They responded very quickly and were very thorough and professional. However, they are booked through the fall and would not even come out to give me a quote.

We were extremely happy with Bradley's Roofing. From our initial consultation to the finished product, everything was very professional and high quality. They were very patient with us regarding our shingle choice and were more than willing to drive to our house on a couple of occasions and show us different options on our roof. That made our selection process much easier. In addition, the installation was meticulous and thorough. The employees were courteous and worked hard. Safety was valued as was the quality of the finished product. The roof and gutters look great and the warranty/craftsmanship is top-notch. While the price of a new roof is high, we are confident we had the best experience possible and that the additions will last a very long time. That piece of mind is certainly worth it. My father loved his experience with Bradley's Roofing, and so do we. We cannot recommend them enough.

The first thing Bradley's roofing did was a careful study of our roof in such thorough detail, I was immediately confident we made the right choice in contractors. He patiently answered all of our questions--- from insulation to chimneys to ridge vents to gutter toppers. ALWAYS prompt, objective, dependable and trustworthy. We wouldn't be looking at such great windows and roof today if it weren't for Bradley's Roofing. Even the neighbors were impressed with his professionalism. Outstanding ! Far exceeded our expectations. Our tudor style one and half story ranch house was built in 1988. The roof was original to the house and the old fiberboard stucco was installed directly to the studs. The cedar board had warped and the carpenter bees loved it. We received 4 bids. Two were very low and two were higher. I was concerned the low bidders did not understand the scope of work and/or had cheap labor. I did lots of research on the materials we were using and insisted the contractor follow the manufactures installation guidelines. Since I work from home, I was able to observe the installation. Bradley Daniels and his crew are true professionals. They arrived everyday around 8:00 and worked until 5. Also worked on a Saturday to make up for lost time due to rain. They completed the work within the estimated two week time frame. They cleaned up everyday and did their best to protect the landscaping (no damage). The quality of workmanship was outstanding. They take the time to do it right the first time. I highly recommend Bradley's Roofing and Home Improvement. In fact we have already decided to use Bradley's next year to replace 22ft x 33ft canvas awning over the patio with a permanent roof structure.

If I could give Brad and his crew a AAA rating on this report, I would do so.From the first phone contact to the final clean-up, we could not be more impressed with this company. All of the services promised were delivered promptly and professionally. We were kept informed of the progress of the job daily and knew exactly what they would be working on and when they would be doing so. All of our questions were answered as the job progressed. These folks are very careful not to damage any existing landscapeing and shrubbery as they move their equipment around. If working inside, they also make sure nothing is damaged or soiled. (carpeting ,etc) Also, if Brad finds a problem while completing the job, he takes care of it, as he did with my window problem. The attention to detail is outstanding. As far as clean-up goes, the crew cleaned up every day that they were on the job and we were never inconvenienced. If you are looking for a Top of the Line company to take care of your roofing needs, look no further than this company. Our home looks like new with the work they did and we have already had some compliments from our neighbors. Thank you Bradley for an outstanding job!

Bradley Roofing did a fantastic job! His work crew was punctual and they would clean up at the conclusion of each work day. Before we decided to hire Bradley's roofing, Mr. Bradley sat down with us and gave an excellant presentation about his company. He explained what they would do to replace our roof. He was able to answer any questions and concerns about the replacement of our roof. I would highly recommend Bradley's to anyone looking to replace their roof or any of the other services they provide.

the problems were and how they needed to be remedied. We learned a lot just from that presentation alone. Bradley's Roofing did an excellent job, put on a new roof, replaced the existing guttering and downspouts with ones that were more appropriate for the surface area of our roof. They later came back to take out and replace a small area of dry wall and insulation that had been damaged by the constant leak. As with any construction work that involves being outdoors, the timing of the project was at the mercy of the elements. Fortunately, we didn't have a set deadline that had to be met and they finished the work well before the winter weather settled in. The office staff were always very helpful and kept us informed of any changes or delays. We will definitely use Bradley's Roofing again for any future work.

