The team of 3 cleaners arrived very promptly - a little early in fact, which was great. They asked good questions about what was to be cleaned and what I expected them to do. They did a thorough job in each room, working professionally and efficiently as a team., and seemed eager to provide service that satisfied me, which it did. Although I have not been using a cleaning service on a regular basis for a few years, if I decided to do so, I would definitely call on them. Customer service was also very good, confirming the time the day before service was scheduled, and calling the next day to see if everything went well. I have no hesitation in recommending Cleanbusters.

My wife recently passed away after an illness of several months, and the house had not been cleaned for quite some time. We were having an open house memorial, and I called Robin at Cleanbusters to get the first floor and second floor bathroom cleaned in preparation. She was pleasant and very businesslike on the phone. She followed up our call with a mailed checklist. I was to supply the cleaning supplies, and her crew would come with all of the necessary equipment. She followed up with several phone calls to make sure that I was going to follow through (I guess they have a lot of last minute cancellations). As it turned out, the crew was able to come a little early and give me a little extra time due to a last minute cancellation, so I guess there was a good reason for her follow-up calls. The three women were extremely pleasant, worked hard, did a fantastic job, and I couldn't be happier. I will use Cleanbusters again in the future and I couldn't recommend them more highly. My house looked great for the memorial and my 65 guests were able to roam the first floor and use both bathrooms with impunity. Thanks, Robin!!!

The CB team did quite a good job, within a good amount of time.

The three women who came out worked hard from the time they stepped through the doors. They were pleasant and efficient. It was nice that there were three people for an hour instead of one person for 3 hours.

Very efficient and thorough.They cleaned 4 bathrooms, dusted the entire house, cleaned and treated all floors, and made the kitchen sparkle. The carpet on the stairs was in rough shape and they managed to clean it up and make it look presentable. They were friendly, competent and communicative.

I live in a fairly large home and have been in search of a cleaning team that can do my whole house in one visit. While I do a lot of my own cleaning, I can't seem to get the entire house done at once. I found Cleanbusters through one of Angie's Big Deals and thought I would give them a try. Robin was very responsive and called me right away to schedule my cleaning. We spoke about my needs and she explained her business in detail. When her cleaners came, I was immediately happy with the ease of our communication and the efficiency with which they worked. They each had a very engaging personality and they approached the job with knowledge and professionalism. I was kept abreast of their progress and they didn't hesitate to ask questions to address my needs. The time went as scheduled and the end result was great. I haven't figured out my ongoing cleaning needs but I know if I am looking for a more regular schedule or even another one time job, I would call Robin and her crew!

I noticed that the "Basic Cleaning Rate" was lower than the price of the deal I had purchased. When I asked about it, she said it was due to fees from Angie's List. So I called Angie's List. They happily promised a refund if I no longer wanted "the deal". So buyers, beware. I cancelled and never used the service.

All the cleaners were cheerful and courteous, very respectful of me and of my belongings. Cleaning was quick and thorough, covering kitchen, two bathrooms, two bedrooms, living, dining, hallway and office. I'm very happy with the results. I have asked to be put on their regular cleaning schedule. Price is very competitive, based on my experience.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They arrived on time and they were very nice people. They sent 4 people and they stayed a little bit longer and so I paid them another $22. I will use them again, but I'll make sure upfront to know what the cost will be. They did a great job. I was really happy.

Sent four people - very polite and professional. Cleaned the entire house - completed the job in just about 2 hours. The house looks great. We are extremely pleased and will use them again.

We saw a coupon on Angie's List for Cleanbusters. It was for 4 hours of cleaning for $99. Robin called a couple days after we purchased and explained the process and we set up the appointment. They arrived on time. Everything sparkles; they were friendly, organized, and they did a great job. We were so satisfied that we signed up for regular cleanings.

The team of 4 cleaners arrived a few minutes early, I gave them the tour of what needed doing, showed them the available cleaning supplies and they went to work busting the dirt out of my house! They were efficient, effective and dusted and cleaned places I would not have thought to.

