The workmen arrived on time and worked diligently. The work was completed in the time scheduled in spite of there being a problem removing the old tile counter. Though the salesman made an error in indicating they could reface our upper cabinets, the company made good on our contract at the price agreed upon. They provided new cabinetry to complete the project as to the original specifications.

All went smoothly. We are satisfied with the results.

At first the rep was very informative. As she explained the products and options she was beginning to hard sell the job. When we even may have shown the least bit of interest she left us alone to discuss and decide. When she returned we asked her some Pacifica of the product and thn she told us that the showroom my still be open. We were not ready to go there but she proceeded to call and check it out andvtoldvthm we were interested in seeing the showroom stuff at that time and said on the phone that we could be there in ten minutes. We had bsolutly not greed to do that yet but she Lyly stuck the call thinking we would do it. That turned is off immediately. We finally got rid of her but lo then phone calls begun coming from others about doing the job, several calls and each time we told them we were not interested in doing anything yet and ech time we told them we didn't want calls nd we would make the contact itch them if we wanted to do anything. They were still calling. I don't newer the phone and finally the last I picked up their cll I lied to them and told them we are having the kitchen done by someone else. Our conclusion is that if they are that desperate for business they must not be that good. Prey about the typos here. I'm not that unintelligent I'm just trying to get used to my iPad I'm not at all sure of the dye we met.

The experience was great. The gentlemen that came out was great and they finished the work in a shorter period of time than quoted. Their installers were very professional and the cleanup was excellent. The communication was excellent and they let me know what they were going to do as far as scheduling and timing. They sealed themselves in the kitchen so the dust wouldn't escape to the other rooms. I was really impressed by that.

I called them, the guy came out, and we picked out everything. Then when it was convenient to us came and did our kitchen. A man named George came and did the installation; we have new drawers and doors and counter tops. I had a cabinet that was stationary, I had always wanted a pull out one, and he did that for me. I can get to everything nice and easy now. I am really happy. We have new shelves. I have recommended them. They knew exactly what they were doing. For what we had, done I think that the price was very reasonable. They are very high quality and will never need painting. They are not made of wood; they look like they are. They are very well constructed. He was a little earlier than we expected; we were not ready. They not did explain what we needed to have done before he got here. They only do kitchens. They were very efficient, business like and in and out. He was here at 7:40 am and was done by 6pm. We will use them again if we need too.

Everything went smoothly and professionally. We are very pleased with the appearance of our new kitchen.

I would give them an A. They were dependable, on-time, and clean. They took the kitchen apart in such a way that we could always use a portion of the kitchen to cook.

We did not proceed with kitchen remodel project. Kitchen Magic Showroom employee was excellent. Their communication was excellent. The presentation of how they would proceed with cabinet reface and redesign was not tailored to our needs. We felt we were not a good match for the sales style. We felt the cost estimate for the work to be done was high compared to other estimates.

Our kitchen cabinets and counter top are falling apart but thought it would be too much to have it all redone from scratch so while at a local home show I saw the display for Kitchen magic and thought why not, a few years ago we had them out and they were half the price of a new kitchen, maybe we could do that now. We did not do it a few years ago because we could not get the money together, when you have a large family other priors come up, so the kitchen got put on hold. When the sales person arrived it was the same man from last time and he was not too pleasant about coming back out because we did not buy the first time. He made a point of letting us know that it, he showed us the products, was a high pressured sales person starting high at $20k and bringing it down to about $16K and if we sign now he would bring it down even further to $14K. We had 2 more companies coming out and were trying to refinance to pay for the project. In the end he said we were nice people but would not come back again. Hmmm, since he did not leave us paperwork a few years ago I did not remember what his FREE estimate was then nor what it included and when he left he this time he wrote a price on a card but not what it included so we could not compare. I did not like him and would not go with this company but my husband would go with them because they were cheaper than Kitchen Savers, which quoted us $19K, but they gave us a full written estimate with all that was included. In the end I could not justify spending this much money covering cheap laminate cabinets with either company, looked on Angies list for contractors and found we could get good quality brand new cabinets and counter top(quartz) with the electric & plumbing upgraded for $22-25K and since we got approved to refinance that is what we did. Before refacing check to see what having all new would cost. ALso I would like to know who all the winners are for the contest Kitchen Magic seems to keep having to give away new kitchens, since that is how they get your name, that is how they got our name the first time. Shouldn't they list them?

The installation process went quickly and with no mess - and once the date was set, it never changed! Made it really easy to plan your work/personal calendar around. The installer was personable, knowledgeable and incredibly efficient.

