They did exterior spraying. They did a satisfactory job. We have had some problems with communication when scheduling the spraying for inside the home.

They are an excellent pest control company. They come once in every three months. They are cheaper than the previous company I was using. They are very thorough. They seemed to be on a time schedule to get things done and get out of my place. They did a very good job. They were very courteous. My overall experience with them has been good.

Comments: They checked for spiders inside and out. I am not that pleased with them. I don’t know how much I paid because my husband deals with that. It is hard to say about their responsiveness. I am not sure if I would use them again in the future. Sometimes they would come out and I did not know they were coming out, because they did not call ahead. Sometimes when they come out they would not knock at the door or come inside which has to be inspected also. There is also one particular guy and he is good, if he comes out he does come in and does everything that he should do and he is very professional and very good, but there are times when others may come out and they are not.

I had a contract with them. They were referred by a friend. I had billing problems with them. They did not call to make sure I would be home before coming every time. I was not able to unlock my gate for them to do their work. They still billed me for the service that was not done. I discontinued my contract. They tried to charge me once my contract was up. They needed to explain their contract better. They were very professional. They were very knowledgeable.

They proved to be very reliable. The thing that stood out the most was that they were very flexible with our schedule.

They are very good. Their products work and stop the insects.

The experience has always been fine. We've used them for 2 years here and 8 years in Hawaii. There is a notification beforehand and a follow up survey afterwards. The person that comes is always professional. We haven't compared their pricing to others.

They came out and inspected the house interior and exterior for bugs and rodents. They sprayed the outside of the house and then did on the ground floor of our house. They did some stuff in the interior of the house as well. They did not set up major traps. They would have, but they said it was not necessary based upon what they found. I actually liked the people that came out. They did a thorough job and then within that contract if you ever had a particular problem, they did come out immediately and take care of it. I liked that. I really didn’t like the idea of these perpetual contracts. It is a great way for them to do business, but I don’t think it is a great way for the home. It is certain like automatic renewals of stuff. They treat you to renew or even long pass the time that you actually really need them. The people who came were very professional.

They did routine services. They checked the house and sprayed inside. They may have sprayed for bees or something. They are very friendly and professional. They do question me regarding the effectiveness of the service provided, seems like I don’t know how much business service is necessary, and we didn’t have any problems in the last couple of months. When the problem did go he would text me and say what they did or what we did, and it is probably a way of communicating with you.

I used them for three years. They provided termite and carpenter ant treatments. The price was average. They were responsive if I ever called them in between service visits. Some of the workers were more professional than others. It seemed as though the spraying was something that I could do myself.

They seem to have done a good job. However, they can’t seem to get rid of stink bugs. Other than that, their services have been pretty good.

I have a termite contract and pest contract with them. It is good. I would use them again in the future as I have a contract with them.

They come annually to see if the termites showed up on to my boards, and everything is fine. I have a service agreement with them, and I still use them. I don’t have any termites, so I think they are okay. I pay nothing, as I paid originally when I took a contract for a lifetime agreement. My overall experience is good, the best. I have had him for years at different houses.

They were here within 24-48 hours. They were very helpful. Jerry is our technician. He is very friendly. He comes quickly whenever I call. If I have questions, he is good at explaining things. He will crawl up into the attic if you need him to.
