Excellent from start to finish

Called Koren on Wed 7/13 to set up an appointment for Fri 7/15. Ryan showed up on time and was very professional. Completed the replacement of the shower fixture in about an hour. Service and esponsiveness was great. price was a little higher than I expected but the job got done right and was a job that I did not have the right tools to do. I would defrinately use them again.

I called this company for the repair of a toilet. I was having several people coming to stay at our home in a few days. They came that very morning. After assessing the problem they gave us an estimate for the repair. We opted to have a new toilet installed since the problem has recurred in the past, and the research that we had conducted told us that the toilet we had was prone to problems. The new toilet was installed either that day or the next morning, I cannot remember which.....but it was fast. Ryan was professional and efficient. He kept us informed of what was happening and why he was recommending some things during the install. He left the workspace clean and shining. I highly recommend this company, and we will use them in the future.

They were great. They did a wonderful job and came when they said they would. The price was fair considering they were here for three days. I will use them again in the future.

I was treated very well from start to finish. I called on Tues and we agreed to talk on Wed for scheduling. I called on Wed and was given a scheduled time of Friday morning. My outside water faucet was only leaking slightly and it was not a rush job. On Friday morning, I called because it was over an hour past the approximate time of service. I really hate making repeated calls as I do not want to appear pushy but the control freak in me needs to know ;) I was greeted pleasantly and never made to feel like i was imposing. In fact, I was thanked for calling as they had been very busy and had an emergency job and he appreciated the reminder. He said he was sending someone over right away....and he did. Ryan showed up and checked the situation and got right to work. I saw the look on his face when he realized that he would have to crawl into the wet, dark recesses of the crawl space under my home but after that momentary flinch, he forged ahead. He was professional, polite, fast and he cleaned up after himself. Perfect. He explained everything along the way and tested everything when completed. Unfortunately for him, his clothes were soaked and dirty and i am sure he was cold but after the job was complete, we had a brief conversation and we actually joked around and laughed a bit. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a down-to-earth, honest , hard-working crew. Be patient with them on scheduling and don't be afraid to call back, if you need to. You will not regret it :)

The plumber from Koren Plumbing and Pump Service Company showed up on time. He was quick and efficient. He did a nice job. His prices were a little bit higher than I expected but that’s okay. I would use them again in the future.

They are very reliable. They do high quality work. The respond to your needs right away when you have an emergency. They will make an extra effort to come right away. They also suggest very good ideas on doing work.

From start to finish went smooth, they told us what to expect with the water well and the new pump. So far everything has been great!!

Employees were very conscientious and courteous, advising of their progress and requesting my input when appropriate. Was very pleased with the work done.

This is the first time I have used this company and I had a terrific experience. I called the company at 7am because my water heater was leaking, and got a live person even though it was outside their office hours. They had two guys out at my home by 8:15am, and a new water heater installed by 9:30am. The plumbers were very prompt, professional and courteous, and did a really great job. They also did a good job cleaning up afterwards. I highly recommend this company and would use them again.

First call was at 8:30 AM on a Sunday regarding no hot water. By 10:15 had a new hot water heater installed and hot water. Amazing! Kris and Ryan were as professional as have experienced in all my 60 years. Price was more than fair. In fact went beyond what was called for. Most satisfied have ever been for any kind of service.

I found flooding in my basement on Tuesday, cleaned it up, then looked for the source. When the showers ran for 5 min., the drain couldn't handle the flow and backed up through a side entrance (which was located about 6 ft. high in the basement, providing a drain for the water softener) to the drain pipe. quite a fountain effect. more clean up, but apparent that I had a blockage. I called Koren the next morning about 11am, explained the problem, and he had a team of 2 guys ( Matt and Brandon) out by 2 that day. The installation of the expansion tank was an unrelated job which I had had to have done to meet a township requirement, so I added this to the job. The job took about 2 hours, at a charge of $120/2 men/hour. They were both polite, pleasant young men who worked at a steady pace, snaking out first the inside part of the line, which had no blockage, then the outside part. For the later they accessed an outside entry to the drain near the house and ran 80 foot of snake through it, finally clearing the partial blockage (I tested it after they'd left with all taps running for 25 minutes with no backup. I'm still drying the basement, but really appreciate the rapid response to fix the problem.

Overall, it went well, and the quality of the work was excellent, but I ended up spending two hundred dollars more on the installation than on the heater.

They responded to my call and were at my house very quickly. They were very neat and clean. They were also very polite and I believe that they had an excellent price.

I contacted Koren Plumbing at 8 a.m., they arrived by noon and replaced the two thermostats in approximately 10 minutes. The cost of the parts was approximately $40.

Called Dan told him the tank was leaking on our basement carpet. He was here within an hour. Repaired everything and cleaned up nicely.
