My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with the final product. From the very beginning, Bradley and his team were very professional and courteous. The estimate was written in very fine detail explaining exactly what would be done as well as provided a materials list. I was impressed with it. I worked extremely close with Paula in coordinating the job and even though we ran into some delays (on our end), they were still able to keep us on the books and completed the job in a very timely manner. I would recommend Bradley's Roofing to anyone in need of roof over a deck or patio. We will contact Brad in the future to build a front porch.

It went very well. Very neat. Kept me informed on what they would be doing. Excellent quality of work and workers pleasant and considerate. The owner (Daniel Bradley) worked right with them. Three sets of friends had recommended Bradley's Roofing and thought my bid was reasonable, thus I didn't check anywhere else. Was very satisfied.

We were very pleased with the roofing job done by Bradley's Roofing. The contract is extremely thorough, leaving nothing to chance or question. I appreciated their responsiveness to questions, especially Paula (owner's wife) who was fantastic at keeping us abreast of necessary items before, during, and after the project. We were unable to choose a shingle from the online pictures/literature, so Paula dropped off samples of all shingle options & gutter colors for us to borrow, and gave us addresses where we could view the shingle colors on a completed home. Brad (owner) was on site and worked along side his crew each day. Their equipment and process was fantastic, they were conscientious of our landscaping, and completed the job in a timely manner. The finished product is fantastic, we could really not be happier with the work of Bradley's Roofing. We would absolutely recommend them.

Brad did some roof and gutter construction work for me at my former home and was fantastic, so I called him when I needed new gutters on my new home. As usual, he was out to give an estimate within a few days, and work started at the time we scheduled. He and his team did an excellent job. They cleaned up each day, were respectful of my landscaping, and did quality work with quality products. Thanks too to Brad's office for the speeding responses to my inquiries, and flexibility in helping me schedule around the weather and around my need to schedule working at home on the days they did the interior work. I look forward to using him again next year when it's time for new windows.

A great family-owned small business. The entire job took 4 days. I was especially impressed with how clean they kept my yard. They picked up all the debris every night. Excellent quality of work. I cannot find a single thing wrong with what they did. I could tell Brad really cares about doing the job right. My neighbor watched them work on my house every day and was so impressed, she hired them to do her siding next year.

I contacted Bradley Roofing and had a contract drawn up. Before they could begin the work on the roof, my mother passed away and I had to cancel the start date of the project. Bradley Roofing was very kind and under standing and still removed the original contract when they began the project. They were prompt and cleaned up after the job each day. I couldn't tell they were even there except for the great new roof!

Bradleys roofing replaced our roof, gutters, and skylights. They were very professional and patient with helping us decide on a color. They recommended upgrading to larger gutters because of the pitch of the roof which has helped with the rainwater. The job took 6 days and they came on time every day and cleaned up afterwards. Would definitely recommend.

Our roof was larger and probably more complicated than most due to many angles. It took six full days and Brad and the crew was always on time. I thought we would need more down spouts added to handle the rain during heavy storms but Brad explained that if our new gutters are sloped properly, the present down spouts would be sufficient. This proved correct during a recent storm. We had estimates which were less expensive but I feel we received the best value. Too many of our neighbors have horror stories regarding roofing and the contractor not returning to fix problems. I have no concerns that Brad would be back if any issues arise. Donna and Brittney were very professional and helpful any time I needed to call the office. With any service, it's all about trust. I trust this company and I highly recommend them.

