Description of Work: Roof inspection and cleaned gutters. It took several weeks for them to respond to the initial request and schedule the work. Then had to change the date several times (although it was understandable because of the weather). They were pushy about wanting to replace the roof and were quoting a higher price than other companies to replace. My main complaint is their poor communication and lack of returning emails or phone calls.

Description of Work: Sent an online request for a quote. Got an automated response saying they would be in contact. Never heard back.

Description of Work: removed old shingles and installed new shingles plus a venting system...clean up was 90+%. They had to return to modify the venting system and did so in a timely manner...a little pricey but good quality

Description of Work: covered low slope area of roof with roll roofing. Removed vertical wall siding and only replaced some of it, not discussed when given estimate. Left corner of roll material loose with gaping hole. New small rain gutter and spout was extremely sloppy and it leaked all over the porch on first rain. Did not install diverter on roof as promised. Did come back and corrected some of the problems.

Description of Work: On time for all appointments, followed up throughout job to ensure we knew what was going on. Had new roof, and underlayment, gutters and insulation blown into attic. Work was completed faster than projected, cleanup was thorough.Great experience.

Description of Work: We called them to come and clean out one (1) gutter on our house. When we called to make the appointment the gal on the phone gave us a very reasonable price and we set a date. The man came out and gave us pricing on having our gutters covered along with some other work. We had to pay for this estimate. This was not the reason we called them. After getting the man to understand that we only wanted to have the one gutter cleaned we had to make another appointment. They did come back and clean the one gutter for a fee. The work they did was good once they did what we wanted. |We would use them again with clear understanding of what is to be done.

Description of Work: I cannot remember what I spent, (it was whatever the offered deal quoted), but the Zimmerman roofer did an excellent and professional job. I would ALWAYS recommend them as the only roofer for any of my family, friends and anyone needing roofing work done. They are a professional, competent and explain everything in an understandable way. They even show photos of the repair needed! I am very happy with Zimmerman Roofers. The work done was replacement of shingles that had blow off during Hurricane Sandy and replacement of a boot over a vent. I was shown photos of the damage and the repair was fully explained to me.
