It was a really good experience. We searched all over Bucks county before finding them. Their place is much bigger than it looks. Give them a try.

They are local, we have used them before and they have a good reputation. The people who work there are very knowledgeable.

Final product is very good. Carpet is beautiful and installers were excellent. Major issue with company is very poor communication. From the sales person not responding to phone calls to cancelling the instalation an hour AFTER they were supposed to be there. (To be fair there was a threat of a snow storm (3-6") but there was no call the night before, nothing.) Was told they were worth the premium pricing they charge. They are not awful, but not apt to use them again.

Excellent workers-I would hire again.

Intially the installation was fine. After just a few weeks chips appeared in the "luxury vinyl floor". Numerous calls to "customer service" went unreturned. A call to the owner did result in a call back and the tiles were replaced with my extra tiles. A box of tiles that did not match my floor were offered in case of future damage. I returned them as they did not match. New damage has occured and calls are again not being returned. I am so unhappy I ever entered this store. A measure of a company's success is how they stand by the products they sell and how they serve their customers. Cusotmer service here is just plain awful. I am hoping I can get results from the manufacturer but I am not hopeful based on other reviews.

They were very responsive to our request to replace carpeting to sell our home. They were very helpful in steering us to items that were less expensive, which we appreciated!

He was very knowledgeable about flooring and helped me keep the costs down with an excellent stocked product. Within one week, it was measured and installed by Tom G.and Bob. They were professional and respectful of our home and the job and never stopped working until the job was done. I could not have asked for a better experience and recommend Holland to anyone who is looking for flooring for their home or business.

The were exceptional. Because our carpet had to be relaid, they told us exactly what to expect and did a beautiful job.

It was a horrible experience. They installed the wrong type of wood where patches were needed. They installed shoe molding not quarter round. They damaged my baseboard which resulted in weeks of me scraping and repairing them. Most importantly, they put the wrong color of stain on the floor. They were supposed to mix colors together, but they did not. After the first was applied and I questioned the color, they went over the floor with the color that was supposed to be mixed. It was a horrible, odd, and ugly color. I had to have the floors redone by another professional. I do not recommend them.

They were very nice. It is a family run business. They gave me a good price. They were here on time. The carpet came in quickly. They did a good job on the installation. I'll use them again.

They were so fabulous. I am far from rich; I confess I was worried that they might treat me differently because this wasn't a big huge expensive job for them (it was expensive TO ME!). They were absolutely wonderful from the time I stepped into the store to the end. I did do a ballpark price check versus other companies I thought would be cheaper, and to my surprise, they were really about the same. As Tom told me in the store, they couldn't stay in business if they were always more expensive than their competition. They had a great selection and range of carpet to choose from. Everyone who came to the house, from the measuring guy to the installers, were professional, they did NOT leave a mess, and my quote was to the penny what I actually paid for the work. No surprises. I want to use them again to have some laminate installed in the downstairs next!

Holland was very professional from the estimate phase through the old floor removal and installation of the new floor. Job was finished on time as promised and we have nothing but praise for the workmanship and quality of the finished floor.

They were great. Worked on our schedule. Took away all old carpet and trash. Did a GREAT job and were in and out very quickly. All the people were very nice courteous and knew their job Would recommend to anyone

They came on time of the day promised. Protected areas nearby from dust and/or debris. Cleaned up afterwards. We're very happy.

Great. If you want professional service with no aggravation I would go here. It was definetly a much more pleasant experience than going to one of the big home improvement stores.

We started in the showroom which is well laid out and the staff are helpful. We worked with Roger then Scott who helped us find the right product and color and then mapped out a plan Patrick then came to our home about 10 days later to see the family room, stairs and upstairs hallway and map it for the installers We ordered the carpets before the holidays and they were installed in January on our timetable (wanted to get the tree down etc.) The family room install was quick and easy. The installers moved the furniture for us and did a great job with the install The stairs were a little more complicated in that we did a runner and they needed to cut the rug, bring it back to have it bound, and then install it. When they came for the install something was not right with the upstairs linking to the stairs. The installers realized immediately and brought it to our attention. They installed the stairs and then brought the hallway runner back to be rebound to fit the plan. Although this created a minor delay, they were professional about it and the final product looks great.

