Outstanding. Jeff responded to my missed phone call within minutes. He spoke with me for 15 minutes, asking questions and instantly understanding what I was looking to have done. He was in constant contact with me, asking additional questions and working to arrange a time that was convenient for me to do the work. He knew exactly what needed to be done to ensure that the system was truly fail-safe with the back up pump and designed the PVC piping to ensure that I would never have a single point of failure again. In addition to his technical knowledge, he was also extremely friendly and made sure that I understood exactly what was going to be done and how much it would cost to make sure there were no surprises. I would 100% recommend him and would use him for future plumbing issues.

Our house was built in '61 with an addition added on, so to say the situation with the valve was difficult is understatement. Jeff determined what would be the logical and safe way to fix our problem, very professional and quick!

Jeff was AWESOME! I called around 6:30PM and Jeff (probably sensing the panic in my voice), agreed to come out tonight after-hours to fix my plumbing emergency. He gave me an approximate arrival time and then texted to keep me updated on his ETA. He finished the job in about 20 minutes, cleaned up after himself, and my pipe is no longer leaking. I couldn't be happier! Jeff was nice, pleasant to talk with, professional, and explained what he was doing as he went along. I would highly recommend Jeff for any plumbing job you have.

Jeff was great with communication. He referred me to John and John came out on same day and replaced the main shut off valve. Did an excellent job with the work, great people to work with. I would definitely hire again.

After calling and being told would call back...never did. I called back again and was told it would be better to just replace the hot water heater since it was 8 years old vs repair, which I thought was reasonable. Then I was told "they dont make 75 gallon residential water heaters anymore"...would have been 800-1000, but would need a commericial grade water heater, $3000-$4000. He then proceeded to say he would just bring the part and do an ~$400 repair. At the time was supposed to be here, a week later, I got a text saying he was still an hour away. Then he sent me a text picture of the wrong model part (I had bradford white, part was honeywell)...he had a picture of my model#, sn#, etc. from our first texts. Then I texted him back that it was not the correct part, then he said he was 'turning around to go back'...which made my skeptical. While waiting, I then went looking online and found out that Lowes, Home Depot, everybody, carriers 75 gallon water heaters, for approx $900-1000! I texted him, he said Weinsten Supply told him that no one made them any more. I didnt believe him at this point and called Weinstein Supply myself, they said "Of course we have 75g residential water heaters". I called plumber back and said to forget it. Thanks for wasting a week waiting for this appointment and a 1/2 day off of work. DONT RECOMMENDED...VERY SKETCHY

John came and checked the Dishwasher installation job request yesterday and agreed to perform today. He came to our home on time today and removed the old dishwasher, and installed the new dishwasher unit. He has done a awesome job without breaking the ceramic floor tile since the old dishwasher was unable to pull outside due to the ceramic tiles installed on the floor. I would recommend this company for anyone who is interested in dishwasher installation.

Jeff was great- very nice, quick and clean. We plan to go with him for our larger project when we are ready.

The faucet arrived on Thursday and Jeff was able to install it the same day. Jeff kept us apprised of his arrival status by text so we knew when expect him. The replacement and installation went without any problems. Jeff is very friendly and responsive. I will contact him for future plumbing needs.

No problem. We communicated by text and cell to get scheduled quickly. He has a regular job so if your job is bigger it might become a scheduling problem, but for small jobs he's great.

Jeff responded to my Angie's list inquiry posted on a Saturday within an hour. He listened carefully to what I wanted done and provided a clear explanation of what he could do to address my needs and what it would cost. I would recommend Jeff without reservation.

Honest guy who does clean work. He was very down to earth and took the time to explain what the service would entail. Very neat work and was professional through it all. Had a defect with hardware I personally purchased and he went back to the store to get the correct part to finish the job when promised. Awesome service!

Jeff came out right away to give us an estimate for the project and made sure he was prepared foe what work needed to be done the day of installation. He did a great job installing a tricky dishwasher and wash basin. He fixed some issues that came up during installation (broken valves) so the work could be completed correctly. Jeff takes pride in his work like he would at his own residence and made sure we were satisfied the following day. I highly recommend him to others and have already told family members about using him. We are very satisfied customers!

I called in the morning and Jeff got the job done by the end of the day, even tough he needed to drive to South Philly to get the uncommon propane heater that I needed. He was extremely conscience about completing the job correctly. He is very friendly and professional.

Jeff answered my email with 4 hours, came the next day to do the estimate and did the work the following day. He patiently answered all of my questions, arrived on time, and finished the job within the window he had estimated. He made sure that I was happy with the resulting pressure and assured me that he would return to adjust it if I found it to be not to my liking!

Excellent. Jeff had some delays due to traffic, but he kept me informed so there were no issues. When he got here, he brought both toilets up my stairs, installed them with great care around my marble flooring, and even hauled everything away. I had had him here before, to instakk a garbage disposal, same positive experience. His price is very fair and he is a pleasure to have in your home, very professional and courteous. Will be hiring him next time I need a plumber.

Jeff is terrific...a pleasant and very professional person...he checked the problem, explained what he had to do and he showed me the defective part of the faucet...he came on time and in fact called ahead of time to confirm the appointment...and he very neat...once again angie's list has connected me with a professional of the highest standards...after friends' recommendations angie's list is my only source for finding professionals to work in my home.

I hired Jeff based on Angie's list reviews. Was glad I did. Jeff immediately contacted me back and was extremely responsive on any calls or emails. He even offered to pick up the new faucets for me after I chose them online. Jeff is professional, friendly, and you can tell that he is committed to doing a good job. It is almost like having a friend as a plumber! He treats your home with respect, cleaned up so thoroughly I could not even tell that work was done. Had a problem with some under sink leakage shortly after and Jeff came by the same day with no charge. Highly recommend
