KOREN PLUMBING & PUMP SERVICE

Our water heater went so I Googled plumbers. Thankfully, we found Koren Plumbing. They were able to come out fast, quickly replace the water heater, and were reasonably priced. They were very nice and professional. I highly recommend them. Reviews were spot on with them. Great job guys! #plumberforlife.

Called Koren Plumbing at 7:30 AM and told them that my Well pump seemed to have quit. Chris called back within minutes, was here within an hour. After diagnosing the problem, a team was here by 10AM to install a new well pump. Water was flowing by Noon. It doesn't get any better than that!

They were able to come the day after I called, despite light snow. The crew confirmed that the clogging was in the main drain, rather than the inside drains. They snaked the drain that runs 60 feet from the front of the house to the sewer, and cleaned out the main house trap. The price was reasonable, and no attempt was made to upsell additional services or a "maintenance plan" as other plumbers have done.

Very well. Tub had to be installed according to manufacturer specs. in order for warranty to be valid. Perfect!

Excellent! The diagnosis and repair went very smoothly. I was very pleased at how this problem was resolved quickly.

We called on Friday late in the day they called us right back. We told them the problem and they were at our house in less then an hour. Told us what was wrong left to get parts and back within the half hour. They replaced the pump checked all to make sure everything was working cleaned up. The guys were all professional and very polite. Would call them again for any of our plumbing needs or problems. Very thankful for their quick response and help!!

Idiot me did not review immediately, so hazy on some details. Agent arrived on time. cost was well within, or less, than other providers, though I cannot remember the actual fee.. Was not one of the huge outfits that opens a book to see how much he has to charge me before he started. He did not waste any time, but did a very thorough job...I've had the sink snaked a couple times and I don't think anyone else ever went far enough to get the real source of the problem; this guy went well beyond the first and quot;clogand quot; to see if there was more, and there WAS a much bigger clog, so the effort was indeed worth it. With Koren, I have had no trouble since he was here, and he gave me tips for avoiding trouble as well. I was happy with the service.

They arrived when they said they would and were very efficient in the removal and repair. I would use them again.

It took over 4 hours for the work to be done. It was a very simple job. When the work was finally completed they handed me a bill for nearly $500.00. I asked for an itemized bill and they would not give me one. I had used them in the past and thought they were high but this was a deal breaker. They Never gave an itemized bill.

I would recommend him. He runs a very professional operation with a great team. They're always very prompt and they will come back and fix any mistakes for free. We've been using them for 10 years. We had a big job that involved interviewing several plumbers and my husband said this guy made a lot of sense and he was the only guy who talked the straightest. My husband is an engineer so he interviews a lot of contractors and he liked Dan. There was some water on the floor after he installed the softener and there was some sort of valve that was open and he just had to close it. They had to do a lot of re-piping and he changed a lot of the pipes from a copper to a PDC pipe.

THEY REPLACED THE WATER HEATER VERY PROMPTLY. WE CALLED THEM AT 8:00 AM AND THE WATER HEATER WAS COMPLETELY REPLACED BY 12:30 PM THE SAME DAY. THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. HE ARRVIED ABOUT 30 MINUTES LATER THAN ORIGINALLY PROMISED, BUT HE CALLED TWICE TO UPDATE US ON HIS ARRIVAL TIME. HE SWEPT UP THE WATER THAT LEAKED FROM THE OLD HEATER WITH HIS SHOP VAC AND LEFT THE JOB SITE VERY CLEAN. WE REALLY APPREIATED THE PROMPT SERVICE. THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGHER THAN EXPECTED, BUT WE NEVER HAD ONE INSTALLED BEFORE TO COMPARE IT TO.

They did a good job, and the personnel were friendly.

Came out promptly and fixed the problem. Sean's a good guy and the repair was made immediately with good quality work.

I recommend him. He has been really good so far. He is excellent. He is a great guy and I think he is retired now. He is just fantastic. I went and brought stuff and everything but he installed it for me. He had a hectic time as our house was settled and it was so crooked that he spent two days on it trying to get things right because the house was settled so badly. One end of the bathroom had 4 inches of space and other didn't so he had to fill it up. He is like a friend and knows everybody in the area.

I had a leaky pipe that was spouting water into the neighbors basement. Chris from Koren Plumbing was professional and FAST! His estimate was $200 less than the other estimate I received. Also the "other" plumber told me I would have to rip up my bathroom floor to do the work. Koren was able to fix the problem without removing the floor!! I called them at about 10 AM, they called me back with an estimate a couple of hours later and the problem was fixed that same day. The other plumber took 3 days just to give me an estimate. I highly recommend them.

I liked everything about them. They were great. For what they had to do, the price was fair. Their work was excellent. The owner was really nice and his workers were nice too.

Tried everything before he had to cut the pipe to release the clog. I was impressed with the effort to keep it simple and not need to make cuts. This took extra time but they did not charge based on time. Very impressed with professionalism.

It turned out fine. They did a great job. They were prompt and efficient, but their price was a bit high.

I didn't have hot water in my shower. They did fix the problem, but I thought they were quite expensive for what needed to be done

My first phone call was for an estimate and the gentleman got right back to me and the price he quoted was the price I paid (except for an expansion tank that was not on the old unit but is now code). Because it would be more than the initial estimate, they called to authorize a discount on the tank even though it wasn't their fault . The guys who did the job were very professional, ), cleaned up after themselves and took their time explaining everything I needed to know about the new water heater. I was very impressed with their workmanship and would absolutely hire them again!

I called at 8am and had hot water by noon on the same day. The person who showed up was very professional. He gave me a quote before starting, and cleaned up afterward. If I have any plumbing issues in the future I won't hesitate to call them again.

Ryan was prompt, quick and efficient. He put the disposal in for nothing which was really nice.

The last time I requested Koren Plumbing I had a well problem. The well went dry do to heavy watering and soil came up the pipe and clogged the filter. They came in one hour and had the problem cleared in one hour. I was very grateful to get my water back, since visitors were coming the same day.
