Jeff saved us in a pinch. Randomly our hot water cartridge went and wouldn’t allow the hot water to shut off. That wouldn’t have been a big deal if the shutoff value hadn’t failed as well. Jeff showed up the same day and fixed two valves, replaced the faucet, and did so under less than ideal working conditions (previous home owners did some shoddy home pipe work). He identified a rotting drain pipe and trap, and came back today to fix that issue. While he was here he also replaced a two hose bibs, a bad shutoff valve attached to one of the hose bibs. Jeff is fast, courteous, knowledgeable and affordable. I would highly recommend him.

Great coordination and prompt for surveying the work to quote it, and then performing the work. Was well-prepared to address a surprise problem installing the new faucet. The faucet and humidifier valve installations were of high quality, the time it took was appropriate, and he was very considerate totally cleaning up when finished. However, my opinion is that his pricing was higher than average.

Jeff was able to replace two old water shut off valves and install new faucets in two bathrooms of mine. Additionally, Jeff went above and beyond to check and tighten other valves on my water line. Clearly used a cheap part as the outside spigot as it already failed within a year. When call to have him fix, he told me the part would be replaced at no charge (peanuts), but would have to charge me for his labor. I gave some dates to come out which he couldn't do, so told him my next weekday I'd be home. He agreed, but then leading into the date he texted to tell me he wouldn't be able to make it. Clearly he didn't want to make the repair as even being paid for labor again is not big piece of business. Seems to fall in line with some of his not so good reviews. If you're going to be in business like this, it's as much about standing behind your work, not using the cheapest parts, and responsiveness to customers.

Jeff is the rare mix of a skilled plumber and a detailed planner. The results exceeded my expectations and it all began with Jeff taking his time to discuss the job in detail, review the materials that would be used, and then lay it all out to ensure we were on the same page. It was assuring to see him neatly lay out all of the materials and tools to make sure he had everything needed before starting the work (no running to Home Depot, etc.). The work was superb, everything square, secure, drip-free and he left the area cleaner than the way he found it. I will definitely hire him again.

Made an appt with Jeff. He told me he would confirm it the next day. When I did not hear from him, I texted an inquiry to him. He confirmed the appt. Three days later I texted Jeff again to confirm the appt and Jeff reconfirmed. I took half a day off from work to be home for the appt, and Jeff was a no show with no call or text from him.

Jeff did a great job with a fairly complicated job. He spent a lot of time working with me to find a solution to the broken pipe issue that I had, paying attention to details of the job. Jeff was professional throughout - he was responsive to calls/text, arrived punctually on the day of work. The work was done quickly without any issues - he kept the work area clean and cleaned up after he was done. The price was reasonable and fair. The fix and installed laundry sink look great. I would definitely call him again for plumbing issues.

In a word...."Fantastic". Already booked the next project with him. High end vanity had the holes drilled incorrectly underneath the quartz vanity top from the manufacturer (the clips to hold the undermounted sink were off). Before I even got a call with a solution from the showroom, Jeff designed a great solution himself, and had it working like a charm. Reasonable, professional, and has great communication.

I called Jeff after finding a pinhole leak in a copper pipe in the basement ceiling. I had to shut off the water main to get the leak to stop. I called TWO other plumbers who could not come out until Tuesday without paying the sunday emergency fee. I knew I could wait until Monday. Jeff estimated a time of repair. He confirmed that time about 1 hour before. He came in and repaired the pipe promptly. He was professional, clean and tidy. I would most definitely hire him again.

I bought filter and softener online. They require licensed plumber to install it in order to have warranty. Had Jeff and one more company for estimate - Jeff won by how he approach the project during estimate and how was providing all details. Work took him about 4 hours. He run a pipe to the filter/softener and installed also bypass so i will still have water when i need to change filters. Job site was clean and end result looks very professional and even better than i expected. Will definetly hire again.
