They are the best

I would recommend them. I think they're good about going over their work, seeing everything that needs to be done, and not leaving little things. I thought their price was quite reasonable and their responsiveness was quite good.

Falco and Sons had installed ledgestone on the front of our house previously and we were so happy that we asked Butch to look at our kitchen, which we wanted to re-model. It was original to the house, which was built in the late 80s. We liked our original oak cabinets and wanted to use the money we would have spent on new cabinets to do some of the other work we wanted done in the bathrooms and the washer/dryer closet, which I really wanted back in working order. I was worried about matching the peninsula to the original cabinets. I was also very worried about picking out tile for the backsplash, granite countertops and tile flooring that would look good together. Butch recommended a cabinetmaker and tile/flooring company and they were both outstanding. Butch actually met us at the flooring company without us asking to make sure that we were OK. We took a door from our cabinets and put the rest of the tile and granite together to make sure that we were happy and comfortable with our choices. We picked out the granite. Kitchen re-modeling is very disruptive, but Butch and his team made it as easy as possible. They kept us posted on what was going on and they cleaned up their work area every day. They were very nice to our dog, who can get underfoot a lot. He became very attached to the guys! When the upper cabinets were re-installed and trim was added, we couldn't believe the difference. We liked the cabinets before, now we LOVE them. The trim was Butch's idea and that is part of what we like about working with him. There are finishing touches that we don't think of that really make the work special. The peninsula matched the existing cabinets perfectly and we love the convenience of having seating for a quick bite right in the kitchen! We are extremely pleased with the look and workmanship of the kitchen, flooring, bathrooms and washer/dryer closet. Everything was done right from the start. We highly recommend Falco and Sons and will use them again in the future!

We have used Falco and Sons previously for installing ledgestone on the front of our house and on our fireplace, as well as re-modeling our kitchen. They did a great job on the apron and now our cars don't scrape on the way out of the driveway. We had a walk going up to our porch that was uneven and sinking. Butch and his team poured a wider, concrete pathway that took away a step that lead up to the porch. We love this as we have older relatives that use canes and walkers. They then installed tile on the walkway and porch. It looks fantastic. The original concrete on the porch was very discolored and took away from the new stone and door that we had installed the prior year. The final touch was the wall around the flowerbed, which looks great. We like to ask Butch for his ideas because he always suggests finishing touches that make things special, such as a row of tile along the front of the porch that meets the mulch. It makes it look like the tile is blocks of stone. As always, the work is always done right and the work area is always cleaned up at the end of the day. Butch's team will check with us to make sure everything is going to our satisfaction and make suggestions if we are not sure what we want to do. Butch and his guys were very nice to our dog, who likes to escape from the house and see what they are doing! Falco and Sons treat your home as if it were their home and we highly recommend them!

Falco and Sons was recommended by another company we were using because that company did not do stonework or finishing work. We liked Butch and his team from the beginning. They were professional and friendly and cleaned up their work area every day when they were done. This was especially important to me when they were replacing the wood around the windows since they were in every room of our house right before the holidays! We are thrilled with the look and workmanship of the stone work and wood work! We were so happy with this job that we spoke with Butch in 2011 about remodeling our kitchen, which Falco and Sons did. The gentlemen were a pleasure to work with. They were very courteous and respectful to our family and our home. We barely had any dirt from the project in the rest of the house, which I was very happy about, considering I was about to have our third child. They were very patient and kind to our two little boys, who love to talk. All of the men took pride in their work, and gave good advice about any decisions or issues that came up. Butch made a great recommendation for a tile/granite company. He went the extra mile in running electrical to the other two floors to make a future bathroom and third floor remodel more efficient. Michael's attention to detail during the entire project was invaluable and he made a beautiful radiator cover and work/eating table for us. Andrew did a top quality job on the tile work and paint. Butch and Michael even made an emergency visit one evening, when a plumbing issue arose in another part of the house. We were on a very tight budget, and we had our concerns about taking on a costly project. At the end of the experience we were very happy with the results. We knew that we were a more modest job for this crew, but we felt that we received the same quality service that they give to more prestigious clients. It was pleasure working with an honest, dependable, quality-oriented business. When we are ready to tackle the other large projects in our home, we will not hesitate to call Falco and Sons.

We have found working with Falco and Sons to be excellent in all respects. Very professional, easy to work with, and very responsive to any issues even after the completion of work. Excellent employees, attentive to small details and very flexible in altering design plans. Needless to say, we have used them since 2004 for all of our remodeling and construction needs. We would highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough about how happy we were with this job! During the planning stage we kept hearing from others who have gone through a similar job (different contractor) what a nightmare it can be. Always late, always over budget. This group showed up everyday, even weekends. The whole crew, including Butch and Michael Falco themselves went above and beyond with every single aspect of this job. We braced ourselves for a very trying time and actually enjoyed each step. Their work is unbelievably meticulous. From the intricate tiling jobs of the bathroom to the way they left the area each night, spotless. We are gearing up for another job (finished basement) and would absolutely never ever think of using anyone else.
