Jack was prompt, gave us a quote quickly and scheduled the job fairly quick also. His team was on time and professional. They did a decent job. Moved all the furniture and put it all back. Would definitely use him again.

Amazing. They look like brand new. They also ripped up carpet in my LR, DR, and office, and on the landing and put in new hardwood and matched everything look like they were installed at the same time. My old disgusting floors look brand new and the match to brand new floors. They also recarpeted my master bedroom and did runners up the front stairs. They not only did immaculate work, but they also were helpful in my getting amazing pricing. It was a major project. They were on time, they moved all my furniture out. they put it all back in. It was amazing how they did everything. All the workers were lovely. They were really nice and caring.

I am really happy with the work Jack and his guys provided. They came through for me in a horribly stressful situation, charged me a more than fair price, and gave me great advice about how to avoid unnecessary costs and additional loss of time. Jack and his guys are very busy, so it took a little bit of patience on everyone's part to get my project on the schedule, but they were great. I cannot recommend them enough.

Matt and his team were hard working and very professional. His work is beautiful. I was asked a lot of smart questions about what I wanted, as to tile placement and design. I felt really good about the job being done throughout the process. I am absolutely in love with my beautifully transformed kitchen. They were good. They were fast and they were good. They were a little messy, that's the only reason I wouldn't give them an A overall. In order to improve, they could do a little less on the speed and a little more on the finish detail. Price was very good. They were very responsive and fast, they were quick about getting out here and they were on time when they came. I would use them again.

they were the most professional contractors i have worked with. they showed up promptly at 8 AM and was wrapped up by 2PM. All cutting was done outside, all debris was carted away and the inside and out side areas were spotless.

Fantastic job. This was the third time we used FIS to do work in our home. They are easy to deal with and complete the work in a timely manner. .

Excellent company to work with. The owner Jack was very responsive to our job specifications. His employees were professional and did beautiful work. They were neat and cleaned up after the job was complete. Our floors and bathrooms look beautiful. My husband needed assistance with the install of one of the new toilets and Jack came out promptly to assess the issue and helped my husband get the toilet installed properly. This company is reasonably priced. Jack and his team where a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them for and flooring installs.

Excellent job! Jack, the owner, said job with ripout of old flooring and installation would be completed in a day and it was. The guys arrived at 8:30am and were done by 4:30pm. They did meticulous work, and were polite and professional. Perfect job. I couldn't be happier. The moulding job is first rate.

The final job came our terrific. We had some minor repairs which needed to be completed. They were done and floor looks fantastic

Positive: Great price. Negatives: The installers worked hard, but had poor attention to detail. Didn't take any preventative measures to minimize dust, left many nicks and scratches that needed touch up, left many dents and gouges in the walls, and didn't complete installation under the stove, leaving it out of balance. Called and texted the owner, but no reply. He never even stopped by to check on the job. Unsatisfied.

Wish I had more to review, but I never received a response to my email for a quote. I submitted floor plans, exact measurements, etc. Never heard back.

Thanks to the professional of this company (Jack), the job was executed with efficiently. Matt did the job. He definitely proved that he takes pride in his work! We are extremely happy with the results, and the transformation in the kitchen is amazing. Matt made sure that the house was prepped to work, he cleaned everything when the job was completed, and he also reinstalled appliances. Thanks to Angie’s List we were able to find a company that defines professionalism!

It went well. Maple floors came out great. One of Jack's previous customers allowed us to visit and see his floors. We were impressed. Most communication with Jack via text and at times this presnted some challenges. Jack will do what it tskes to make you happy. One thing could that have gone better - when sanding the cabinets were not taped close and a lot of sawdust got in ghe drawers and behind the doors. Plus there was way more dust than we expected.

Jack is excellent! I called him after getting taken for over $1100 from another contractor who only did a partial job. Jack was very helpful and knowledgeable about the floor being installed. Jack and his crew came in under a very difficult time frame fixed the multiple mistakes by the last contractor and completed my entire house in unbelievable time. He and his crew were excellent! They did a wonderful job! I can not express enough how grateful I am for someone like Jack! He made a bad situation go away and he had compassion for me and my family! I would recommend him Jack to everyone! Class act!

I highly recommend Jack and his company. The price was excellent as well as the work. His crew was on time, efficient and meticulous. After the work was completed (job was paid in full) my wife had an issue with one plank, I contacted Jack and he fixed the issue right away. We are very happy and if we need flooring in the future, he will be the one we use.

Jack and his crew were great. We relocated for about a week so they could get the work done. They were helpful in directing me to pick the right color and finish. We went with a mix of 1 part jacobean, 1 part espresso, 1/2 part ebony with three coats of the Bona high traffic satin finish. We also had installed 5" base molding throughout, with 7" base molding in the master bedroom. Looks great! Highly recommend Jack and his team.
