Very neat, excellent job. Very responsive would recommend you use them. Pricing was competitive as well.

Excellent service & installation. We had storm damage and they were there the next day to do repairs. We asked for a bid to replace the whole roof and he gave us a credit in the amount of the repair charge against the cost of the new installation. Extremely neat. Showed up when they said they would. They even connected previously unconnected vents and removed and re-installed our roof's heat tape at no extra charge. Paula at the office kept us updated as to day of installation & billing. They offer a 2% discount for cash or check. I had used them years ago when I had a Victorian house in Beaver with a slate roof. They fixed my leak permanently.

From start to finish Brad and Paula, Brad's wife, were great to work with. Both arrived to survey the job. They spent some time with us to be sure they understood what we wanted and, that we understood the scope of the job. Paula offered insight about material colors and answered all questions about the company. Their written estimate was professional, inclusive and fair. Brad was onsite during the entire installation. The job was completed on time, cleanup was thorough and all of our concerns were satisfactorily addressed with no additional charges. We are happy with the job. We'll have Brad back in a year, or so, so check the status of our roof. Bradley Roofing was a good experience and we highly recommend their service.

The folks at Bradley roofing are all accommodating, on time, and responsive. Those are three things most contractors are not. The folks at Bradley are not like most contractors, I’m very thankful that I went with Bradley roofing.

We had our very large roof replaced in June, 2018. We have used Bradley's before and have been very pleased. Their proposal for the roof replacement was very professional and greatly detailed. I can't say enough good about this Company. From start to finish everything went smoothly. They responded promptly to any questions or requests we had. This is a first- class business and we would recommend and hire them again.

Bradley's was extremely responsive, diligent, and thorough from the initial call to request a quote to the very end once the project was complete. We needed an entire roof and gutter/downspout replacement on our house. We have three levels of roof and needed to add/replace the gutters and downspouts currently on the house. There were multiple leaks detected in early winter and became progressively worse through spring. We contacted Bradley's around March and received a quote within a few weeks. My initial call was returned the same day and they came to the house to evaluate the roof a few days later. They came on a Saturday which was extremely helpful for us. We were put on their project list for late May. We contacted Bradley's because our leak was getting progressively and were able to be moved up on the project list due to a cancellation. The entire crew was polite and thorough. The yard was clean every night when we came home from work and you couldn't even tell they'd been there once the project was over. I highly recommend Bradley's for any replacement or repair.

All team members were very prompt to respond to messages, estimate was on time and very detailed, and crew was very efficient and professional. I knew exactly what product I was getting. Bradleys also sent me manufacturers brochures for additional information. I am very pleased with the work and would definitely recommend and use again.

I had a leak this past winter, I went on line and found Bradley's Roofing. I called and my call was returned immediately. Bradley was out in the next couple of days, he reviewed the situation and came back to repair the leak and what else can I say, is that they did an excellent job, no mess and work was completed in a very timely fashion, even with the rainy/snowy weather that we had at the beginning of the year. I reviewed prices and Bradley's prices were right on target. I would highly recommend his services and will call him if I need any other work.

All went so well. Smooth and professional. They cleaned up after each day. Every nail or piece of paper was gone. The most updated equipment was used. They never destroyed any landscaping. Seamless gutters done on site was amazing to watch. Mr. Daniels answered all questions and concerns. The roofers were always pleasant and were nice to my dogs. They went beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend Bradley's Roofing to anyone.

Provided a detailed estimate for the roof and gutter replacement. In discussion about the estimate, he recognized the cause of the roof leak and subsequently redirected the downspouts from the upper to lower roof. Bradley was experienced, knew the "right way" to do the job and would be on site to assure that it was being done the" right way". The work site was cleaned up at the end of each day. This was not the low bid but I was comfortable with his estimate, knowing the work would be done correctly. His crew was friendly, courteous and busy. Also, a neighbor was well satisfied with the job Bradley had done for him 5 years ago. I believe a "master" roofer replaced my roof.

