I could not have been happier with the entire experience. I left a contact on Angies List at 6am and at 8am Sarah called me. She said that they would have someone at the house around 10am. Amazing. Josh and Aaron showed up and were very professional and immediately put on shoe covers to protect the house. I explained to Josh that our master bath sink was leaking into the inside of kitchen cabinet. Josh had to remove a finished wood box inside the cabinet to get to the fitting. He was extremely careful which was much appreciated as the cabinets had just been recently installed. I was absolutely impressed with their integrity when Josh came to tell me he had made a tiny scratch on back inside wall of cabinet. It was such a tiny scratch that I probably would have not even seen without him telling me. That spoke volumes of the integrity of him and the company. They completed the job perfectly in less than 2 hours. They laid cardboard on the floor to insure they would scratch nothing. Without a doubt they have made me a customer of their's for any future needs.

Had some issues with a basement drain, with repeated attempts by another company (two words - first one begins with an "M" and ends with an "R") to fix. They assessed the situation, provided a fix and ended up refuting the disaster of what the other company "diagnosed." The guys were very knowledgeable, respectful of the property and efficient. Highly recommended!

We met with John Shelton and he coordinated the entire project. His ideas made sense and we were given choices and prices. I liked that he offered many layouts and options in both the design and in the participation of the project (we wanted to buy some things on our own) . We asked for a start date and the project started on time. John provided a team of himself, a carpenter, and an electrician for the job. The entire job took about 12 days, and there was never a mess left for us to clean up - the garage which bordered the new bathroom and construction area were always left perfectly clean and free of nails, sawdust, etc. All involved were professional and kind people who we felt very comfortable with in our home. John was able to be reached easily any time we needed a question answered and we did ask a lot of questions. We couldn't be happier with the results and would highly recommend Shelton Plumbing.

It went very well. Two plumbers showed up on time and were well equipped. They protected the floor properly. After installation they tested the installation and dryer. The closet installation was tight, yet they did a nice job positioning the piping, valve and flex hose for this tight positioning and yet for future maintenance. The installers were professional yet pleasant. I would use them again.

They're pretty good. I've used them before. My neighbor put me on to them. I've been using them for at least 10 years. They do nice work. The older generation came and fixed what the newer generation had screwed up. The newer generation is not too swift. The price is fair. Mister Shelton even tried to fix my car and he's not even a car repair man. He's a very nice man. I'd use the older generation again but if the new generation comes here, I don't know if I'll ever have them come back or not.

They took great care making sure all surfaces were protected with drop cloths. They even covered the wall near the floor drain. They found the problem and had it resolved in under an hour. I've used this company in the past and will continue to use them and recommend them highly!

This company went "above and beyond" in their effort to find the cause of the problems I reported. Very thorough and professional. Took extra effort to keep the premises clean, cleaned up when finished. Very professional and friendly at the same time. I will not hesitate to call on this company again for future work. They treated me very respectfully. It's a real pleasure to deal with a company like Shelton Plumbing.

They were fantastic. Everything went in without and problem. The guys were very polite and actually cleaned up all debris. I wouldn't hesitate for one minute to call them for all my future plumbing needs.

Denny and Aaron arrived on time and performed the work described with efficiency and professionalism. Being a person who enjoys watching experts do their thing, I asked several questions which were answered to my satisfaction while they continued to work. The job was completed in a couple of hours, and the area was cleaned up before they left.

I used Shelton Plumbing three times in the past 5 years to do different plumbing work and I would strongly recommend them.

When I called this business, I received the most friendly treatment. Sarah said she would call me right back to schedule the visit. Within15 minutes she returned my call and set up the service for the morning of the next day. On the day of the service, Sarah called to let me know that Josh Shelton would be at my home by 10:30 A.M. He arrived with his helper at exactly 10:30 A.M. Both service persons were dressed in clean uniforms and put covers over their shoes before entering my home. They introduced themselves and looked at both jobs to be done. They then, went to the truck and packed all needed tools and parts. Installation took about 20 minutes, whereupon Josh explained and showed me exactly what he had done. With the new valve on the refrigerator water line, he demonstrated how to turn it off and on. He tested all installed parts with water on. Presented the bill going over the charges and also gave me a magnetized business card and two pens. When he left, you could not tell any work was done except now I have a beautiful new faucet. This was one of the most positive encounters with a service person in my home. I definitely will be calling this plumbing company again. They were so pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. This is the way service should be. It was painless which is so much different than most other service people.

The work was performed promptly, professionally, and thoroughly. Even though the job took longer than was expected Josh Shelton stuck with his quoted price. Shelton Plumbing has most certainly earned my loyalty and will be the only plumber that I need to call in the future.

Workers were courteous, friendly, worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. They did their best to do all repair work to our likings and desires.

They continue to be very good. They are a very honest company that responds when you need them. They really know what they are doing. I have been happy with their service.

He told me once the work was done I would not know they were there! Even with all the work they had to do breaking through the plastered ceiling there was no residual dust to clean up. They took care of everything!! He even subcontracted a man to plaster and paint the ceiling. His work was superior too.

We had a leak and I took it apart to try to fix it, I called them and they did the pipework. They put it in for us. They were professional. They were great. Everything was cleaned up. They were in and out quickly. The price was pretty good. I got quotes that were higher from other companies. They arrived quickly.

The granite countertop is uneven, both handles on the faucet are loose, and the sink leaks. They do not pay attention to detail. I told him that I had issues but he won’t come back to fix it unless I pay him. I called him for estimate to work on my second bathroom and fix the issues with the first bathroom remodel and he told me he was booked through December. He quoted me an outrageous amount for the second remodel. I really disappointed with his work and the fact that he won't come back to fix any issues.

They did a very efficient job, they put a higher level outside faucet on it with an angle and they did a very nice job. They were very responsive because we didn't anticipate doing all that work, I brought up the possibility of more work and they gave their boss a call for a quote so I had them do the work. They called their boss anytime there was something they were unsure or had doubts about anything. I thought it was great that they wanted to make sure it was done right and got the opinion of the owner who had been doing it for 30 years. Compared to other plumbers I've had they were reasonably priced. Everything is still in working order.

I have had interactions with them several times within the last 15 years. Everything was satisfactory with the job. I would have appreciated an estimate before the job was done which they did not provide. I would use them again in the future.

They have done very good work for us and we?ve always been very pleased with the work they?ve provided. I would definitely recommend them because they are very thorough. It is a family owned a operated business and they are very meticulous and they are very tidy; the work area is always left as nice or nicer than it was when they started. The owner goes back to inspect the work that has been done so that he can insure that everything has been handled well and the work is up to his standards. Plumbers are expensive but Shelton is definitely competitive.

JOHN WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND POLITE. HE CAME UP WITH A CREATIVE SOLUTION TO AVOID DESTROYING THE TILE IN OUR BATHROOM WHILE ACCOMPLISHING THE REPAIR. HE WAS VERY CAREFUL TO KEEP AREAS CLEAN DURING THE JOB.
