After dealing with a horrific contractor, Falco & Sons came to the rescue and not only fixed his mistakes but did the quality work we’d wanted for so long. Stunning job done by true professionals! We were very pleased with the responsiveness, fair price, quality and punctuality of Falco and sons! We trusted the guys in our home and brought them hack for multiple projects and phases of our whole house renovation. We were amazed at their work ethic - showing up 7 am everyday they said they would..getting jobs turned around in amazing time, and the quality of work was always outstanding. Butch was good at trouble shooting challenging parts of the projects and very receptive to our ideas- bringing them to reality! We were also thrilled with his venders for cabinetry and stone. We will be using him again whenever we have another project!

Over the years we have had a lot of work done on my home and by far Falco and Sons was the BEST contractor we have ever hired. At first we contracted with one of those big box stores to renovate both of our bathrooms. For various reasons after they finished the first BR we fired them and hired Falco and Sons to do the main bathroom, wish we hired them from the start! Their work was exceptional. They paid attention to the details, they were very professional, they were trustworthy, and they went out of their way to make sure our expectations were met. What we appreciated the most was the ideas and options they presented to us; their ideas surely added value to the project and resulted in an exceptional bathroom. You cannot go wrong with Falco and Sons. Thanks guys!

We could not be more pleased with the exceptional work provided by Butch and his crew. They are true masters at their craft. The tiling and design work they did was meticulous and flawless. They were punctual everyday and cleaned up neatly before they left for day. I would not hesitate recommending them for any type of remodeling work for your home or business. Falco and Sons, did a great job. The started and finished the entire project in 2 weeks. We were extremely happy with all the work that was done. They are very professional and are hard working people. We could not be more pleased on the bathroom and some added basement jobs. The bathroom is looking fantastic. THANKS TO FLACO AND SONS!!!!!!! We needed help, we had sewer issue and old bathroom that need and update. They gutted the whole room,the entire room and now is just beautiful. FALCO AND SONS A PLUS!!!!!!

the gentleman who came to look at it was on time, it was a minor adjustment and we were in business. He wished us Merry Christmas and said is there anything else I can do? I will call them for many of my jobs in the near future. I have confidence that they care about customers for the long haul, not just what is in it for them today. thanks Butch and son!

Fantastic. Butch and Harry saved the day for us. We needed our sidewalk to be leveled in certain spots in order to pass the Use and Occupancy certificate to sell our home. Butch came out promptly, provided a fair price and his son Harry did an outstanding job. All went perfect- we received the U & O certificate in order to sell our house. Now, we will consider having Butch and his sons do work at our new house. I can't thank Butch and Harry enough!

Work was great. They were quick and efficient. The price was more than fair, lowest quote and did a great job.

Went well. Falco and Sons were responsive and performed quality work. Were fairly priced. took approx 11 work days to complete the job. Job was demoing old bathroom and installing new plumbing, drywall, tiles, tub, and toilet

No work was performed as no response was returned.

We are thrilled with the results, especially the tile work. Renovations of the size are stressful and disruptive by nature. Butch is a contractor that takes as much stress off the homeowner as possible. One example: a long counter top (Butch was not involved in the choice or ordering at all)was delivered in three sections which meant that there would be two seams in very obvious places. We were shocked because this was not explained during the ordering process. Butch was present during delivery and saw our concern. He immediately took charge, made some calls and we now have a counter with one discrete seam, almost hidden by a cabinet. Butch and his team, especially Andrew and Patrick, are a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend.

Michael is my go-to-guy for home repairs and updates. He is very responsive and is willing to do most any job. He does quality work and goes the extra mile. My first encounter with Michael was as a subcontractor for the outfit that installed new siding on our house. We had a a small hole in the cement block foundation; he saw it and using cement he closed the hole. That was not part of the job he had been hired to do - he just did it (and no charge for it!) Right then and there, I decided to hire him for the numerous job our house needed. I have not been disappointed and intend to rely on his talents and work ethic for upcoming jobs. His rates are reasonable and he is willing to work with his clients to arrive a fair price.

