Description of Work: They repaired/replaced parts of the roof after a storm. I wasn't as satisfied as I would have liked to been. I had them put in some rain gutter material and some of it came out after the initial installation. They had to go back and repair it a couple of times later.

Description of Work: I contacted Zimmerman due to a roof leak at our chimney that we finally wanted to get taken care of. It cost $79 for the employee to look at the chimney which was ok. That amount would be put towards the repair if we decided to go forward with the repair. I was disappointed to find out when the employee visited of their fixed pricing of over $500 to fix any type of chimney leak. That could have been conveyed over the phone before paying $79.
