Description of Work: Problems with a residue on hardwood floor from very beginning. Contacted them several times...took forever to get back to me. Came out several times. Tried to say problem was something I was using. I only used what they gave me. After a year, the owner finally came & acknowledged the problem. Gave us a formula to mix to try to get the residue off, but said his company wouldn't do it. So my 68 year old husband was on his hands & knees for hours doing what he suggested. It didn't work & we never heard from them again. We are slaves to this floor and got "dumped" by Holland Floors. Worst service I ever received from any company! I really should take them to court...$11,000 and no satisfaction!

Description of Work: Very impressed with the entire experience. Holland Holland Floor Covering allowed me to take home many samples to look at. Once I decided on the carpet it took only a week to order it. They scheduled me within one week for installation. The install crew was great. They were on time and did an excellent job. They were able to move my Pool table with no problems. They cleaned up afterwards and the crew was very friendly and professional. I will use Holland again without question and would recommend them to anyone.
