Description of Work: Replaced the Garage Door Motor! Works Great! In fact they added a back up battery to the new motor and that night we lost power for 2 1/2 days and the garage door was the only thing that worked! Good Timing!

Description of Work: One of the springs in my garage door let loose. Mike was recommended by my local landscaper.  + -1 moreThe receptionist quoted $160 to install a garage door opener that I had purchased separately. Upon completion, the installer handed me an invoice for $224 dollars. The labor alone was $185. When I mentioned the difference from the quote, he told me, "She misquoted the price." Additionally, the installer did not use a reinforcement brace on the door (even though the door had two warning stickers that such a brace was required), so I had to spend an additional $15 and an hour of my time to install the brace.

Provided accurate verbal cost estimate based only on my non professional, non mechanical verbal description of malfunction of garage door and opener. Could not be more pleased.

Description of Work: Michael removed the old garage door and replaced it with a new 1 car garage door. They used the existing track but everything else was new.

His price was lower than another bidder's, and we deemed his product (made in nearby Bristol, PA) to be superior than the other bidder's. The work was done in half a day, as Mr. Carr had projected, and the job was completed in the time frame we discussed.
Description of Work: Removed two overhead garage doors, tracks, and electric door openers. Installed new, well-insulated steel doors in their place. Installed keypad opener outside. Provided two keyless remotes.
