Lowest price of all the companies I contacted. They are a one man shop, so you might have trouble reaching him in the busy summer months. I called in the dead of winter and they were available next day.

Steve was very responsive from the beginning. On a Saturday afternoon, he provided an estimate based on some very general information and then was willing to come out to the property that following Tuesday to complete the survey. Steve actually called on Monday to let me know that his schedule had opened up and that he would have a chance to start on Monday instead of Tuesday. On top of that, Steve finished the work on Monday, provided a plot plan and walked the property lines with me. Giving me additional information on some additional findings. He also said he would be willing to answer any additional questions should anything come up in the near future. Steve was very personable, professional and has some solid experience as he has been doing this since the mid-80s. I would definitely recommend Bear Gully as we were able to estimate, survey and have a plot plan in under 3 days!

I called several companies (before joining Angie's List) for estimates before having this job done. This was the first company I called and when I first spoke to Steve he told me what a property survey involved. I was impressed by him taking time to explain everything to me but wanted to talk to other people before making a decision. After talking to several others I called Steve back and hired him. He was the only one that spent time explaining things over the phone to me. He was available immediately and came when he said he would. He worked pretty much all day, in the rain, but had an equipment problem and asked if I would mind him coming back to finish the job. He came back when he said he would and worked for hours again. When he finished he gave us 3 copies of the property survey and marked everything clearly with stakes. He explained to us what the marking were. I was pretty impressed with Bear Gully and Steve and would highly recommend him to anyone out there.

I called twice and emailed once and never received a response.

Scheduled 2 weeks in advance. Stephen, the owner, answered my questions and quoted me a price over the phone. He called the day he was going to do the research to confirm the job. On the day he was scheduled to come do the survey of the property he was 2 hours late with no call, but he knew I would be home all day so it wasn't a big deal. He introduced himself and got right to work. He spent 5 hours working and once finished, presented the maps, bill and that was it.

Great service at a good price. Very responsive to my telephone calls and emails. I would certainly recommend to others.

We dealt directly with the owner (Stephen Bryant). He came when scheduled and called to confirm the day before. He put metal stake in the ground at the four corners, along with wooden stakes and flags. He gave us three copies of our site plan. It was a professional and pleasant experience. We called another company a couple of years ago, and they quoted $725 for the job.

This company was professional and conducted the survey in a timely manner. They were also very reasonably priced.
