Description of Work: They ripped up carpet in the entire second floor and then installed laminate wood (coretec) flooring. It looks very nice. I would use them again. Jack is a nice, trustworthy guy and very fair.

Description of Work: Replaced my awful entryway carpet with new tile. Not only did the job look fantastic, but the completed it earlier than estimated. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: Mr. Dalton did a very nice job on my floors. I would use him again for the quality of his work. However, his responsiveness leaves something to be desired. Telephone messages and text messages/emails were not answered in any timely fashion and when appts were made for him to meet me at the project site, he was late once and his representative did not show on another occasion to correct some work problems. Ultimately the job was finished to my satisfaction.

In fact it was so much effort on my part just to get the process going that it did not make sense to waste any more of my time. Description of Work: We were looking to have the carpeting ripped up from our family room, dining room, living room and first floor hallway (old parquet floor) and replaced with all new hardwood flooring...as well as having the carpeting on our stairway to the second floor replaced. Jack came out and gave us a detailed estimate. Based on other estimates we received, his pricing was competitive. Unlike the large "we-do-it-all" warehouse stores/installers though we felt Jack's service was that much more personal and he was very good at quickly responding to our various inquiries in advance of the actual installation. We ordered the hardwood flooring and carpeting from other recommended suppliers, Jack delivered it all to the house and his crew had the new hardwood completely installed within a day and the stairwell carpeting was completed the next day. They took care of all of the clean-up and everything was handled very professionally. I would certainly recommend their services as it was a pleasure having them work for us.

Description of Work: They were hired to remove existing flooring, remove dishwasher and replace flooring. They were able to remove the dishwasher without having to remove the existing hardwood, with no damage to the floor. This not only saved time, but also saved me the cost of the existing hardwood removal .

Description of Work: I had difficulty scheduling. | |Portions of the floor are peeling up. An employee of the company moved very quickly installing the floor, but also took significant chunk off the bottom of my exterior door and left an air leak. | |I have attempted to contact the company to resolve the peeling issue for approximately 9 months. | |I have yet to even get a receipt.

Description of Work: Jackson and his team came in to my home and it one day created a masterpiece. I can only show one picture but that picture is of a detail they helped me come up with. ( Okay it was really their idea ). The price that he quoted was reasonable and a little bit less than the other three quoted that I got. The company he suggested I get the wood from was professional and a pleasure to deal with. I've never had a contractor come in and take care of a job and have it so go so easily as this. I highly recommend.
