Semsa and her team have been cleaning my house monthly for many years now. I couldn’t be more pleased. I love coming home to a beautifully clean house. Communication is good, scheduling is good, and they are dependable, reliable, trustworthy and likeable people. I recommend Semsa Cleaning Service without hesitation.

When I received an estimate and I had no ideal it was just not Semsa. They cleaned for about a year. Sense cleans well. Her crew not so much. You never know who is coming. Some clean well others terrible. They often leave my lights on and doors open. I feel like they race to get out of the house. I tell semsa when they break things or ruin something- always same response - so sorry. Never I will pay for it. Would not recommend . Thrilled with the people we now have they consistently clean well. With semsa it depends on who comes with her.

She did better then i expected and my condo looks great after cleaning was done.She and her crew was simply best and I would recomend to anybody.

Wow. Repeat... Wow. Semsa Cleaning Service is worth every 'A' you will see on Angie's List. We were very dissatisfied with our current (nationally recognized) cleaning service so we looked on Angie's List for someone in our area. We saw Semsa's reviews and thought we'd give them a go. They were very communicative and we exchanged a few emails. Semsa met us at our home and reviewed the layout, so to speak. We contracted with them to give us a 'first time' cleaning, with follow-on normal cleaning twice a month. Semsa arrived for the housecleaning with a team of four and worked a solid three hours. The attention to detail, the incredible work ethic, the demonstrated deep cleaning, the overall positive attitude were amazing. Frankly, the housecleaning they delivered would shame our now former cleaning service. Semsa cleaned our stovetop and refrigerator water-ice cube area such that the appliances looked brand new. Our master bath shower was basically restored. Makes me ill to think of how long we kept our former service and paid them for their 'check the box' form process. Semsa literally moved furniture away from the walls to deep clean the baseboards. Semsa...if you are reading this...'welcome to the family'. My only hesitation in writing this review is that she will become too successful, get too many clients, and we might lose her one day. I do not want that to happen, but, hey...call them like you see them. I say 'Semsa', but she works with her husband and a few others. They are all outstanding. She is highly personable, client focused, and she cleans your house like it is her house. I highly recommend Semsa Cleaning Service for your residence if you are looking.

Semsa is a very friendly, honest, and conscientious cleaner. She is the BEST cleaner that I have ever paid to work in my house. Her attitude is very good. She does her job of vacuuming and dusting and cleaning kitchen and bath and laundry areas very throughly. She is responsive. if I find something that was missed from the previous week, she apologizes with a smile and fixes the problem. I think her attitude and willingness to go the extra mile is what makes her different from others. I would HIGHLY recommend her and her husband. He does the vacuuming and every sweep of the carpet is done uniformly. It's actually amazing. They move furniture and don't just surface clean. She isn't afraid to tackle a dirty area and will go the extra mile to see something clean--A++ for Semsa!!

,I chose Semsa based on the reviews on Angies list. .I was not disappointed. She responded immediately and set up an estimate date and then made time to clean my home only 2 days later. She gave us a time and was very punctual. She arrived with her helpers and they started working immediately. Stayed constantly busy and she was so detailed in her cleaning that it took her almost twice the time expected, which was above and beyond what I had expected.. . She is very pleasant and willing to please. She is honest and trustworthy and she has spoiled me with her first job at my house. I know my home and I will be seeing Semsa on a regular basis...

My schedule left me no time to clean my house before my husband and I left to visit friends for the weekend, and I knew it would be hard to fit it into my schedule when we came home as well. I contacted Semsa Cleaning Service based upon other reviews I had read on Angie's List. She exceeded all of my expectations. She returned my call promptly and graciously fit me into her schedule. She came to my home (arriving on time) to do a walk-through and provide an estimate. She and her team did everything that we agreed would be done and did it beautifully! Very kind, very professional, and above all, very trustworthy. We will absolutely have Semsa and her team in our home again.

Semsa and her employees are extremely conscientious and professional. Everything is cleaned beautifully. If there are any issues, Semsa is quick to handle and ensure problems do not occur.
