Description of Work: Guardian arrived exactly on time, quickly diagnosed and offered a quote for the requested repair, performed it and then added on several other jobs on the spot. Joel was professional, courteous and thorough. They left the work areas cleaner then they found them. I would have them back again.

Description of Work: Had to contact company twice before receiving a call back. Made arrangements for company to come to my home between the hours of ll:00 AM and 2:00 PM, with a half hour call prior to arrival. Waited until 4:00 PM before again contacting the company. Joel Brown informed that he "forgot to put my name into the schedule" and wanted to know what other day would be good for me. I informed him that now I would now have to go the weekend without use of the shower (that he was to look at). I was so angry at that point that in I informed Mr. Brown that I would contact someone else to do the work.
