"I felt like Gary abandoned my projects. I hired and paid for him to finish our basement/attic. I also had a few other projects like a fireplace remodel, kitchen tiling, and doorframe build that I needed. He finished the basement and quoted me for the others but said he would have to go to another project and come back after Christmas, then New Years, then he didn’t know. I have been calling, texting, and always get a runaround and a bunch of excuses. Miguel, his assistant, was great and always went above and beyond and provided great customer service. With Gary, it felt like pulling teeth to get my projects finished. He even left my finished attic with no door on the crawl space. My contract said “finish trim work in attic” and he claimed he didn’t know there was a crawl space door there when he quoted me so I’d have to pay someone else to do it. Honestly, I’m pretty sure that was an excuse to just be done with my project and on to a bigger dollar project he had lined up. I think he’s blowing me off now because he’s chasing higher paying jobs instead. Disappointing when someone doesn’t keep their word, so be wary of that. If you have a bigger dollar job, you’ll be fine until it gets to the end and he’s ready to move on and leave loose ends on your project. I wanted to give him a chance to redeem himself, but he doesn’t seem interested."

"I am so happy that we found Krain Construction. Brian and his crew really brought our vision to life. We wanted to build 2 stories on top of an already existing foundation that only had a roof on it. We had a hard time finding someone to do it but Brian had no hesitation. He drew up a floor plan and we loved it. His crew built the new frame for our house, did the siding, doors, windows, decks, gutters, hvac. My husband and I are going to do the interior part of the house. If we had any issues we could easily text Brian and he would resolve them quickly. If we had any last minute changes, he would work with us. Very personable and professional. LIAR AND THIEFS I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with this company NICK the one who promised me stuff on my set of blueprints the company never did and when I told them they never held up to their agreement I was supposed to get a full set of big prints now they want to charge me extra 500 to send them when I can get it way cheaper are you ridiculous I’ve all ready paid 7000 and that I never got quoted I was quoted 4000 and then they hit me an extra 3000 grand nothing but headaches and problems with them no communication or nothing and all I got was a bunch of lies and broken promises and never knew who I was gonna speak to the next time I called my project kept getting handed off I’m hoping when I take these to my county they don’t laugh at me AND IM TALKING TO A LAWYER"