I have been using Cleanbusters for years, but I just realized that they are on Angie's List. All I can say is, I love this cleaning service! The women are dependable, honest, trustworthy, thorough, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile if necessary, You won't find a nicer, more professional group of women around. They have been cleaning my house every other week for years. Robin is very responsible about scheduling cleanings and she always calls the day before to let me know what time they will be coming. I have tried other cleaning services in the past, but Cleanbusters is by far the best and I can't recommend them highly enough!

Good work and punctual. They left a fair bit of leaves on the back porch but overall were effective.

They always showed up and Robin, the owner, always called to remind us they would be coming the next day. However, we ended up letting them go because the quality of the cleaning was inconsistent. One time it was so bad (dirty film on the kitchen counters, mold in shower, cleaning powder remaining in the tub--aka not rinsed thoroughly, etc) that they had to come back the next day (which I appreciated, but it was inconvenient for me). After that, I just didn't feel comfortable using them anymore.

It did not go as planned. In fact, the job was terrible. I called Robin Cutler and spoke to her in length about what I wanted done in my home. I wanted a deep clean. I called Robin at the the week of December 8th, towards the end of the week. I realize I was calling at the busiest time of the year, and whatever she had available was great and I would even wait until the new year to have the house cleaned. Included in the deep clean, I wanted 12 blinds cleaned. Robin scheduled me for Wednesday December 18th for the deep clean, but could not do the blinds. It was a tedious job and she did not have the time available. That was absolutely fine with me. We talked a good 20 to 25 minutes about what was to be accomplished. She took all my information and emailed me a list of what was to be done. A day or two later she called me, and said she had an opening on Monday, and she could fit the blinds in. She said their would be 4 women and they would arrive on Monday around 11 am. Robin was professional! I was thrilled and excited to finally have people clean, deep clean, my home. I currently have 2 cleaning people every other week who clean my home. (They don't do heavy or deep cleaning.) I have been disappointed before with other cleaning services and have done it my self or years. Because I am now a member with Angie's list, my husband is also a member, and we've used a contractor we hired from your recommendations, I was confident that I was going to get the same results with the housecleaning service. WOW ! CLEARLY I WAS MISTAKEN. The 11 o'clock start time, and yes, I did say around 11am, turned out to be 1:30. 3 Women instead of 4 showed up. All of whom, were very professional. I was working from home so I was present the entire time. I didn't bother the women except for the occasional, asking the women if they needed anything. They seemed to be working very hard. One person cleaned the upstairs bathroom and the other 2 started working on the blinds. Before I go any further, let me give you the list of items they were supposed to finish between 11am and whatever time it took them to finish the job. I thought they were supposed to finish all the items on the list that I created with Robin Cutler. The list Robin sent to me in the mail and I had hung on the refrigerator for reference. I should have picked up on the red flag when the girls were asking me which rooms to clean! I didn't go into much detail with them because I assumed, yes, I know ASSUMED, their boss had gone over with them. And again, I had the list from Robin on the refrigerator for reference. And as Robin had informed me she has been in business for 31 years. When the women were finished, I quickly scanned the area, not the entire area and I did not look thoroughly at everything. Like I said I was working from home and had to reach a deadline. I can't imagine what would have gotten done if I wasn't home. I paid the women $300 for their 3 hours of work, said thank you and they left. Robin did call to have me give the girls a message and asked how the job was going. I told her the bathroom looked clean and from what I saw and heard they seemed to be working hard. Once the women left, and I finished my deadline I went around my home to survey the job they had been hired to do. I was appalled. The original estimate was 4 girls 2 hours to: 1. Move all furniture and clean behind (Not done) I have photos. 2. Wash all woodwork which includes doors, window frames and baseboards. (Not done) 3. Dusting of all nic-naks, pictures, etc. ( Not done) 4. Vacuuming of any furniture sectional and living room chair. (Cushions done but not top of cushions or behind furniture.) 5. Washing or dusting of blinds. 12 in total. (Poorly done. I have photos.) 6. Spot Cleaning walls and light switches where needed. I guess this means to their discretion! (Not done) 7. Complete cleaning of bathroom. (Done, but walls and baseboards not done!) 8. All Furniture dusted waxed or polished. (Done) 9. All windexing of TV's mirrors, glass top tables etc. ( TV not done, no glass top table, french doors not done, I specifically told Robin I had a few pairs of french doors with glass panels!! Not done) This is the kicker!!!!!! 10. Total Kitchen which includes outsides of all appliances( done), countertops (done), outsides of cabinets (Not Done), table and chairs (Not Done) scrubbing of floors ( wiped, but by no means, scrubbed!) When Robin called to tell me she was able to have the girls include the 12 blinds in the deep clean, she told me I would need lots of Mr. Clean and Mr. Clean Erasers. I purchased 5 bottles of Mr. Clean, and ten boxes of Mr. Clean Erasers. They used one box of Mr. Clean Erasers and 1/2 bottle of Mr. Clean. I guess this is what a professional cleaning service uses for a deep clean That includes 12 blinds!!!! I had all the cleaning supplies Robin had asked me to supply, I had nothing on the counter tops, on tables, etc. The women were to clean, the living room, dining room, center hall (upstairs and down), Master bathroom, powder room, breakfast room, and kitchen. They were to clean using the list above as their reference. I called Robin the following day, 12/17/2013, on my return from work, around 4pm. I had to leave a message because they are closed after 4pm. As of today, 12/29/2013, I have not received a phone call, an email or any form of communication, from Robin Cutler. (Please let me note, my check was cashed first thing the following morning, Thursday 12/17/13) I am so surprised that someone who says they have been in business for 31 years, and is affiliated with Angie's List, would not respond to a client calling and complaining about the terrible service provided by their staff!!!! As I look back at the reviews I should I have seen that the last review was in July. I wanted you to be aware of the service provided to me by Cleanbusters/Robin Cutler. I will never recommend this company to anyone in the future. I wish Robin had returned my phone call to discuss the poor job her staff provided to me. Maybe Robin could have defended her staff and made things right with me. Robin could have totally avoided this review that may damage her reputation. I don't know if I will use Angie's List in the future. I really expected someone with an A rating to give me A service. Maybe I misunderstood what A means and maybe I completely understood what deep clean means and what the above list means in terms of PROFESSIONAL CLEANING SERVICES. Maybe sub-par and poor customer service is an A in 2013! I hope for Cleanbusters and Angie's List this changes in 2014!

