Jeff Westerman Plumbing

I contacted Jeff and in two days he had replaced my water heater. Based on this experience as well as past experiences I have had with Jeff, I find him to be highly dependable and very knowledgeable. He always performs a high quality job and takes extra time to ensure appropriate clean-up of any mess that is made. Jeff is very professional and I highly recommend him for any of your plumbing needs.

It went well. To start, Jeff helped me contact the manufacturer as they were not responding to me. He got a name so that I can explain the issues I was having. Jeff was very responsive when the parts arrived and came to do the work timely.

Called Jeff on a Saturday night for emergency pipe issue. He walked me thru the problem on the phone and helped me get it fixed temporarily. Fantastic service and great integrity. Highly recommend based on his desire to help the customer.

Jeff is the best! Hands down the best! When I first called Jeff he asked if I had could any water in the kitchen, I said no. because I turned off the water.. I could hear the concern in his voice and that he wanted to help me as a friend instead of just a customer. He came over as soon as possible and replaced both old shut off valves and installed the faucet. I remembered that my outside faucet was leaking and asked Jeff if he could fix that whiile he was here. He changed the outside faucet and no leak. But I wanted to keep open the outside faucet during the winter and when I turned off the shut off valve it didn't close enough to prevent a drip. Jeff said he would come back and change the shut off valve at no charge.. Meanwhile I noticed another leak from another shut off valve going into the dishwasher. I said "Jeff while you are here you can change that shut off off valve and charge me." After he finished replacing the outside shut off valve, Jeff looked at the dishwasher valve and tightened the packing nut..That's all it needed. He could have ripped me off and charged me for a new valve and labor. When he finished I asked him how much for everhything and he said no charge. I felt bad and gave him a tip for his time at least.. I also texted him by mistake on a Sunday. He called me right back. I apologized for bothering him because I could hear his kids in the background. He said it was not a problem. Where do you find an HONEST and a CARING professional that treats you like a FRIEND? I found him and if you a lucky you will too. And by the way, he has the LOWEST PRICES of any of his competitors. I am a hearing aid specialist and hold myself to the same high standards. It is a recipe for success.

Fantastic. Come on Thanksgiving morning and had the water back on in hour. Very professional and reasonably priced.

Jeff was extremely professional and did great work for a great price. He was very responsive with communication and answered all of my questions. We will continue to use him if I need anymore work done. A++

Jeff was super helpful in guiding me and the work was done as promised. My old heater was in warranty and the manufacturer was trying to avoid replacing it for free as they were asking a professional plumber to talk to them. I put Jeff on the phone and he patiently answered all the questions and I got my heater for no charge.

Called Jeff who was at a job in Phila., but said he could get to my house that day. Constant communication (text and phone) enabled him to bring the correct replacement part with him. He replumbed the line for ease of future work, replaced the recirculator, and was done before evening. His price was still hundreds below first quote. Jeff will be our "go to" guy for future plumbing needs.

Best plumber ever! Jeff is a super-nice guy and a pleasure to do business with. We bought some fancy laundry tub with a cabinet that didn't match up well to our old setup. But Jeff did a real nice job in hooking it up and overcoming the obstacles which I know cost him over an additional hour of his time. All of the other repairs we had him do were done professionally and I have much confidence that they were done right!

Fantastic!! Jeff was very responsive to my email. He answered any questions we had before he came out to do the job. The day of, he was very friendly and professional. He completed the job and there was an issue with the faucet ( not his fault). He stayed and tried to help fix it, even spoke with the manufacturer of the faucet for us. Definitely knows his stuff and very honest. Great to work with!!

Great! Jeff showed up on time which is a huge plus. He's a really nice guy. The faucet was a pain, but he took care of it and cleaned up Before he left. Reasonably priced. Will definitely call him again if the occasion arises!

Since we have always done our own home maintenance, this was the first time we actually had to contact a Plumber to help us . We are getting older and are very fussy about work done on our home. We were keeping our fingers crossed that we would be happy with the outcome. Just cannot say enough about Jeff. Work was done in a very professional manner. Everything was cleaned and all trash removed. Before He left, he went around and double checked to make sure there were no problems. Even called the next day to see if we were still OK. Just as important to us was that he is clearly a good family man. Made sure he took the time while he was working to receive a call from his four year old son. Says a lot about his character ant the type of person he is. We are happy to have found someone we can now call when plumbing problems may come up. Absolutely have no problem recommending Jeff to others.

Jeff arrived on time and ready to work. He was professional and courteous. I felt as though I was dealing with a friend. I would recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing work. I will be using him for all my plumbing in the future.

Great- I called Jeff, he diagnosed the problem immediately when I told him what was wrong and gave an estimate based on what he thought was wrong. He set up a timely appointment and asked for a photo so that he could get parts in advance of his appointment. He called the night before to confirm and arrived on time for the job. He showed us what the problem was with the old part, cleaned up the area after the work was done, and was very pleasant to work with.

Jeff had a cancellation and offered me the time three days earlier than expected. He arrived at the new time with all materials and tools to complete the job. It went extremely well, even with some site difficulties. He had several unknown obstructions (duct work) that he had to plan to get around. He explored and then explained the options with me and offered the best solution to get the pipe/hose to the oven site. All work was done professionally with proper planning to how the work might effect day to day living in the house. He was good, knowledgeable and personable. His fee was fair for the work he had to do. He didn't charge for the extra time needed to figure out the adjusted pipe route. I would hire him back for any plumbing or gas line work.

I called Jeff in the am today. He was able to come to my home the same day. He arrived at the time agreed and went right to work. I cannot express how thankful and fortunate I feel. He is professional and fixed exactly what he said he would do. Jeff is a Master Plumber and a Professional. I am very happy and totally satisfied with the work that he completed. His compensation for the work done was also very fair. I will certainly call on him whenever I need a professional plumber. Thank you again Jeff and thanks Angie's list.

It went well. He started and finished within the time he quoted. He left it clean and mopped up the water that had leaked.

Jeff Westerman provided truly professional plumbing work coupled with exceptional customer service. Jeff worked with us on a very reasonable appointment. He was on time as scheduled. Jeff also provided detailed information on the work he would be performing. He made professional and constructive suggestions on which parts should and should not be replaced.
