Description of Work: Replaced 2 rows of damaged roofing shingles all around the house that were installed incorrectly by previous contractor (not from Angie's list), replaced seamless gutters and down spouts. Although I reached out the Bradley's roofing somewhat late in the season for services, he was able to complete the job by the middle of last month. Great work!

+ 0 moreI asked for an estimate for roofing, gutters,soffit and fascia for my house and my detached garage. They provided the estimate in a very detailed manner and promptly. They set the standard to which I evaluated all of the estimates. They were one of the two contractors to which I had narrowed down my selection (I had obtained estimates from 4 contractors). Unfortunately, I did not select them because they were a couple thousand dollars more than the other contractor, for the same materials and services. Also, they asked for approx. 1/3 down as a deposit (which is certainly reasonable) but the other contractor said nothing is paid until the job is finished to your satisfaction. This was probably the deciding factor. If i were doing another project for my home, I would CERTAINLY consider Bradley's again because I believe that the manner in which they handled the estimate, indicated the manner in which they perfom their work. Prompt, attention to detail, and professional.

+ -1 moreThe quote was between $1200-$1500. They came in and looked at the house. They were pretty professional. They got up on the roof and looked around and found some trouble spots. We didn?t go with them as we couldn?t afford their price. We ended up going with someone else instead. We also didn?t have too many quotes at the time, so we didn?t know how much it was actually worth.

+ 1 moreBest job I've ever seen. It looks like they never did the job. If I had to number the job 1 to 10, Bradley's Roofing would be a "20."
Description of Work: Removed all roofing down to wood deck. The roof edges to be capped with drip edge. Installed ice and water shield to the eaves. Replaced all roof related flashings and more.

They were prompt, courteous, reasonably priced, and produced high quality work. They are proud of their work and honor all their commitments. We have no hesitation in recommending him without any reservations. He is just what a service professional should be.
Description of Work: The goal was to replace our existing 25 year old roof with CertainTeed’s medium-high end, 50 year shingle, make any repairs as necessary along the way due to any damage, and install a gutter guard system as well.
