Description of Work: While renovating my kitchen termite damage was discovered. I had called 3 other exterminators,including one recommended by my contractor. they all came in did an inspection and gave me a price. The thing that separated Terminix from the rest was the representative Lose Vazquez. He was the only one to show me the damage that was done and how it was going to be treated. How long it would take , explained the warranty , but most of all instilled confidence that the job would be done right. Their price was a bit more than the rest but it was worth the peace of mind that i felt going with them.

Description of Work: I pre-paid on an annual contract...the service-person never bothered to call ahead so someone would be home. For my $300+ I got three outdoor only treatments. I also tried calling by leaving a message at the 1-800 line several times to discuss this and additional problems I had and NOT ONCE did I ever get a call back.

Description of Work: I CALLED TERMINIX REQUESTING TO HAVE AN INSPECTOR CHECK MY HOME FOR TERMITES. THIS WAS THE THIRD COMPANY I CONTACTED. REPRESENTATIVE FROM THE FIRST TWO COMPANIES WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND RESPECTFUL. HOWEVER, ROYCE HOWARD FROM TERMINIX POKED HOLES AND DUG TRENCHES ALL OVER THE BEAMS & NAILS FROM THE BASEMENT (CONDUCTING HIMSELF IN AN UNPROFESSIONAL & DISRESPECTFUL MANNER). HE THEN PROCEEDED TO POINT OUT A POSSIBLE TERMITE PROBLEM, SCRATCHING AT A BEAM CREATING DUST ON A TABLE BENEATH IT, WHICH HELD COMPUTER EQUIPMENT. I AM COMPLETELY DISGUSTED BY THE ARROGANCE AND DISCOURTEOUS MANNER OF THIS PERSON.
