into consideration when he chose the toilet and faucet (gave me a choice of faucets after he sent a couple pics). He also covered his shoes and cleaned up afterward. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Valdel again for future jobs.

Tim could not have been more professional and done a better job. I apologize that I do not remember the name of his apprentice who worked with him all day too, but he was also great. My expectation are exceeded.

I called at 9am & they were able to come out by 4pm the same day. Tim was courteous, knowledgeable, & thorough. I was quoted a price up front and that is the price I was charged for the work with no hidden fees. I am very happy with the result & would definitely use this company for future plumbing needs.

What should have been a simple job turned into something more complicated, but Joe was unfazed and took on the challenge head on. Joe thought outside the box and was able to solve the issue at hand. In the end, Joe replaced the faucet and did so perfectly. I am very pleased with his work and will most definitely use them again. Great customer service and you can talk to a live person 24/7. Valdel Plumbing is worth the money because they take pride in their work and they have upfront pricing as advertised on their website. Joe took the time to explain everything to me and ask me if I had any questions. Joe had the courtesy to cover his boots before coming into our home and advised me if I experienced any issues with the water heater that he would come right over. I rather pay more money for great service and great work than receive poor quality and service.

We called with a backed up drain in the basement. That same morning, Joe showed up exactly when he said he would and quickly cleared the drain of rock and sediment. He was really helpful in explaining how this particular type of drain works and how rock and sediment got into the drain. He was friendly and professional; additionally, the price was very reasonable for the service. He pulled a lot of gunk, rock, and sediment from the drain! We will definitely call Valdel Plumbing the next time we need any plumbing work done.

Excellent! Joe Valerio is the neatest and cleanest plumber I have ever worked with. Very knowledgeable. Provided initial estimate and explained all work in detail. Performed everything on list. Warrantied all work. Having a water powered backup sump pump instead of a battery backup one will ensure we will never have a problem again should there be a power outage. Multiple valve replacement and repair was also important preventive maintenance for our older home. I would not hesitate to call him again for further work and recommend him to friends and neighbors.

Wonderful. My toilets are original from 1955. The one has had many "fix-it" repairs to the intake valve, but after a couple of years, always needed to be repaired again. I called on a Saturday morning around 8:30 AM, and was told I would have a plumber there between 10:00 & 2:00, and would be called before he arrived. Around 11:00, the owner, Joe Valerio, called and said he was on his way. What a great guy. He explained that I could have the valve fixed again, but because of the age and condition of the valve & toilet, just replace the toilet and intake valve to really solve the problem. Quoted prices for each option, and I decided to go with the whole new works. So glad I did. Joe said he could do the work that day, went and got a great new toilet, and installed. Was completed about 1:30. I have another bathroom that also has an old toilet that's working OK, but I will be having Joe return and replace that one also in a month or so. Joe Valerio is very nice and professional. I am so happy that I called Valdel Plumbing and highly recommend them. I found the price very affordable.

We could not be happier having hired Joe for a huge job. Our basement was a mess of 60 year old cast iron and a hodge-podge of repairs done by various prior owners. While other companies came out and told us what a nightmare the job would be and quoted us in the $5000 range, Joe calmly assessed what needed to be done, came up with plan and estimated half the cost. He removed every drain line in our home, sinks, tub and toilet, replaced everything with PVC and tied it in logically to the outgoing sewer line. He made sure that all his work was up to code and that we understood each step he was undertaking. He also ran a hot water line so we could install a dishwasher and put a new shutoff on our incoming water service when he notice that ours was in danger of failing. Joe did all the work himself in a single day, checking with us any time he felt we needed to be informed of what he was doing and why. He was punctual, professional and precise. We were also pleasantly surprised when his office called a week later just to be sure things were operating properly and that we were satisfied with the work. That kind of customer service and attention to detail even after the fact is quite rare these days. We look forward to working with Joe again for any plumbing needs we have. We highly recommend him from the smallest jobs to the largest. When we finish the second story of our cape style home, I have little doubt that Joe will be doing the work.

I called the company on Thursday and they were able to have someone come out on Saturday morning. I was concerned that if I used the faucet (being loose) that the nut holding it would come off and hot water would be sprayed everywhere. Was pleased to get a Saturday appointment and so quickly. He was very prompt and personable and within 10 minutes gave me an estimate and then proceeded to fix both problems. He even offered to put back all the stuff I had removed from under the sink (not necessary, but thoughtful). I will definitely call this plumber again. I recommend this company highly.

Joe was great! We had a hot water heater that "collapsed" causing quite a leak on our basement floor. Within minutes, Joe found the culprit and said he could replace it within several hours. Did I mention I called him at noon and was out an hour later. Cannot recommend him enough - nice guy, very honest, and top quality work!

Then he did the work as promised. He was professional, polite, and patient all the way through. It was a pricey repair but I was happy to pay because I was confident I was getting expert service from someone who was honest. I would recommend Valdel to anyone who needs service and I would gladly use them again.