Everyone from Clean Busters that has arrived as part of the team to clean my house has been great! They come in, get to work and make sure that they have done exactly what I have asked. I plan to use this company on a weekly basis.

They are great. They are always on time and do good work. Nice and professional staff. They are accommodating to my schedule. They are always nice to my children

I hired cleanbusters to clean our home for the new owners after we moved out, prior to settlement. They arrived on time, did everything that was requested. It should be relatively easy to clean a house with nothing in it! They did a great job and the new owners commented at settlement that they really appreciated how great the house looked.

The guys from Cleanbusters were great. They do a nice job.

We were very pleased with the final product. Our house looks like it did the day we moved in! We have a dog (who really sheds) and I was really excited by the lack of dog hair when I got home. My husband was home for the day and said that he didn't mind paying the extra because he "literally never saw the girls stop moving;" they worked so hard! Also, although this initial cleaning was really expensive, their monthly cleaning service seems very reasonably priced (we got estimates from 3 people and this was the cheapest!). We were very happy with the final result. We will definitely continue to use them!

I was here the first time they came but not the second (husband home),so really can't complete this section. The results from both visits were excellent.

Robin, the head of the company, called me the next day with a quote and put an information packet in the mail for us immediately. I was very impressed by her knowledge and professionalism. The cleaning women showed up on time and were beyond pleasant--they seemed to genuinely enjoy their job. Robin said they have been with the company for over 20 years. They did a wonderful job and were sure to stay within our requested time limit of 1.5 hours (because we had a certain amount of $ we wanted to spend). We'll definitely be using them again.

The head of the company impressed me very much - responded to my voicemail within 24 hours, knew what she was talking about - sent me a mailing with specific information regarding cleaning products they would recommend (they provide supplies, you provide products), etc... She sent up a cleaning time for me right away. The people who came to clean were very friendly, on time, did a good and thorough job, and were able to get out of here in 1 hour and 15 mins. Overall, a great experience!
