My husband and I love coming home from work on the days the ladies have cleaned because our house feels like a brand new house! Guests comment on how clean our house is when they come over as well. The ladies go above and beyond too!

Description of Work: Cleaned townhouse. 3 bdrooms, 3 1/2 baths. Pleasant, speedy. Took 90 minutes. Would definitely have them again. Thank you Dust Busters.

Description of Work: They did a heavy cleaning of my entire house, as I was preparing to put my house up for sale. They arrived on time and got right to work. They estimated it would take 12 hours (3 women@4 hours each) and even though it ran a litte over, they only charged for the 12 hours. They did a great job!

Description of Work: The service was fine. I do not usually use house cleaners so seeing the ad for 4 man hours worth of cleaning for the price seemed exceptional. Turns out it was about 1 1/2 hours . When I asked , the reply was was 4 man hours was equivalent to about 1 1/2 hours. The cleaning was fine but I found the rate confusing . I was sent a phamphlet explaining all this but really didn't pay much attention . I thought 4 hours was 4 hours.

Description of Work: We had settlements to sell our house and buy a new house all in the same morning. To save time we contracted with Clean Busters to clean our new house prior to the movers arriving. (we cleaned the house we were leaving ourselves - it was immaculate). Clean busters was at our new home promptly at 8:30 am with 3 people and the movers were scheduled to arrive at 12:30...plenty of time to thoroughly clean a house. (2300 sq ft; 3 BR, 2.5 BA). They did a lousy job...my wife ended up spending 4 hours cleaning the refrigerator during moving day. The inside was untouched. Hairs on the bathroom floors, kitchen counters were not clean (when you rubbed your hand across you could feel the dirt). A professional cleaner should know what it takes to clean an empty house prior to someone moving in. It should be a standard process to clean an empty house prior to people moving in. It involves more than pushing a vacuum and dusting. The house was COMPLETELY EMPTY...they should have cleaned everything thoroughly knowing we were to be putting our belongings inside cabinets, the refrigerator, etc. I could list a dozen items that were unacceptable to start using due to being dirty/grimy. Huge disappointment. If it ended up being more work than they anticipated all they would have had to do was call my cell phone and say they'd be longer; 3 people between 8:30 - 12:30 is 12 man-hours! Problem was that their standards were so low they assumed that their level of clean was acceptable. We wasted our money and had to clean everything ourselves anyway. (bathroom floors, inside cabinets, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator...the list is endless).

Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for $89 for 4 Hours of Housecleaning. Cleanbusters did a really nice job and I will consider using them in the future.

Description of Work: The job went reasonably well. There were three, not four cleaners, but they stayed twenty minutes longer than described in the Big Deal. They accomplished what I wanted them to do, but they were not as fast or as thorough as I had wished, but it was definitely okay.

Description of Work: it went well. I was expecting 4 people, but only three came. They worked well and steadily and were quite pleasant. I will consider using again.

Description of Work: The ladies are absolutely fantastic at cleaning, are very efficient and very fast! Highly recommend to anyone who needs their house cleaned. Prices extremely reasonable!
