Jack and his worker Matt were amazing. Attention to detail was masterful. Both are skilled craftsman and were happy to do small extras. Matt even told me to get pads for my furniture and installed them. On time, cleaned up each day and friendly. Both work very hard until it is right.

I messaged Jack through Angie's List when looking for estimates for a flooring project. I had ended up choosing a different contractor, but Jack called the next afternoon, and was very prompt and professional on the phone.

Him and his crew were great to work with. They were very accomodating with helping us merge ideas to a workable solution. He went above and beyond the job by helping us pick up a lot of the supplies that we had ordered in different locations in the area. Whenever we have a question, he was able to help us. There was an unexpected part of the job and he was able to help us fix the job.

Jack had completed a large flooring project at my work back in November and had done a great job. I needed my kitchen floor done so immediately contacted Jack. He came out right away and gave me an estimate. We set up a time for installation which he completed on a Saturday since we were working around plumbers and contractors doing the rest of the kitchen. The floor looks beautiful and I was very happy with the service. Jack was very reliable and did an amazing job. I would use him again if I needed any other flooring completed.

I highly recommend Floor Installation Systems. Jack was responsive and went out of his way to ensure our floor was repaired in a reasonable time. Many others did not take the job because it was too small. His work and expertise related to hardwood flooring and installation was remarkable.

After playing phone tag for a bit, Jack made it out to our house to install a new hardwood floor before the holidays. We call my wife "eagle eye" because she an pick out a mistake a mile away, and is extremely picky about the finished result of any job....she was more pleased with the end result than I was. We're discussing what to lay in the rest of the house. Once we decide, Jack will be the only person we call to do the work

He did a good job. He charged $2.25 per square foot and it was between 700-800 square feet. We did the work in multiple rounds. The price was fair. We would definitely use them again.

It's been a while Since Jack did our floor, so I can say that the hardwood floor installed for over 6 months are pretty good. Jack was quite responsive from the beginning, couple of times I need to leave one or two voice messages before I could finally get ahold of him, but I don't mind calling extra as long as I got him in the end. The estimate was done quickly and we were happy with the quote he gave us. The actual work was done in three days. We did call him after two weeks since there were coulple of chips in the floor poping up, he had his guy fixed quickly. Overall, everything went quite well and we are satified customers.

Jack is a great person to work with. He is professional, knowledgeable, reasonable and certainly well qualified. His partner, Matt, is also great to work with. Our previous contractor did a horrible job with the sub-floors, so we needed to self level before gluing the engineered floors. Jack knew exactly what to do, purchased materials and executed the work on time, within a reasonable budget and delivered a quality product. Go with Jack - You'll be happy you did.

We are so glad we chose Jack Dalton for our vinyl install , him and his partner Matt went above and beyond to help us realize our vision. Jack seamlessly extended vinyl from the kitchen into a once carpeted dining room, and counseled us on what baseboards to buy for our previously cove- based bathrooms. From when I first contacted him, Jack was very responsive and professional. The end result is a house that looks better than we could have imagined, we are thrilled.

From the moment i placed the first call to him, Jack was responsive in every way. He told me when to call him back during each phase of the process, I did that, and he was ready each time to answer my question or suggest the next step. Jack does all his own customer interface, even when he is on the job, he made sure he got back to me. Jack based his fee on the estimate I had received from another provider and said he would beat it (which he did). He pointed me to a discount provider for the quality hardwood and we did better than anywhere else, even after checking with several vendors. I had a preferred deadline-- giving him less than two weeks to see the project, order supplies, schedule and get the work done,. I had told him it was OK to delay, if it was too big a push, no problem. He INSISTED on making my deadline. The work was top quality, including the extra detail work for installing the flush mount heating vent grates. He is a genuinely nice person and would not be happy with the job, unless we were happy. We will definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