I called Bradley's Roofing for an estimate for constructing a roof over my existing deck. About a week later someone from the company called and spoke to my 88 year old father. He could not remember what it was regarding and I thought that they would at least try calling back to speak to me. When that did not happen I called them. I was told that they could not take the job unless I had a professional drawing. I thought that was their job???? If I had the knowledge to make a professional drawing I think I would be able to do the work myself!!! I shared this with the woman I spoke with but she had little to say except that they needed a drawing. Personally I was stunned. If they did not want my business then they should have just told me that they were too busy or not interested. Following that phone call I made some inquiries into this and was told that the contractor usually makes these drawings and they do not have to be done by an architect. They were also stunned that I was given that information. Well, that is too bad for Bradley's because we were ready to pay cash and had other projects in mind too. I will give someone else the business. Some things are a blessing in disguise.

It went absolutely fantastic - above and beyond the call of duty! Back in 2012, a hailstorm hit our neighborhood in Cranberry really hard. Several roofing companies came into our subdivision chasing after work, knowing full well that a typical homeowner is not experienced at dealing with a installing a new roof. We found these companies more focused on the insurance checks, offering quick low-ball deals with unclear terms and conditions, and appearing to regularly use contract labor (vs. full time employees they knew well). It seemed the amount/quality of the work would fit the size of the insurance check! We are the type that looks for quality over quantity and want the job done right, not necessarily right now...so we avoided these companies and took our time, did our research - and contacted Bradley's Roofing. It was clear right away from our first meeting that Bradley's Roofing was nothing like those "other roofers", as he took the time to show us what needed to be done and our options. We even asked about some other non-roof work as well. He was a total professional. Yes, Bradley's Roofing quote was higher than the "other roofers" - but you get what you pay for! We signed up with Bradley's Roofing and over a seven day period had the following work done (P.S. Brad's roofing crew only works on one job at a time - so he is focused on YOU and not running around to other jobs like those "other roofers".) - a fantastic new roof, with a written, certified warranty (proper roof installation is key to your warranty - see if your "other roofer" tell you that!) - attention to detail: Brad goes into your attic and checks insulation (extra cost if needed - we were OK) and air flow - we were OK here; Brad also extended our roof vent to the end of the roof (vs. most houses fall short several feet); he also saw our original roof did not have a proper drip edge and fixed this as well - new gutters and downspouts - attention to detail: several of our downspouts were too small and "out of code", so Brad corrected that - his team used double metal screws and didn't just single rivet like the previous installer had - new drainage - attention to detail: our drainage was poor, so Brad put in French Drains for several of our trouble spots AND tied the sump pump drain into one of the lines - no more mowing around or unsightly home-made downspouts for me! - new siding on our back porch - we asked Brad to repair our back porch siding - attention to detail: Brad found an installation defect and put up some plywood, sheathing, and all new siding - looks fantastic and is now done the right way - new step railing on back porch - we expected Brad to simply fix some loose wood on our step railing - attention to detail: Brad remade the railing (including new spindles) and the miters are PERFECT against each other Overall, Brad and his team were simply impressive - their attention to detail was incredible. Oh, and they were here a full seven day's worth of work in cold weather - true professionals. We would absolutely recommend Bradley's Roofing to anyone looking for a quality, professional roofing company. P.S. We are not relatives, friends, or paid promoters - we are just like you reading this review and looking for a good roofer - look no further - you will pay a little more, but the value you get is incredible for such an important expenditure as a new roof.

I interviewed several roofing companies, one of which was Bradley's Roofing. I scheduled an appointment for Brad to come to my home and look at my roof, gutters and skylights and to review the company's products. He gave a detailed, informative talk on the different aspects of the roofing process and specific things his company would provide and do. He gave me a quote for all the materials and labor. He told me to check his rating on Angie's List and to also check around for other quotes, which I did. His quote was one of the higher ones I received but there were several things that I found compelling in using Bradley's Roofing. First, it is a family owned business that has at least one family member on the job daily. Second, the employees who came to work on my house were not just random people who might do roofing, they work for the company full time. Third, I was impressed with what others had to say about this company and how they performed the work. I was not disappointed!!! This was a very positive experience and I would absolutley use this company again for other work I might need done on my home.

