I would never use them. They are just outrageous. If there was something that one could get it done for $100, they wanted to charge $800. They came here 5 minutes later than their regular hours and even though I called them during the regular hours; they charged me the after hours price, which was $50. It was not my fault because I called them in the morning. I tried to talk to them, but they didn't bother. They would have waived $50, if I had let them do the work for $800. They wanted to charge me for everything. I would tell others not to call them. The guy who came out was nice.

I like that they come when nobody else can come. I don’t like that they are very expensive. I am not sure if I would use them again, and I would probably try to get someone who is less expensive.

I created a scheduled appointment. This was not for EMERGENCY work. Most companies will offer an estimate for the work needed. I think we were deserving of a callback from a tech in regards to approx. pricing. I was told that a fee of $60 would be applied ahead of time if we did not opt for the work. i thought it was an easy fix and that it would be a relatively similar cost for the actual work. There was a Tech was very nice and professional. He evaluated the situation and quoted me a price for for the Valve replacement and labor. $250. i told him that was high but we need to have it fixed to use our dishwasher so i caved and approved the work. i didn't realize it would be such an easy fix. I don't consider myself an idiot and i know that valves cost $8-10 to purchase. Where was all this cost coming from? it wasn't until a couple days later that i realized what a rediculous decision it was. In fairness, there techs are probably paid well and there services are definitely worth the money for their expertise, but $250??? come on! If he had been there working on an issue for 2-3 hours, then i could see the $250 cost. Rather than take the $60 visit fee, i opted on the full service anyway. in order to provide their residential customers with better service, i believe that giving an idea of cost before sending techs onsite would benefit them and us. If they had told me $250, i never would have scheduled it and probably done it myself for the cost of the valve.

This company is a delight to work with, from Michele who made the appointment to the actual service. Always are courteous and professional and answer my questions anytime. They are the only company that I use for my plumbing, furnace and AC

The installer was professional, knowledgeable, and cleaned up after himself. The quality of his work was very good, if not excellent. I've seen bad plumbing before (a.k.a. mine). Gave me a quick lesson on how to operate (water temp) the water heater as well and some other good to knows about the unit. The installer was to have been at the house at 8:00am but didn't show up until 08:30am. The install went well, but the installer had to leave twice to get parts that he said should have been on the truck. He said someone else loads out the truck for them. Maybe it's me, but I'd check my truck before leaving to make sure everything was there that I needed. We were told it would take no more than 4 hours, so I planned my time off from work accordingly. In the end, the installer finished up at 2:30pm. Which caused me to be late getting back to work, miss a meeting, and to take additional leave to cover my original leave request. Can't say I was terribly happy about that having to do that. The other item I've run into since the work was done is that I put a hot water heater blanket (insulation) around the water heater. I remember telling the installing I was going to do this, which makes it all more the strange why he only left less than a 1/2 inch between the wall and the hot water heater. Made for a really, really, rough time getting the blanket around the thing.

They came in about two days of my call. They had to work inside the house but they were very clean and neat. They were absolutely fabulus to work with. They were very personable, nice, and great to work with. I would recommend them to anyone, anytime. I had a problem later, they had to take don't one of the downspouts. When they put it back up the brace that was holding the downspout came loose. They came back out and fixed it without a problem. I really enjoyed this company.

This company is first class in service and results. Prices are up front with no surprises. They even coordinated the removal/replacement of toilets with a flooring contractor without a hitch.

Faucet replacement and line repair was adequate and with quality fixtures, but technician installed the water lines backwards, jammed one of the shutoff valves in the open position and left it that way and informed me that repair of the kitchen sink required replacement of the countertop, which I subsequently learned was not true.