Jack and Matt did a superb job! They were very professional and responsive. Their price was also the best among the ones we consulted on. They even did some extra work (sealing a customerized stone fireplace). Our new floor looks beautiful and we are very satistified with the service.

when he first came out, he mentioned moulding for the floor;but then left moulding there/so I still have to repaint also,due to my work schedule, I was not there/my daughter was there, so she missed some of the details and then, I had to have the basement steps re-carpeted, so I ended up with another 500 for the carpeting to be replaced-a little more than I wanted to spend for the basement, but the floor looks great

Excellent job. Very pleased with the installation of the flooring. Jack was very responsive in setting up installation and kept us updated on the time he would arrive. He was very knowlegeable about the product. Both he and Mat were very pleasant and very patient with our questions. Would definitely recommend him.

I could not be more thrilled with the final product. Jack's work is meticulous, and his attention to detail marks him as a master craftsman. This floor is NOT for a DIYer. You need a professional to install it properly. I cannot recommend Jack more highly. He has years of experience with click-lock linoleum. He is a man of his word: honorable, punctual, courteous. He deserves 10 stars.

Execellent job- Great company to work with- we had to change the installation dates several times because we had problems with the other contractors doing the basement remodel- Jack was extremely flexible in placing us on and then removing us from the schedule. When we finally had a date to do the work- he was able to fit us in and did the work in three days. He also fixed a problem we had with one of the walls having a hole in it due to some problems with drywall installation from the previous contractors- he fixed that wall and also took care of some other minor cosmetic issues for us. His partner Matt is excellent and works really hard to do a good job. Jack is very personable and obviously takes pride in what his company does- I would absolutely utilize him again and would recommend him to anyone who needs a great job done in flooring- his prices are very competitive- he will save you money wherever he can.

Jack Dalton and his partner Matt are highly professional in all regards. The end result was a beautifully laid floor with a precise fit and beautiful results. What is equally important in the whole process of his customer relations. He returns calls punctually, set up realistic dates (if you are realistic too) and sticks by them. He showed up punctually and worked straight through. Focus was on detail. House was cleaned up perfectly and the job was turn key when he left. His prices may be a little higher than the big box store installation service, but you only get what you pay for and in this case worth every penny. I highly recommend if you want a good job done when it is agreed to be done.

The installation was in a condo where my elderly mother lives. Jack moved the furniture and did everything to make her stay during the renovation as painless as possible. Jack and his workman completed the installation on time and with fine craftsmanship. No problems. Highly recommend.

My house is a fixer upper built in the 1860's. It's had some rough history including a nest of plumbing just below the subfloor in the Bathroom. Jack and Matt worked a long day to get the issues resolved so I'd have the work completed before Thanksgiving. It ended up being a much more complicated installation than anticipated, and we needed to renegotiate a price, but Jack took less than I offered. I think he treats customers like family. They also did a beautiful job in the Kitchen, scribing around pipes and the rough edges of a brick wall. Jack also gave me the opportunity to review and make changes on the work (transition strips used, etc.), and didn't consider the job complete until I signed off -- even with the day being a long one. He cleaned up and took the trash with him, which is definitely a plus.

Put simply, Jack was great and I would highly recommend him, both for his work and professionalism. He was responsive, punctual and thorough. His partner Matt did the majority of the work, which included removing and reconnecting a claw foot bathtub from a very small city size bathroom. Matt was courteous and did a great job laying new ceramic tile. We absolutely love our new floor. In sum, there are three important things to note: (1) Jack was extremely responsive, (2) did a fantastic job, and (3) the gave us a great price! Highly recommended!

The guy who came out did a fantastic job and was on time. It was a good experience. He was real courteous and nice. He was awesome. The price of the service was also fair. I would definitely use his service again in the future if I need to.

I'm very happy with the job. These guys showed up when they said they would, and were very professional. My floors look GREAT! I'm already looking at re-doing another room, and I'll hire them for it. Very happy to share that this was A+ work.