Butch is professional, punctual and very responsive - from the initial survey for the estimate through completion of the project. The crew showed up on time and were extremely polite and they worked hard At the end of the day the work area was as clean as could be considering demolition, construction, etc. Butch has great insight and design suggestions that were very valuable in remodel process. Communication was easy and I always knew what was going on when and who would be showing up in my home. I have already contracted with him for multiple more projects and honestly would look no further than Falco and Sons for ANY work I needed in my home.

I contacted 10 contractors on Angie's List and Butch was the only one that came out within a couple of days. He took his time and completed a thorough walk through the of the property. He made tons of recommendations for things that needed to be corrected whether he got the job or not. I am really happy to have found him.

Butch was prompt in returning calls and texts which is a big plus. My wife and I are pretty adept with home design and improvements, but we do not do it for a living, and often use contractors for specialized tasks or highly visible finish work. The light rail was a little tricky to install according to the workers. We had to provide some coaching to ensure the job was done with high quality. In the end the job was pretty good but we did have to carefully caulk to eliminate light leaks. On the exterior I had primed and painted some cedar trim pieces and could have installed it myself. As it turned out one was cut too short by one of the workers. Falco bought a replacement, painted it, and installed it. I noticed after it was installed. I would have preferred to have been told before they did that. The new cedar wasn't primed and that is a requirement. I would have primed and painted the replacement piece if they had cut it and either installed it myself or asked them to come back. As it stands, I have unprimed cedar on one of my 3 garage bays which may be noticeable over time. Communication was a bit of a challenge at times.

The work was impeccable. I had no complaints with any of the projects completed.

There were a few bumps in that the tile I chose was discontinued. Butch and his men are very friendly. Communication with Butch was sometimes a challenge and I am not sure if it was that he has so much going on or I had so much going on. Other than that, Butch and his men were extremely prompt, helpful and professional and very clean. I would highly recommend Falco and Sons, Inc for any remodeling project.

It went very well. I called the day of the storm and Falco sent a technician right out to my home.

Of the contractors we called to quote on the job, he was the only one who returned calls after providing a quote. Butch Falco was willing to work with us to keep the pricing where we needed it to be to get the project completed. We did most of the demolition work including removal of debris. We were very happy with how professional all of the employees were when they entererd our home. Everyone was also respectful of our home and cleaned up daily before leaving for the day. The cost of the project didn't include tile for the rooms, painting of the rooms, demolition (as noted above), sink for the new laundry room. I have recommended Butch to family and friends and stand behind his work and will not hesitate to contact him for another job in the future.

The job entailed laying down porcelain tile on a very uneven concrete slab in the laundry room, powder room and hallway. They laid the porcelain tile on a diagonal and mosaic glass tile on one wall in the powder room floor to ceiling. They had 4 guys in here for 2 days and they got it done. Nice guys and an expert job. Thank you Falco and Sons!

the installation went well with one problem, the new water heater had a leak. they fixed it and everything went well from there.

It was slow to start but they finished in a timely manner. There was a problem with the new shower that leaked and damned the new floor. I made a call and they came out the same day to see the problem.The problem was solved with a new and better shower and the damned floor was replaced. The new shower and new floor was done in a timely manner. I am very happy with the new shower ,counter top and the work that was done. They was nice and punctual.

Overall, went well. We looked up prices of the 7 motion sensor lights and each light costs around #30 per light. That totals around $210 for the lights. We also had another light at the end of our walkway fixed (but it never gets bright enough). With the installation and labor, I'm confused how our bill was $3,000. The guys were nice, came back to fix a few issues, and were very polite.

Falco & Sons Inc. didn't call back after one month. It took them too long to respond. Initially, they were fine but they gave me a quote one month later.

They did a great job. They were really on top of things and the communication was great. They did a good job cleaning up after themselves.
