Description of Work: Encapsulation of my basement: It was a very slow project that took a few months. I feel that the service they provide in regards to pest control have always been great, however this was not their specialty. It felt unorganized and the process took longer than what was expected.

Description of Work: They did not do a very good job! The cost was very expensive and the work they did was done quickly and was very sloppy. Along with the fact that what we hired them for has still not been corrected, and we are still having issues. Not only were they not very good, they have yet to contact us and ask how everything is working and if the problem has been corrected, and that to me, is not acceptable from a company!

SERVICE MEN ARE VERY POLITE WHEN YOU ARE HOME. I QUESTION THE ACCURACY OF TERMITE SYSTEM BAIT AND SWITCH. THEY DID REPAIR WOODEN DAMAGE OF HARDWOOD FLOORS. SEEMS TO BE RETURNING. INITIALLY $1000.00+. INDIVIDUAL PEST CONTROL IS $55.00 PER TREATMENT.

WHILE NOT THE CHEAPEST SERVICE AROUND, THEY ARE THE BEST IN MY EXPERIENCE. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE SPECIFIC ISSUES IN OUR DEVELOPMENT.

OUR NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOR HAD TERMITES. TERMINIX VISITED TO LET US KNOW AND OFFERED PROPOSAL. CONTRACTOR WAS ON TIME, PROFESSIONAL AND PATIENT. SINCE DRIVEWAY WAS TORN UP AND THEN THERE WAS A WEEK OF RAIN, HIS JOB WAS POSTPONED. HE STAYED ON TOP OF EVERYTHING AND DELIVERED SERVICES PROMPTLY WHEN CALLED.
Description of Work: ONE-YEAR CONTRACT. INSTALLED BAIT AROUND PROPERTY AND CHECKS EVERY 3 MONTHS FOR ACTIVITY.
