Minella Pools

Called company, they said would be out in a week to do a view of required service and provide price. Gave company 3 different contact numbers to call before coming so we could open gate to pool area. Company NEVER called back.

I wouldn't recommend anyone else!

They have been very helpful, and they have worked with us, in terms of opening and closing our pool.

I've known them for 10 years and they're pretty prompt on service wise and I can always there so I can either text them or get a call to them even on weekends.

Work was done and everything looked fine until few days latter I checked my pool and noticed one of my skimmers was not working. I first thought that the pipe might be clogged but when I checked it they had left the plug that they themselves had placed in the skimmer when they closed my pool last winter. If my pool did not have another skimmer this would have burned out my pump. I will not be using them again because this was a very basic mistake and will not trust them again with the opening or closing of my pool. I was contacted by the owner and he apologized for what happened. He stated, there was a storm that day and they were rushing he said this is not an excuse, he is responsible to check that everything was done right and asked if there was anything he could do to make things right. I am the kind of person who appreciates stand up people, if you make a mistake own up to it and try not to make it again. I liked this guy?s demeanor and will consider giving his company another opportunity. I have updated professionalism to A and Overall experiece to C. If I use them in the future I will update the other fields as appropriate.

Rick and his assistants were prompt and courteous when they came to get a dormant pool prepped andsoon to be running for the upcoming season. They completed all the work that they promised and I am very pleased with the service I have received from this company! If you have or thinking of a pool for your backyard, Rick and crew are the ones to use!!

They have been working for me for years. He really knows what he doing. Rick is the man's name. He works hard, shows up on time and always takes care of any problem you have at a good price. It is full service. He can do absolutely anything you need done with the pool. It is not just cleaning. If there is something wrong with the tile, he replaces the tile and does an excellent job. He does all of it. He is really excellent.

I specifically hired Minella's because they agreed to come to my house on the day of settlement. I paid a deposit in advance. Then a day or two before the scheduled date the owner called me and gave me a hard time about the time. I was incredibly busy and was very disappointed that after being specific about the time it was now an issue. Finally I was able to negotiate a compromise (leaving the gate to the yard unlocked) so the pool could be opened and cleaned. I believe that the job done was fair. I spoke to the owner afterward and he agreed to come out again the following Wednesday. He did not show up and never returned my phone call.

I have been using their services for about 3 years now. They always come on time and do what they are supposed to do. I don't even have to be here when they come out. They always clean up after themselves and put everything away in the garage.