Earlier this week, I made an appointment for an estimate for today (Saturday, 11/24/12) at 12:00 p.m. A few nights ago, I received two phone solicitation calls from Kitchen Magic, ~10 minutes apart. I told the first caller that I already had an appointment and I advised the second caller of the same plus that someone else had just called me. Yesterday, I received an e-mail confirming the sales visit between 12:00 & 12:30 p.m. today and, also, I came home to another solicitation phone message from a third caller, who spoke so quickly and indistinctly that I couldn't even discern the correct number to call back. This morning, while awaiting the visit, I received yet a fourth solicitation phone call -- I asked that person to please take me off the list. At 12:10 p.m., a representative called to advise that the salesperson was running late and would be here ~1:00-1:30 p.m. At 1:20 p.m., another representative called to advise that the salesperson was just leaving his prior appointment (~8 miles away) and would be here, with holiday shopping traffic, at 2:00 p.m. He never showed up and no one called me. At ~2:45 p.m., I tried to call the company at the "appointment" phone number/VoiceMail extension and reached a recording that the corporate office closed at noon on Saturday and would be open on Monday. I researched further via the company's website and found a "customer service" number, then disregarded VoiceMail extensions and just held on. I finally reached someone who, when he looked up my info and then called the salesperson, determined that the salesperson had erroneously entered the NEXT appointment's info into his GPS and was now 40 minutes away from me, in another direction entirely. . .and would not be coming to my house at all - about which no one called to advise. Ultimately, I chose to reschedule for a different day entirely, but am already unhappy with this company and, unless the eventual estimate and my feeling about potential work is overwhelmingly positive, it is very unlikely that I will contract for any work. My entire day today was ruined. I had planned my entire holiday weekend around this appointment, including scheduling another appointment at my house for earlier this afternoon, which I pushed back after the first postponed, then, after the second postponement, moved entirely to tomorrow -- which, as it turns out, I could have left for the postponed time because Kitchen Magic's salesperson will not be here at all. Therefore, not only is my entire day today (Saturday) wasted, but it now impacts my Sunday as well. In addition, because my employer had asked me to work today and I said that I was unavailable due to expectation that Kitchen Magic would be here (I specifically needed it to be today because the company had a special discount offer for estimates on Black Friday/Saturday only), I have lost a day's overtime pay. . .for nothing.

I wasn't at all pleased with the process. I made it clear to the company beforehand that we were only looking for price quotes for new kitchen counter tops. My wife and I also told the salesman when he came in that we weren't going to buy anything that day; that we were in the process of getting price quotes and looking at products of various providers and weren't going to make a decision until we had an opportunity to talk with everyone we had contacted for a price quote. I understand the livelihood of salesmen depend on making sales, but I get insulted when you tell the salesman upfront that you aren't going to make a decision that day and he, or she, persists on you making a decision that day by offering incentives that are supposed only available if you sign a contract that day. Also this particular salesman, while very friendly while making his pitch, seemed to change his tune after we told again several times at the end that we were not going to make a decision that day and he almost seemed to be trying to make us feel bad for him and the time he spent with us was going to be wasted. I was not very pleased at all, particularly after we were promised before he ever arrived that no high pressure sales tactics would be applied.

Everyone was courteous and knowledgeable. The worker who did the actual refacing was very good.

The price was excellent. The attentiveness and everything as far as I was concerned was great. Overall, I rate them highly. I would use them again in the future.

They were great and I thought they did an excellent job. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We actually were planning to destroy the whole kitchen, new door, new hardware and additional cabinetry. We were very pleased with them. Kitchen Magic Company is in this business since 1948. I would rate them high overall. I got an estimate from another company for the same work but their price was 20% higher than Kitchen magic. I would use them again in the future.

We decided not to go with Kitchen Magic based primarily on cost. We went to Lowes, spoke with the kitchen specialist, and had new cabinets installed (Diamond) for $8500, and ordered quartz countertops for around $6000.

Installation was done on a Friday. They were let into the house to do their work with instructions to call when they were finished. They never called when the installation was finished; they just left the house. After they removed the old shower stall doors they never cleaned where the track had been. They then installed the new shower stall doors and sealed with silicone right over the dirt which is now permanently visible. They also gouged the vinyl flooring while doing this install. In a different bathroom while installing the vanity and countertop they took a huge piece of frame out of the closet door next to the install. They were also supposed to remove the large mirror above this vanity which they neglected to do. The new vanity is 4 inches higher than the previous one so the mirror is now trapped behind the new vanity. When I returned from vacation and called them to try to rectify these situations no one ever returned my call.

They were very good and professional. They came when they were expected. They finished the job in the time that they quoted. They seemed to know what hey were doing, and they were very courteous. They did good work.

Every one I encountered was extremely professional and qualified. The designer and the carpenters all had over 20 years of experience. They offered ideas and options I would not have thought of. I am very pleased at how nice the cabinets look. They look like new cabinets. Carpenters Joe and Chris were professional and pleasant to work with and I was comfortable having them in my home. There was a little confusion when scheduling the installation of the countertops, but my phone calls were returned quickly and the schedule was straightened out.

At this time we couldn?t swing it financially so we didn?t do the project. They had a lot of samples to show and the gentleman that came out to do the estimate seemed knowledgeable about the product that he was offering. They got held up at their last meeting so they were about an hour late arriving. We were looking for financing and they do not do it. I would look into using them in the future because they definitely have good products and I liked what I heard from them.

They were okay. Before they had come out, I had told them that I wasn?t interested in making a purchase when they come out. I had specifically told them that I didn?t want any high pressure sales. However, the lady from Kitchen Magic Corporation told me that they?d come out anyway and give me a run-down on their products. When the guy came out, he walked me through everything. In the end, however, he really tried to sell me something. Later, he gave me a quote and I told him that I?d have to think about it. I was going to call them in a few days for the counter tops. He told me that I had to agree to the price that very day. I was very disappointed because I didn?t want them to pressurize me. I am not sure if the lady whom I had spoken to, conveyed my message to him. Everything else was great with them. They were very responsive and punctual. I will not recommend them to anybody else. They really left a bad taste in my mouth.