We had old windows that were put in originally when the house was built. We had the option of refinishing them all, because we had some mold on the awning windows or having them replaced. We decided to go with replacement, for maintenance reasons. They were easier to maintain, which was important to us, because we are older, all the way around. Since we were well pleased with their roof work and we looked at the product that they were going to install, we decided to go ahead with getting them put in. They were efficient and got down to business. They were here on time. They got to work right away There was no fooling around. They were very organized and everybody seemed to be well trained in what they needed to do. There was a lot of them to replace, so it was a big job. We were well pleased with the way they did it. And they cleaned up. They were very good about that. Replacing windows can get messy. Then they did a good job of cleaning up after themselves inside, as well as outside. They used local products, the Simington Windows. One reason we felt confident about starting the project is that we had, through Angie's List, found someone right in our area that used Bradley's Roofing to get the Simington windows installed and had stopped over at their house to get their impressions about them. We looked at other windows and we wanted windows that would last in the long run.

Quoted for residential roofing in Cranberry Twp. near Pittsburgh. Responsive and professional. Did not use because another contractor had more references and a somewhat lower price.

They did an excellent job and we couldn't have been more pleased. They were very professional and cleaned up after each day they left. We liked them so well that we are having them come back for an estimate on replacement windows.

I am very pleased with the work and so glad that we hired them. There were NO headaches. Their pricing was in line with other quotes. The owner came by for measurements, then later delivered the quote in person with a computer presentation about the work and his company. They gladly added some specifics of mine into the clear and detailed contract. Before signing the contract, I asked for proof of their liability insurance and workman?s comp insurance coverage. Shortly after, in the mail I received written proof directly from their liability carrier and written proof of workman?s comp directly from the state of PA. The workers were professional and courteous. They would answer any questions and listen to any concerns. For example, they were careful to not allow cut wood to fall onto the attic?s blown cellulose insulation. I checked and no wood had fallen there. They repaired a three foot section of slightly sagging rotten wood on our porch header, with no added fee. They cleaned up daily and their final cleanup left absolutely no nails in our driveway. Lastly, they registered our shingle warranty with Certainteed and confirmed it in writing to us. We then received a letter from Certainteed further confirming the warranty registration. I?d hire them again and have already recommended them to a relative. They work on one house at a time to completion. Know they are a family company. When you call the office (yes, a real place) the wife or daughter will likely answer the phone. Also, working on the job site is the owner?s son and the owner stops in to supervise. This means you have a company that takes pride in their work. Their family reputation is on the line, and they do a great job. It?s been a few weeks since completion. Windy rainy thunderstorms have come by and all is well. Considering all of the above, I think Bradley?s Roofing is as good as it gets. Their BBB rating of A+ supports my experience with them. We received 4 quotes for the work, 3 of them including Bradley's were very close (within a couple hundred dollars of each other), the 4th one was $2,000 more. Bradley's delivered the quote in person and went over all aspects of the quote with samples of the products to be used along with a PowerPoint presentation of the company (family owned and run business specializing in roofing). Because they are factory certified installers a 50 year factory warranty is offered on the roof. We went with Bradley's because of other Angies list reviews, the fact that they were a family run business (ie. their family name is at stake) and the the long factory warranty. The scheduled date to start work was on a Monday but due to a forecast of rain it was moved until Tuesday (they called 2-3 in advanced to reschedule (not last minute). Very professional workers, they were very careful of my wife's flower beds and cleaned up spotlessly every night. They had great attention to details and we were very happy with the quality of work performed. They completed the work in 3 days with no surprises. Very highly recommended.

Brad was very responsive and professional. His quote was very detailed with the work to be done and his knowledge gave me every confidence that his work would be excellent. I cant say a negative thing about this company aside from the price.

They are professional and they are the only ones that offer a 50 year warranty. I would highly recommend them. They did a great job; they did it perfectly. The quality was great and the drills they used were good. The cleanup was good and they didn't leave anything behind. There wasn't any after charges. They were perfect and they couldn't do any better than they did.

They did a good job but the one thing that stood out was that they were the only company out of the many that I called with a leaking roof that actually did show up. I think they just did the job that they were paid to do and there wasn’t anything above and beyond. They were punctual and did good work. They showed up on time, did it on time and completed it on time. I never got any bids from anyone else because they didn’t respond so I had no other option but to use them. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

We called and had to leave a message. He called back and apologized but said he was too booked up to take anymore business.
