Description of Work: Provided consult and fix of broken main water line and sewer line. Provided all pertinent permits. This problem involved City of Philadelphia water department and the digging of the street and sidewalk in front of our house. Ray Ross was invaluable, efficient, and was there when needed. I highly recommend him!