Extremely well. Brad and his employees were prompt and professional. Brad was up working on the roof himself every day of the job. The roof looks beautiful. I think his price is quite reasonable, especially considering how expensive cedar shakes are. They cleaned up after themselves everyday, and after the job was done, you would never know they'd been there (except for our beautiful new roof!). I would definitely hire Bradley's Roofing again. PS Brad is a general contractor, and also did some dry wall repair for me. He's also going to replace my garage doors and the railroad ties around my garden. He's a very nice guy, and very good at what he does. His wife Paula handles the business end of things, and is very approachable, friendly, and efficient.

They did a great job. They were very professional. Clean up was done daily. They took care of hidden problems when removing siding with ease.

I was impressed with his knowledge and expertise. Brad and his crew started and finished the jobs on time with the same attention to detail and proper procedure. If you are looking for the cheapest deal, keep looking, but if you are concerned about having your job done right according to code and warranty consider Bradly's Roofing & Home Improvements.

Was very pleased with the quality and appearance of my new roof. The work was performed on time in a professional manner. There were no unpleasant surprises or extra charges. I would definitely recommend this long term family run business.

Bradley's Roofing is awesome. I obtained a few quotes, but I chose Bradley's Roofing because Brad had the best knowledge of how to do things right and in an up-to-date way -- not just quickly or cheaply. Brad and Paula were very patient with us as we chose materials and colors, and they answered all our questions without being pushy. Brad's crew worked hard each day and was respectful of us and our property, and they were polite and well trained. Brad was on site most of the time, too. The work was done systematically as previously explained to us and was cleaned up well at the end of each day. We splurged for the Hardie siding on the front of our split-entry home (replacing ancient aluminum siding), which not all contractors can install, and the job came out beautifully. Hardie is so much nicer than vinyl and worth the extra money, but Brad didn't push us into getting that; it was our decision. I can't say enough good things about Bradley's Roofing. The workmanship was excellent, and the price was very reasonable. I believe they are good people with good construction knowledge and good ethics, and I know they will be there if we run into any issues in the future. We are thrilled with the work they did and are loving all the compliments people give us on the new look of our home. I'd call Bradley's Roofing back in a heartbeat for any future work we need. A job well done!

These folks at Bradley's were top notch. They called back, sent samples, communicated from A-Z and did a great job while meeting deadlines. I would recommend them to anyone. This is not a fast, cheap , slap on a rood company ----- you call them if you want the job done right! They have done 25% of the homes in my plan for what that is worth. -Steve Rawski

It was terrific working with Brad, Paula, and the whole crew. They actually started ahead of schedule which was great because we were booked for November. We were having significant problems with our old roof and felt assured by Bradleys professionalism. It was great working with a family run business. The owner, Brad, worked with the crew everyday. The crew was courteous, friendly, and they kept everything amazingly clean considering the amount of work they were doing. I would recommend Bradley's roofing to anyone. They were a pleasure to work with!!

We, like many in our neighborhood, had a hail storm come through over the Summer of 2016. Our roof was damaged to the point of replacement and we received 3-4 quotes. We went with Bradley's Roofing as they were recommended to us by friends in the South Hills who had a similar situation about 5 years ago. They were about in the middle as far as price but well worth it. The shingles they use are of high quality and durable. They arrived each day and worked, even working until they had to stop because of rain. The owner was there all day everyday and the work was done by their employees not random subcontracted roofers. We have had multiple neighbors use them as well.

I was extremely pleased with the quality of work. Brad helped direct me to a shingle color that looks beautiful! He and his crew were professional and worked very hard. Paula answered all of my questions in a timely manner. She also added that "personal touch " by going above and beyond in the little details that matter. I highly recommend them!

Work went smoothly considering the rainy weather they had to schedule around. Clean up was excellent. There was no damage to our property. This is the second time they did work for us and they have always been professional. We highly recommended Bradley Roofing and Home Improvements!
