"They tried to reschedule 1st cleaning but I was unable to do so. I am very limited on available days and went over that before I hired them and they said they could work with me. They showed did a good job so I scheduled my next cleaning. They texted to reschedule my 2nd cleaning but I was unable to reschedule to the day they suggested. They never texted or called me back to cancel, confirm or reschedule and never said they weren't coming on the scheduled day. I called and texted when they didn't show and got no response. This was about a month ago and I still haven't heard back."
