I would give them an A overall. We get what we pay for. They did what they said they were going to do. They knew what they were looking for. They came right out. They gave me the options.

I haven't been displeased with anything. If I see anything they come out and fix the problem.

Their price is more affordable than their competitors. I haven't had any termite damage. They were not very professional with their responsiveness.

They were great, I would absolutely use them again any chance I had.

At first they were fine and we had no problems with bugs, but there was no continuity in service peole and we began to have people at the house who were surly, unprofessional and made a huge mess with the spraying. When the situation continued, we finally canceled the contract.

I like the fact that they listen to me. We have a particular technician that comes here, his name is Chris, he is fantastic, and he is very friendly. He is very animal friendly too, he lets us know what he is putting down, and how much time should elapse before our dog can go outside and come in contact with it. He is a very knowledgeable, and a very, very friendly guy. It works out really well for us. I think their pricing is quite competitive, I imagine my wife is one of the best at scratching the dollar, and I know that she has done her homework. There has got to be a reason for the choice she has made, that reason is a fair price, and I know she likes that technician. They keep coming out whenever we see any pests, they come out and take care of it however many times she calls.

They were the ones my neighbor used and when I moved into this neighborhood I asked them. I took a personal recommendation from my neighbor. My frustration is that they made holes and put in the stuff. They come back out to make an inspection every year which is great. Sometimes they make inspection where they look outside in the front where there is couple of holes drilled. They say that it is good enough and they don’t even come to the house. I don’t really like that. I want them to come in and do a full inspection for the money that I am paying. They just look at the front yard and there is the backyard and down stairs to be looked at.

They are easy to work with. They come whenever you want them to come. They go above and beyond what we ask of them.

I have had the same guy from the company for 15 years, I even have his home number. He is wonderful, he is a very good guy. Every time I have had to deal with the actual company, though, I have had problems. They come when I call them.

I pay a yearly bill. I guess their service is all right. They said I could have termites or something. So I am paying for but to me they are too expensive. I have never compared them to other places but to me it's expensive. I would probably tell people to check out prices at other places to see. I got them several years ago so I may have called a couple of places and they were the best at that time. I mean they came out and they seemed they were professional. But as the years go by it just seems expensive. Cause I really don't see what they are doing for 250 even though they say there coming out to do something once a year. I mean I haven't seen any termites or flying ants or what ever. It is kind of expensive I thought.

They give us a certificate with the service. They are a well known company. We had been putting in pest traps our selves for a long time and it was such a hassle. They do the traditional treatment where they spray the chemical outside of your house. They inspect inside. If they find termite damage after the service they will repair any damage if you get termites.

There were some issues getting them to come. They didn't come the first time and I had to get them to reschedule. They guy who came was courteous and helpful. I will probably use them again.

They’re pretty good. They have pretty good customer care. They’re really nice and reliable. I will use them again in the future.

They have a warranty where they will cover any termite damage while I am under coverage.