They arrived on time, got right to work and did a wonderful job. They were careful not to damage foundation plantings and cleaned up every small piece of leftover materials. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Brad brought sample windows and explained all of the options thoroughly. He measured and came back a few days later with a bid. We decided to have wood - look on the interior of the windows and he brought color samples and went with us from room to room to look at the samples in various light, to pick the one that most closely matched our wood work. Once the contracts were signed, we put down a $100.00 deposit. The order was placed and four weeks prior to installation we paid for 1/2 the job, with the other 1/2 due upon completion. He worked with our schedule and promptly called back when we called with scheduling questions. Brad and his crew showed up on time and worked courteously and efficiently on the day of installation. They cleaned up and hauled all of the old windows away, and we were quite happy with the new windows and the entire installation process. Brad even went above and beyond...we live in a condominium association and three other residents used Bradley Roofing for their replacements as well. One of the other residents mentioned that the bedroom closet in her home was always very cold. It seemed we all had the same issue, so he offered to pull back the siding in each home to see if there was an insulation problem. He found that it did not have any Tyvek wrap under the siding. He fixed that problem for all of us with no additional charge. I am anxious to see how much of a difference the Tyvek and the new windows make in our heating bills next winter. We received an invoice for the completion of the job about a week later. Shortly after we mailed the final payment, we received a letter thanking us for our business. The letter also included the 25 year Guarantee Registration on the windows and the Three Year Workmanship Warranty. It was a pleasure to work with Bradley Roofing and his employees and I would highly recommend them without hesitation.

Bradley put window, siding roof front door interior work for us in 1988. His work was fantastic. Clean up every night you never knew we were having work done. After watching him and his crew work many of my neighbors had them do various work for them. When we moved into a 3 year old patio home with drafty windows he came into mind after all these years that's what kind of impression he and his crew made. We called and he ended up doing windows for 3 of my neighbors so far. But many of his business cards are being asked for. His entire family is involved in his business almost. Safety and training come first you can tell. Just how they prepare before beginning the job with my cathedral ceilings with plastic all around there work areas not one drop of. Dirt anywhere. I will always recommend him and call him again as I need things done. Not only a great worker but a great guy. He is extremely knowledgable about all the products.

Fantastic!!! They did exactly what they said they were going to do in exactly the way they said. The job site was clean, the owner (Brad) was there every day, they didn't come up with "extra charges" and most importantly they did a great job.

What a pleasure to work with the terrific people at Bradley's Roofing!! The quality workmanship was outstanding & we were so pleased to have found this treasure in Beaver County. All the work done was to perfection, we will definitely use their services for all our home repair/renovation needs in the future. We had gutters installed, new windows, doors& storm doors replaced. The job was done in a timely manner & the guys do such great work. Paula, Brittany, & Brad were a delight to work with.It is so nice to have such a nice family run business in the area. Brad, the owner of Bradley's Roofing came out personally on a weekend to spend the time necessary to really understand our needs. After meeting with at least 8 other roofers and not feeling good about any of them... he said something that sealed the deal for us... "The recommendations and attention to detail that go into all of our customer projects are done as if they were our own homes." While that sounds like a line that any contractor might say... you know immediately that he means it. Not only did he deliver on that promise... he exceeded it exponentially. Brad oversaw his crew of about 8 and was on the job site EVERY SINGLE DAY. They NEVER left a mess and they went WAY above and beyond what was in any agreements. The original job was just some soffit and fascia replacement as well as some replacement of old cedar to hardy siding and trim... but we couldn't help ourselves after seeing their work.. and we kept adding new projects until before you knew it... they had been on site multiple times spanning at least another 2 months doing a bunch more projects. I have owned a lot of real estate and dealt with at least 100 contractors around Pittsburgh. Let me assure you... there is no better contractor and company that you can deal with in this city. From the owner to the crew as well as the communications from Paula in the office... you will ALWAYS know what's going on and they will not leave until everything is perfect. Again, I cannot say enough good things about these people. My wife and I actually miss having them around but at least we know who to call without hesitation the next time we will need help.

Emailed them asking to get some work done in the future. Paula Responded back said they are not taking any work at all. They didn't even tell me for how long and didn't even want to talk about what or when in the future I needed work done. I guess maybe they are going out of business? Why else wouldn't they discuss future work?

