After the evaluation, he said someone else from the company would contact us back to give us our estimate but we never heard from them. They did a good job checking the roof there could have just been some fall out in the office.

I made the call to Zimmerman's setup appointment, he arrived on time, we then discussed what needed to be done. I appreciated his repair soloution because it offered more of a permanant soloution rather than a simple patch job, even though it would cost more. Work was to be done on Oct. 9th but he came and completed the work a day early. I am happy with the results. I spent a little more money I believe was well worth it, the roof and porch things I don't have to be concerned with anymore. The one thing I was not happy with was when called to let them know I wanted them to do the job I was told me someone would get back to me in about ten minutes with the schedule, no one called, three and a half hours later I left two messages, no reply, when I finally called and told them that since they failed to get back to me and obviously didn't want the job I would give it to another Company, then David finally responded from the field and appologized for them.

We used the special that was on Angie's List. Their quality was excellent but I think their price was a little bit higher than some other contractors as far as roof repairs and things like redoing roofs. They were excellent.

We had them come out to check our leaking roof (which is the original roof from when the house was built 15 yrs ago). They gave us a couple of options for fixing it, but we decided against a "band aid" approach and opted for a new roof instead. We were impressed with the knowledge of the employee who inspected our roof, and he was able to give us different ideas for our new roof. Overall the employees we dealt with were very professional. Happy with the appearance of the roof, their 10 year no leak guarantee, and the way things were explained to us. Would use them again (but hopefully will never have to!)

We dad them come and inspect a new roof from an insurance company that put a roof on after a house fire. We were impressed with work ethic and we have had them back twice since. They answered all questions and explained everything.

I have dealt with builders for 6 different houses, through renovations and roofing and all, and I was very impressed with this company. The same 2 men who came to identify the problem also made the repair. Everything was totally cleaned up. The service was superior!

It was great. We have had no problems. They were friendly and clean up was great. They were also respectful of our home.

There quite a delay in the actual job date. This was in part due to the weather, but is was an inside job so I assumed there was an inside crew. Apparently not. Also I believe the estimator who originally came to the house did not know the business well enough to adequately give us the correct information. He had only been with the business for two years, I think,, and this was only on a part time consulting basis. When the two men finally arrived I was very impressed. They were efficient, polite, and professional. They kept me informed throughout their time here and were especially conscious of keeping my house clean, which was very important to me as they had to be inside for most of the time.

I was impressed; they have a straightforward pricing policy that takes the guess work out of projects. They have guarantees and have been around for a very long time. They came in the house and went through the rafters and did a much better inspection than a previous company that came out. I will use them again in the future. Zimmerman came in and repaired a job done poorly from a fly by night contractor. They gave a straight forward price, and did such a professional job it was amazing. What a difference! I wish we had used them to begin with, regardless of price! They arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves and far exceeded expectations! I would recommend them highly for all your roofing needs. WOW! Materials were top notch, labor top notch, and work top notch. They may charge a little more than others but you get what you pay for! LOVE THEM. This is the best roofer in the area!

The job went fine. No complaints. See above for narrative. Very satisfied. Specific worker was David Sensenig, who was quite responsive to my questions and concerns.

I really had a terrible experience with another contractor. I had a contractor who destroyed my roof which caused rain water to pour into my home and cause all my ceilings to cave in and then disappeared with the money, so I do not trust any contractors. I had to live like this for year and a half. When I contacted Zimmerman's Roofing they were at my home the next day. They went up on the roof and did a damage inspection to let me know how much it would cost and what the damage was from the first contractor. They were very efficient. They were the most qualified contractors that I spoke to in a year and a half of this process. I had five different companies inspect our roof and give us estimates. I cannot say enough good things about Zimmerman's Roofing LLC. Their price was reasonable. I had a brand new roof in 36 hours. My neighbors who have the same type of house as we have, used a different roofing company and they started four days before my roof and they were only halfway finished the following week after my roof was completed. Zimmerman's Roofing came out to my house after the work was finished everyday just to make sure everything was okay and I do not have anymore problems. They were so concerned about the damage of my roof. I also needed siding and two windows... all from the same damage. They supervised that job as well. I would use their service in the future and highly recommend anyone to trust what they say.

I Emailed the company via their website directly with no response. I waited almost 2 weeks for a response (it was around Thanksgiving so I assumed there may be a delay) but I heard nothing. I then called on a weekday @ 4:30 (assuming they would still be in the office) but their answering service took the call (a person, not a machine). I left a detailed message and, again, it has been 5 days with no response. Although they had positive feedback, I would not feel comfortable spending thousands of dollars on a roof replacement with a company that is not responsive or available to return a call/ Email to a potential customer (what happens if there is an immediate problem following installation???). It is a shame since they are one of the few companies (although I did find one other) that offers such a long warranty on the workmanship. Unfortunately, I would not chose to use this company for this reason, although it doesn't look like it is an option anyway since they never made contact with me.

They showed up when they said they would. They were very careful not to do any damage to the shrubs or house while removing the old roof. Communicated well with me when weather delayed the installation day. They cleaned up well and followed up to insure I had no issues. I would recommend them to anyone.
