The service tech showed up on schedule and performed his work in an efficient and friendly manner. The door works great now.

After I changed the bottom gasket, the door was slightly out of plumb,as was the other door.Dennis came out adjusted both doors-without charge-,and left me with a sense that the job was done professionally and exactly what I had wanted.I called Newtown Garage Door Co., they arranged a time to come, they were on time ,very courteous,and professional.

Called twice never showed up.

After I left my first message, I rec'd a callback in less than an hour. I was quoted a variety of prices for a number of options and offered a discount if I was to get the opener replaced at the same time as the repairs. As the existing opener was old and lacked modern safety devices, I agreed, was quoted an inclusive price, and made an appointment. The service man arrived promptly on the day and completed the whole job in just a little over two hours. He was extremely knowledgable and very expert. He even answered all my questions in a most friendly way. He showed me how the new gear worked, programmed the remotes and made sure I was comfortable with the installation. Bottom line: good company/good gear/great people.

I thought they were fine, I would definitely use them again. My husband dealt with him and made the decision but it was worthwhile with the work done.

Contacted Newtown Garage Door over the weekend requesting a call back for routine garage door/opener service and maintenance. I did not receive a return call by Wednesday of the following week. I made a second call during business hours on Wednesday and spoke with the administrator. I was told that I would receive a call on Wednesday evening or Thursday AM. I never received a follow up call either scheduling an appointment or indicating that they were fully booked and could not respond to new service request.

They did a great job with the repairs. A representative provided me an exact quote on price over the phone and helped me to describe the problem effectively so that I could get other quotes on price. They were more expensive then my two other quotes by $5, but were able to send someone the same afternoon rather than several days later. The work was done in under 30 minutes and the service person even helped me to clear boxes in the garage out of the way so he could work.

Called on the morning of January 2 and he repaired the door by the end of the day. Excellent service!

Father and son came on time, did a very good job, were courteous, and efficient.

Dennis and his crew did a great job replacing the two defective garage doors. The work was done well and professionally. The garage doors look great and work well. The old doors were cut up, so it was easy to put out with trash.

OUR GARAGE DOOR ACCIDENTLY MALFUNCTIONED AND CONTINUED TO CLOSE WHILE WE WERE DRIVING OUR SUV INTO THE GARAGE. THE CAR WAS FINE, BUT THE GARAGE DOOR WAS CRUSHED. I CALLED A GARAGE DOOR COMPANY THAT HAD A FULL PAGE AD IN THE YELLOW PAGES AND THEY TOLD ME I NEEDED TO REPLACE THE ENTIRE DOOR PLUS THE MATCHING SECOND GARAGE DOOR FOR SEVERAL THOUSAND DOLLARS. THEY TOLD ME THAT THE DOOR WAS NOT REPARABLE. THEN I CALLED NEWTOWN GARAGE BECAUSE I LIKED THEIR WEBSITE AND DENNIS INSPECTED THE DOOR AND SAID HE COULD JUST ORDER A PANEL TO REPLACE THE CRUSHED PANEL. SO, HE DID AND THE DOOR LOOKS LIKE NEW. DENNIS AND HIS SON ARE REALLY PROFESSIONAL AND DO EXCELLENT WORK. AND, THEY ARE HONEST AND A JOY TO HAVE AROUND. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