Roofing isn't something I'd typically get excited about. However, I can't say enough about the tremendous workmanship of this family-owned and run business. The owner/boss was right out there working with his employees crew (no subs!) for much of the time. What quality and attention to detail! While I could write much more, here's some highlights: Used pulled-to-work-site "Equipter," a then unhitched, self-propelled, hydraulically-lifted truck-bed-like piece of equipment with two-sided dumpster-like hinged lid, that rises up to the roof line to allow for a safer and cleaner removal of our old roof. This nifty piece of equipment prevented minimal debris from falling down the side of our house and onto the ground and on our landscaping. Besides doing the contracted work I expected, the boss even made sure to fix the poor breezeway and garage roof job done by another roofer only back in early 2011. Bradley's roofing tore out the shingles under and around the breezeway roof connecting house to garage (finding damp wood) and replaced these carelessly double-laid shingles with matching new leftover ones I had stored from when the garage roof was done. Also on the garage roof, they cut back the upper layer of shingles in both valleys that were improperly laid up over the valley mid-lines (so as to catch water). The wood of breezeway roof eaves were left exposed by the prior roofer, so Bradley's neatly trimmed off that damaged wood at the roof's edge, covered it with aluminum and only then did they install the gutter which alone they were contracted to do. Wow, what a noticeable difference to even the untrained eye did that make! And they installed a new breathable "under-siding" underneath the breezeway roof, again which they did simply to make it right despite it not being in the contract. Oh, Bradley's even provides special credit card financing through Dollar Bank which has 12 months at 0% interest! I both applied and was approved over the phone during the course of watching my kids' soccer game. How slick was that! A first-class professional contractor is Bradley's Roofing.

We had an excellent experience with Bradley's Roofing. Using a brief PowerPoint presentation, the owner thoroughly explained how his business operates and what would be involved in replacing our roof. Everyone from the office staff to the crew members were friendly, courteous, and professional. The workers arrived on time each day and did a thorough cleanup at the end of the day. After the job was completed, we had a minor concern and they were prompt in responding to it. The roof looks great and we are pleased that they addressed other related problems in our home. We would not hesitate to use them for future projects.

Corrected a small overflowing gutter to resolve a concern that I had during heavy rain storms and icing in the winter time for many years. Corrected front porch roof concerns that were a result of a local contractor who did not have the outstanding roofing knowledge that Bradley Daniels exhibits. Work ethic of the roofers was phenomenal. They installed the roof in two days under the competent direction of Bradley Daniels! The clean-up was remarkable! Not a trace of roofing material was left behind. The 50 year warranty on the Non-Prorated labor and Materials with a 25 year warranty on the workmanship assures me that my house is well protected for years to come. It was just not the right time for us to get the new roof. But we would love to go with them in the future. They were family owned and very professional.

Workers arrived on time. Removed old gutters and downspouts. Stripped off lower 3 feet of shingles and installed proper ventilation to prevent/reduce ice buildup near gutter and correct airflow in attic. Installed new ridge venting, and new seamless gutters. Cleaned everything up and were done in two days.

They were very professional. They worked with me to select the shingles, explaining the various grades of materials. They were punctual and courteous. They cleaned up thoroughly. They treated me with respect and took time to answer my questions. I did have one very small leak where the patio room joined the main house. I was amazed how quickly they returned my call and even came on a Sunday to repair the problem. I would recommend this company to my friends.

They did a superb job, everything was done perfectly and no mess. They were very efficient and I was impressed with the new device, a open top trailer mounted on a hydraulic lift that is positioned next to the roof line and allows removed roofing material to slide in. It reaches over shrubs and ground cover and no debris falls to the ground. They're big on safety and all of their workers wear safety harnesses. They develop a safety plan for each job and have safety inspections performed throughout the job. Our roof is steep and high in several places and we didn't have to worry about a worker being injured during the job. All workers were professional and friendly too.
