I had hired Cleanbusters in 2014 and thought they did a good job for the price. They cleaned my house every 2 weeks and also did a huge spring cleaning. The owner calls to confirm each time the girls come and is very accommodating with change in schedule. At first i had a crew who were very professional and did a great job and i was very happy with the service. During the past year the crew has changed and this crew is careless, lethargic, appear not to like to clean (with one young girl even stating that she hates to clean while i was in the room!) and they do not move anything. The floors look as if they are still dirty and the showers are becoming moldy since it appears they are not scrubbing. i even left a scrub brush and cleaner and asked them to scrub the shower... still moldy. .... and the price went up and the service definitely went down... my house was starting to become actually dirty... i could not even tell it was cleaned after they left... i had to hire a new service...and the new service is much much better with ladies who you can tell love to clean and take pride in their work!

Reviews for this cleaning service were all positive...so i used then once on a trial basis - they exceeded my expectations!

We used Clean Busters twice with good results. The third time we scheduled a cleaning, the team arrived one hour late, and I asked to reschedule for another day because I couldn't be home at the time they arrived. I spoke with the office manager and she was aware that the team had showed up late. The following week I received a bill for the full cost of the service with the explanation that 48 hours are required for cancellation. I called the office and reiterated that the cleaners had showed up an hour late. After that, my husband received a call from Robin, who claimed to him that I was wrong about the time the cleaners showed up. We are extremely disappointed. Robin's response to the failure of her staff to show up on time was not only highly unprofessional but also insulting.

We have never cleaned our house as Debbie had explained to us. She was very detailed in what cleaning products we were to supply as well as what the workers would clean. The ladies (4 of them) arrived on time and spent over 4 hours cleaning the house. They started on the 2nd floor and worked their way down to our front door. The bathrooms were spotless, the ceiling fans and blinds were dust free and the kitchen cabinets had a nice, clean shine to them (to mention a few of the tasks done). I look forward to the next DEEP CLEANING next year and would highly recommend them!

Let me start off by saying that this is the first time I've ever had my house cleaned. I received a gift card to this company after I had my son and just got around to using it now. The women who came to clean my house were very sweet, professional and worked their butts off for two hours straight. This is a professional clean you are getting. Robin who owns the company is very professional and a great communicator. She interviewed me for 15 minutes before they arrived to be sure everything I wanted cleaned would be attended to. I like that I can provide my own cleaning products (great if you use products that are toxic fee) The supplied all the actual cleaning tools. These ladies do really great work. They were extremely careful with everything, and I would trust them to be here when I am not home. At one point my son went down for his nap and they continued cleaning (but really quietly because they knew he was sleeping) I am now discussing with my husband having them come monthly. I am a working mom, currently in grad school and I can't tell you how wonderful it was to not have to stress about my house being a mess. W

IT DID NOT GO WELL! While I will write the house was cleaned, it was done so with issues that are not in regards to the quality of the actual work. On the first occasion one of the women working in our house made a lot of unnecessary commentary about our decor and how ridiculous the quantity of "s**t" in our home was. She also said that she should wear a shirt stating that she accepts tips. On the second occasion, after we had our doubts and did complain to management about our issue, items were missing from our home. The items that were stolen were not only of substantial enough cost to constitute a felony, but were also sentimental. I would avoid this company and they will not be receiving a third chance from us and do not deserve your first.

Cleanbusters is an extremely cost effective cleaning service. We have used them twice now and for the price they can not be beat. They do the job I would do if I had the time and energy to actually clean my house. We have two kids, a dog and cat and I was feeling overwhelmed with keeping the house clean. We originally were just going to have them come out once but after having them come out the first time I have decided to have them come back every 3 weeks until my husband tells me we can no longer afford it haha. Though knowing that our house is clean and I dont have to do it has been a huge relief and worth every penny! This last time, I was home when the cleaning crew arrived. 4 very nice women came in and immediately went to work. They were in and out in an hour. I was very impressed!

Arrived right on time. The women were friendly and wonderful with my anxious, barky dog. After some treats and puppy kisses they were friends. My kitchen and bathroom sparkled, floors were great, furniture shining, they even changed the sheets on my bed for me! (I hate doing that). There was some stray dog hairs on the floors still, but that was the only speck of dust I could find in the place after an hour. Worth the price and would have them back! Thanks so much!

Very flexible, usually they are able to work with me even if my schedule changes. Very good work, and efficient, if they forget to do things they make a note in your account and make sure to do it when they come back. Very well organized and responsive.

I am very satisfied with their work.

They did an OK job. The fridge was cleaned, but by no means spotless. The bar in the basement was not touched. The doors and entryways were not wiped down, I had to go over them and remove fingerprints etc. The stairs were not vacuumed. In general I expected a much more thorough job for the price.

I was very happy with the overall service. I will say that once they had left and I started really looking that the dust and fur balls under the furniture were still there--but I'm a previous Marriott employee and find that my detail checking after the fact is stronger than my directing cleaning staff on the front end. I'm very sure that if I had identified this as something I wanted handled (it would have involved moving some furniture) that it would have been.

The service went fine. They arrived a bit late to the appointment because they were working on another house. I paid an additional fee for an additional 15 minutes of cleaning. I thought the additional pricing was okay. Three cleaners came out for the job and used my cleaning supplies. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

They were very reasonable – I paid $89 for 4 man hours and they stayed over an extra hour to complete the job to their standard of excellence. My home sparkled! I have hired them to be my permanent cleaning service.

It took longer than expected to clean the house so there was an additional fee. The ladies were extremely nice and worked well together. It was pleasure having them in my home.

I would not use them again in the future.

Thought we were getting 4 hours not 4 people for 1 hour nor was I expecting to have to purchase my own cleaning supplies for a cleaning company to use. That's seems foolish to me. I don't have to purchase a lawn mower for my landscapers.

They arrived within the specifed time. I provided the workers wiht the cleaning materials requested shoed then what was to be done and left them to do their work. I was very confident in the three individuals and felt very comforatable leaving them to work in my home while I proceeded to work from my office in the basement.

The provider's team arrived on time and proceeded to commence their job. All the woodwork was cleaned, drapes and furniture vacuumed, floors cleaned and all dusting and bathrooms were cleaned. I was very satisfied with their work.

D.J., Jackie, Nanette and Rikki arrived at 11 a.m. ?They vacuumed, dusted and cleaned the furniture, washed the floors, cleaned the entire bathroom and washed all surfaces. ?I was so happy w/ the results. ?They were so sweet and friendly. ?I highly recommend them and already have an appointment for next month.

I was contacted immediately after submission at 8 ish in the morning, I was asked for detailed directions - told "we don't do Yeadon, but will for you" when we were on the phone, but when I needed to go in the midst of attempting to give detailed directions I was later sent an email telling me to get a refund. Not sorry, ect. Just : you are outside our area, get a refund. Also vendor does not list that all cleaning supplies need to be provided - this is not uncommon, but should be listed. Her comment on Yeadon smacked of profiling esp. since the address she was calling me for (that listed in my Angie's list profile) is FIVE MINUTES AWAY. Rude, unprofessional.
