Steve was excellent. He was very thorough, and asked me exactly what I wanted, and offered extra markers for a negligible extra cost per extra marker. He showed me the markers bearing his seal, and gave me a few printed copies of the land survey plan. I highly recommend him.

Steven Bryant did the work very promptly and efficiently. He went to the township to gather information on my deed and property lines. He let my neighbors know that he'd be around the place. He spent about 4-5 hours at the house with all measurements and markings, Left me copies of everything. I was etremely happy with his prompt and efficient service.

Survey went well. Stephen was on time and professional. Our property is very oddly shaped, so it took about 7 hours to set the markers; I was running errands throughout the day and briefly conversed with him here and there. When the survey was complete he explained the marker system with the distance to the center of the road and we reviewed all the stakes he drove into the ground. His cost was very competitive in contrast to other companies we called; overall we were very happy and would hire him again.

This guy was Excellent! Steve was very professional and efficient. He surveyed the property, staked out all of the corners and even added extra stakes (for a very small and reasonable charge of $20 each) to help with the installation of my fence project. Before leaving, he was able to deliver a complete set of plans, signed and sealed with duplicates (must have a mini-office and copy machine in his survey vehicle!).

Steve did a great job and the whole process went very smoothly. Steve was responsive and communicated with me throughout the process. The pricing was very good in my opinion and all of the boundary lines are now clearly marked, exactly what I needed. Recommended.

He did a fabulous job. He returned the call within an hour. He scheduled an appointment for me while I was on the phone right away. In fact, he called me back because there was a cancellation; so he came two days earlier. He was reasonably priced. He spent 6 hours. He did the survey once primarily. He then went back again just to make sure. I would highly recommend him. He was kind to make sure that the job was right. He showed up on time. He called when he was going to show up and how long it was going to take. He knocked on both of my neighbors doors that he was in the area. He was here within the yard just 2 feet away to do a survey for me. He gave them his card. If they need anything, he would be more than happy to do what they need.

Great service. I compared the prices for many surveyors in the area who quoted me at $850- $1250. This survey was $425.00.

Both my neighbor and I had purchased our respective properties within the past two years. The neighbors are getting a fence installed and hired Bear Gully to mark their properties. Stephan introducted himself, as he began working on their property, and I asked him to mark mine, also. Due to time constraints, a later day was selected. He showed up promptly, worked efficiently, and marked everything with stakes and some additional orange tape. When he was done, he walked me through the details, provided three copies of the map, and answered all my questions. It was a smooth and pleasant experience. And, he discounted the total price because he had already completed two corners, when he mapped the neighbors :)

. Steve immediately answered my phone call and spent the time over the phone with me to discuss exactly what was needed to survey a home that we are in the process if purchasing. He was available immediately and was able to start the work on the same day that i called him. He was very detailed oriented and went through all the paperwork when we met him at the house as he finished the work. We appreciated how thorough he was.

I was very pleased with the service provided by this contractor. The work was performed on the date promised and was done very professionally. The price quoted was accurate and reasonable. I would definitely recommend this contractor to anyone requiring a property survey.

If I had it to do all over again I would have added two more stakes at the end of the backyard for 25.00 each. My mistake, not his.

We called Bear Gully Survey Co. because our neighbor was going to be putting up a fence and we wanted to be clear on the line between our two properties. We had a great experience with Steve. He returned our phone call promptly and started/finished the work when he said he would. The project began with Steve researching our property with the county - this seems to be routine for his work. Glad he did, because he actually found a mistake in the way our property was recorded in our deed. Steve staked the four corners of our lot, and then at our request added some additional markers along two of the property lines. The extra markers carried an additional cost, but Steve was upfront about that and we thought the cost was reasonable. When he was finished, he took the time to walk us through his work and answered any questions we had. We would definitely use him again if we ever need another property survey done.

Steve is most thorough. He started by going to town hall a day or two ahead to get the necessary plot information. My property is long and narrow and Steve needed to work in a lot of overgrown ivy. It took a couple of hours longer than he originally estimated, but there was no additional cost. He put in some extra markers for a modest charge and provided me with a nicely rendered and detailed map of the property. A pleasure to do business with.

After reading great reviews on Angie's List, we contacted Steve and he responded quickly. He let us know that he would take one day for researching our property and our neighbors' properties. He would then come for one day to survey and mark our property. He kept in contact letting us know when he completed the first day and confirming the day/time of the second day. On the second day, he arrived on-time and got right to work. He was friendly and answered all of our questions (and we had quite a few). Before he left he gave us a paper with the layout of our property, measurements, and information about neighboring properties. We are VERY pleased with our experience with Bear Gulley Survey!

I contacted Steve after having read the positive reviews on the site. He explained the process and quoted a price. He called earlier in the week to confirm, showed up on time and worked diligently all day to complete the work. He was professional and efficient. I definitely would recommend his services.

Steve was the ultimate professional. We needed to get a survey done pretty quickly because we are getting a fence put in and after talking with several surveyor. Steve had the best price, gave us the best explanation of the process, and what needed to be done. After the initial contact, we spoke a few days before he came out and the day of the survey. Everything went as originally planned - which is rare in my past experiences. He went to the courthouse to get the information on the property then spent the whole day staking it out. He did a fantastic job and gave us three certified copies of the report. One of our neighbors observed his work and is now planning to call him for his property.

It went really well. He answered all of my questions, got done in the timeframe he had told me. He kept me very informed. He was here for 4 or 5 hours, and did a diagram of my plot. He took care of the county paperwork for me, in order to review titles and see my neighbors property lines. He showed me where my current fence is in comparison to the actual land boundary. He even went to my neighbors to explain what he was doing out in the yard.

The experience was very good overall. Bear Gully answered the phone when I first tried to contact them -- no voice mail or automated menu systems -- WAHOO! And, they kept me informed of their progress throughout the job. They showed up on time, and finished their work within time frame discussed.

Initially called Steve two months before the job and he gave precise pricing information. I called him back after getting (much higher!) quotes from two other companies. He was able to schedule the work for the following week. He was on time, professional and efficient.

fine. i called to schedule service and he gave me a phone estimate, explaining basic cost, cost for extra markers. i had to reschedule my original appointment and he gave me the date i requested, no problem. he was pleasant and very easy to deal with.
