The job was done well and within the day it was scheduled.

Sent them an e-mail Monday night.Was contacted Tuesday morning.Explained my problem and took some photos and sent them to their e-mail to give them an idea what type of faucet needed replaced.They kept in touch through out the day to let me know when they would arrive.Josh showed up on time and quickly determined that my faucet could be fixed instead of replaced.Unfortunately he didn't have the correct part with him but could get it and install on Wednesday. I explained that I wouldn't be home until after 7pm .He said no problem.I said OK just call first.At 7pm he called and said he would be about 45 minutes and would call when he was on his way.He called within 35minutes and arrived shortly afterwards. He installed the replacement cartridge and was done in a few minutes.Josh was a true professional and I would recommend Shelton Plumbing Inc. to everyone who wants quality work at a great price.

I called Shelton Plumbing in the AM. The 2 workers came within 1-1/2 hours. Introduced themselves upon entering and got right to work. They were done and gone in 20 minutes. Excellent outcome.

REMOVED OLD DRAIN AND THEN INSTALLED NEW DRAIN AND REPAIRED CONCRETE THAT WAS BROKEN DURING REMOVAL OF THE OLD ONE. DID A GOOD JOB WITH THE CONCRETE WORK AND THEN EXPLAINED AND SHOWED US WHERE TO PUT VEGETABLE OIL AROUND THE NEW DRAIN CATCH RING, WHICH WOULD NOT EVAPORATE LIKE WATER DOES, WHICH IS WHAT CAUSES DRAINS TO SMELL.

They arrived promptly when they said they would. They inspected the jobsite and we agreed to the total extent of the work to be done. They laid tarps on the floor and wore shoe coverings to protect my floors. They removed and replaced the fixtures quickly and neatly. Checked out all the work for leaks and cleaned up and removed all of the used materials. After the work they left everything in good shape.

Two plumbers showed up on time and were very nice and professional. They were very friendly to my dog and were very courteous to me. They performed the work in a very timely manner and took 2 toilets for disposal and the large box that the toilet was in. There was no mess and the faucet and toilet work perfectly. They made my 94 year old mother very happy with her updated bathroom.

Had no idea what needed repaired when I made the appointment. I had a leak in my kitchen ceiling from the upstairs bathroom. Denny and Jake came out promptly, identified the problem, fixed it, in less than an hour. I felt they were extremely honest and reliable. I will definitely use them again in the future.

The plumbers were quick to diagnose the problem and fix it. They also explained why the problem occurred and fixed that too.

Awesome. Joshua was professional, knowledgeable and competent. Had to repair the leak by cutting a hole in the ceiling downstairs to access the leak in the upstairs bathroom. Cleaned up afterwards and provided a great service. I would definitely recommend Shelton Plumbing!!!

There were two men who did the job. They very polite and well mannered. They listened to everything I need fixed, replaced, or installed. They told me everything they were going to do and then they gave me an estimate. They did the job in a very professional manner, cleaned up and messes and hauled away the old parts. I was extremely pleased with the job they did and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

He's the only company we use. Only had issues finding the valve but once it was found it was a quick fix.

Josh and Aaron showed up early for my appointment on February 11, 2015. I scheduled this appointment to have my toilet fixed which was making a "loud" noise after flushing and my one bathtub had a constant leak. During this service appointment Josh did a nice job of keeping me informed what they found, what it would take to resolve and any other details. They did need one part for the bathtub, but Josh contacted the office and had someone grab it from their warehouse and be ready for him to pick up. I feel both Josh and Aaron provided high quality service, provided details on the pricing when invoice was generated, kept everything clean while working and very professional. I was pleased with everything on their visit! I will be calling them for all future plumbing work needed and glad to have a go to plumber now. Josh even let me know other things they can do and that was helpful information.

Everything went very well. Sarah rearranged the company's schedule so the work could be completed the following day. Josh and Aaron arrived on time and had the problem fixed very quickly. They are very knowledgeable, polite, professional and thorough. I plan to call Shelton Plumbing in the spring to have two outside hose bibs replaced.

They were able to fit me in quickly, even around my quirky work schedule. The two men who showed up were so nice, polite and professional. They had to crawl through a nasty crawlspace to try and find where my pipes broke after freezing and ended up having to cut an access panel in the kitchen. They did a fabulous job of installing the access panel and cleaning up. They kept me informed of what they were doing every step of the way and took time to make sure I understood what had happened, why it had happened and gave advice on how to prevent it in the future. I will definitely use this company in the future and recommend them to my friends.

It went well. The work was done in a timely fashion. Came the same day and got the job done. Good clean up too.

Answered call very promptly. We had a leak under the kitchen sink and they found out it was a cracked pipe. They checked everything and fixed the problem right away. Will call them for ALL our plumbing needs. They are a great bunch of guys.

Understanding the urgency of our situation, John, Josh, and their staff squeezed us in at the last minute. They then came back and worked extra hours the next day to meet our closing deadline.

Mr. Shelton?s daughter Sarah handles the phones and is friendly, polite, and knows the business in and out. I?ve been helping a friend with limited resources repair his own home and remodel an adjacent house for rental, and Sarah got everything moving and has kept the two projects on track. Mr. Shelton?s son Josh and coworker Aaron went above and beyond in repairing faulty plumbing, installing a new water heater, unclogging drains, installing new faucets and an outdoor tap ? and cleaned up every area where they worked so thoroughly the rooms looked like new. Josh, we are grateful to you guys for the hard work and skill and the care, too, that you put into completing this first project. Work on the second project began on Thursday and was completed Monday ? and this one was a doozie. Before they passed away, my friend?s parents rented out the house adjacent to theirs, and handled all the business arrangements and repairs. The last tenant left the house in a truly unbelievable mess ? like the worst episode of ?Hoarders? ? times ten. She left town, left unpaid water and sewage bills, and left leaky water pipes and gas pipes that Mr. Shelton?s crew replaced and tested so that the gas and water could be turned back on. They also replaced the kitchen and bathroom fixtures, installed new toilets and a sink, relocated the washing machine so that it?s useable again, and installed a new utility tub next to the washer. What an unbelievable difference! This house has gone from one likely candidate for the wrecking ball to a potential fixer-upper for someone with the skills to complete the project ? and some family?s first dream home. Mr. Shelton, Josh, Aaron, Denny, Jake ? and Sarah! ? we just can?t thank you enough for all the work you?ve put into restoring this property.