The Holland Flooring Company has a wide variety of carpet styles to choose from. They also let you take samples home to see how you feel about them in your home and at different times of day. I thought the price was a little high, but I may have paid just as much elsewhere for good quality carpet. They were always on time and very professional. The man who came to measure the area was friendly and did not give me a hard sell. The installers came and did their work without too much fanfare and we were very happy with the result.

We visited the store and received immediate assistance in helping us to find carpet for the bedrooms. We were allowed to take many samples home to determine the best carpet for our needs. We scheduled an appt for the sales man to come to our home and take measurements and for us to finalize our carpet choice. We ordered and within 2 weeks the carpet arrived and we scheduled our appt for install within 1 week. The install went OK. We had 2 installers and they completed the job in one day, however, the cleanup could have been better. They told us they would put everything back to where it was and after they left beds were not made and clothes that were pulled out of the closet were left on the beds. Otherwise, we love the carpet and are enjoying it very much. I would use Holland Floor Covering again.

The carpet in my little townhome has needed replacing for years. I kept putting it off. Finally it was time. From the first moment I stopped in to ask a billion questions at the showroom to the end of the installation, Holland Floor did a spectacular job. The salesman (Tom) was SO nice and kind, and Bobby and Tom (my installers) were just fabulous. They were on time, nice friendly guys, and they did a gorgeous job. Carpet costs more than you wish it did, but it was interesting that a quote from a large discount flooring warehouse on Route 1 in NJ was the same as what Holland quoted me! So I decided to go with the local business, local installers, etc. I hope I can get them to come back and do the downstairs sometime soon, too! One thing I really, truly appreciated was with what care and customer service they treated me. This wasn't a very big job for them, my townhome is really small and I chose carpet on a budget, yet they never treated me like I wasn't a worthwhile job to them. I ALSO appreciated that the quote was the quote - no hidden costs, no unpleasant surprises the day of installation. I really can't say enough good things about this local business.

Salesperson was very nice, but difficult to get a hold of. We ordered carpet and they never told us it would take 6-8 weeks for it to come in. Everthing we had looked at they had said "a few days." I had to keep calling and calling to finally get someone to tell me it was special ordered and would not be in for 6 weeks. When the carpet was finally in, the service person on the phone was very pleasant. The installers arrived on time, but they were extremely rude and they did a mediocre installation. I had to have them out twice to fix things they had been sloppy about. Overall not a great experience which was disappointing.

Ultimately, I ended up finding a fabulous deal buying a roll of carpet that had been canceled on another order from a different retailer. However, Tony was kind and honest enough to tell me I was getting a great deal and to buy the competitor's carpeting with confidence. I had a very positive experience with this company. Eventually I will need tiles for our foyer and plan to use them. Thank you Tony!

Excellent. Some minor hangups with the equipment needed for the initial removal on the first day, but they returned the second day and finished everything in ONE day (removal, new sub-floor and new finished floor glue down). It was unbelievable. A well oiled machine. Workers were polite, neat and cleaned up after themselves. This is how jobs should be done. I've also had a minor issue come up post-install which they are handling magnificently. I can't say enough good things about Holland Flooring!

The salesman, Roy, was helpful assisting in finding the right quality and color. However, when asked about scheduling an appointment to measure he assured me it wasn't going to be necessary as they had done hundreds of our Toll Bros. model and knew the exact measurements. The carpet took almost three weeks to arrive. The installers were excellent; very neat, incredible about moving the furniture (we had to empty everything) and very fast. They did the job over three days and to minimize disruption of the house. They ran out of carpet with half of our master closet (8x18) to go. The installers couldn't believe the company didn't measure. We waited a week for another piece to complete the closet but ended with a large visible seam, and poor color and texture match. I lived with it for a week then called to complain. I got the run around a little, but soon reached head of installation. He apologized and immediately agreed to replace the whole closet with a single piece. We are very happy.

ROGER WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND GAVE US OPTIONS TO REPAIR RATHER THAN REPLACE ALL OUR CARPET. HE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE, ON TIME & VERY PROFESSIONAL. GREAT WORKMANSHIP!
