They are a great company. Their professionalism stood out for me. I spent a couple hundred dollars for the service.

I awoke on a Sunday to find water taking over half my basement floor. My hot water tank had burst and had been leaking a steady stream of water for a few hours. Since I was new to the area I researched local plumbers on Angie's List and called two plumbers since it was after hours and wasn't sure how quickly someone would get back to me. David Leroy's tech Eric called me back in less than five minutes and was at my doorstep within 15 minutes. Eric was professional, friendly, empathetic, and patient the entire time he was at the house. Once he quickly stemmed the flow of water and instructed me on what needed to be done to drain the remaining water from the tank, he sat down and laid out a number of options on how to go about replacing the completely shot hot water tank. He presented options that accommodated a variety of budgets and was pressuring at any step. We opted to sign up for the Company's yearly maintenance plan and then got preferred pricing. Because the price of the tank was high enough, it came out to be a better deal and entitled us to bi-annual HVAC and general plumbing checkups. We opted for the 80 gallon Rheem model and decided to wait a day to have it installed since we didn't want to pay for a weekend, emergency surcharge. What's one day without hot water? Eric was back the next day and spent a few hours installing the tank, modifying some internal pipes that also feed our geothermal heating unit, hauling out the old tank, and reset a toilet in the house that had been wobbly and leaking from a worn out wax seal. While I wasn't happy about the unexpected flooding and expense of having to get a new tank, David Leroy and Eric made the best of a difficult situation.

The service man was very knowledgeable. He did a great job considering the amount of work one person had to do. Everything had to be replaced. We bought a service plan with their company and I thought it was a good price for what the contract offered. We would highly recommend them to our friends for their plumping needs.

They were very reliable and very prompt.

David called *811 to have all the utilities marked and indicated to them that it was an emergency. We had to shut off the curb valve because the leaking water was turning to ice on the road. That occurred on a Tuesday. The utilities were all marked by Friday afternoon. He could not get the repair scheduled for Monday, but was out early Tuesday to get the job started. As soon as the pipe was exposed, the problem was apparent. David performed the repairs and the job was completed in about four hours. Some have mentioned that his pricing is high and did not even give David LeRoy plumbing a chance to do the job. As it turned out, the job did not require as much labor as originally estimated and the price was adjusted accordingly. I would rather the job be estimated high and adjusted down than to have it the other way around and possibly have corners cut to stay at or below the estimate.

The plumber for David LeRoy Plumbing, Gabriel, did a quality job unclogging the toilet and installing a new wax ring. Three days earlier he did an excellent job unclogging my sink and installing new plumbing beneath the sink. Very impressed with the service.

e They told me he would be here between 2 and 4 PM. The young man was here within the time stated. He told me what would need done and when I agreed, he went straight to work. The only thing he did not do was give me a price before he started. He was very professional and knew what he was talking about. I would use them again, in fact I an looking to move my furnace and central to them next year.

The plumber was very professional and had an apprentice with him to learn. Both were very courteous and wore boot covers to prevent tracking dirt into the house. They listened to the issue, and the plumber let the apprentice examine the leak and get the supplies and let him do the work. Took about a half hour to do the actual work. They were at the house about an hour and 15 mins mainly to talk, do paper work and did offer a discount coupon to apply from their website. However, there was a lot of talk about a service contract with preferred service and pricing for the future. The price for the actual time and materials used was a little high in my opinion considering the fact that the apprentice did all of the work. The job seems to be done well. Time will tell when it rains again. But they were prompt and if I needed a good plumber in the future, they would be considered. They had a book to show me the up front pricing, so i was aware of the price and that is what it cost. They also left a promotional sign in the front yard to drum up business which I allowed. I like to support local businesses that I use.

They were prompt and they took care of the work. The plumber that came out was nice to work with. The experience was good. In the situation we had, I was pleased with the response and the person who answered the phone. I would definitely use them again.

The service has been good. They will keep coming back and explaining anything as needed. They have become like family with the amount of times that they have come to my home.

They were very good at getting back to me with all the information. Their price was too high for me, which is why I didn't use them.

The woman that made the appointment over the phone was new and when the gentleman came out he discovered that they do not work on wall units. He was professional and nice to work with.

They have done many services for me. They are always on time and their prices are reasonable. I have never had any trouble with the work they did.

He did a great job. He was friendly and the work he did was really good. I had him here to do one particular thing and asked him about something else while he was here. He had no problem working in the other service as well, which was helpful. My wife and I were both pleased with everything.

The service was terrible. The service was robbery for the price. A person came out to do maintenance and shut a wire in the door and I was without heat for a day. The door burnt out a relay. They really do not know what they are doing.

I would never use them again. They came out for what I thought was a routine job and they charged around $700.00 for simple work. They are aware of my thoughts on this and they did make a small concession. The initial cost to just come out was very outrageous as well. They started the work before giving an estimate. I would not recommend them in the future.

I have a service package with them which includes heating & A/C so we don't get charged a service call fee. I am satisfied with the service and I would use them again in the future if needed.
