Description of Work: I had an issue with my garage door with the closing and opening of the door. This issue would occur at different times not everyday but enough to make it a great inconvenience. The gentlemen from Shank Door, evaluated the issue and fixed it with great speed and accuracy. I will definitely put Shank Door at the top of my garage door and motor use.

Description of Work: The gentleman from Shank Door came to inspect my garage door because I kept having puddles of water entering into my garage. Thank goodness, it only required 2 relatively quick, inexpensive fixes. I was so afraid that I would have had to replace the garage door; thanfully, that wasn't the case! So far, no more puddles! YAY!!! Thanks so much Shank Door!

Description of Work: My car was trapped in the garage after the spring broke! We called them on Monday and they came on a Thursday. Our neighbor had a new garage door installed by them and said they did a good job. They came and replaced the one spring with two springs, one on the left and one on the right side. We wanted one strong spring and he suggested two springs for better strength.They also replaced a brace that was ripped off of the door plus the metal guide wire that broke on one side of the door. Overall we were very happy with the service and the cost!

Description of Work: The company was a subcontractor who installed two garage doors on my newly constructed home. They did provide warranty service to correct a post purchase problem effecting the smooth closing of the doors. Their minor adjustment fixed the condition.

Description of Work: Sold us a garage door Insulated r17 rating and the price was extremly reasonable. Very professional. In the next two weeks we should be receiving our garage door. Did not pressure us into a more expensive Garage Door, like most companies try to do. I hate getting pressured or feeling like I am so dumb that I have no idea to think for myself by sales people, But Shanks Estimator was completely professional and did not put on the pressure, thank you very much.

Description of Work: I called because my garage door opener broke halfway up. I could not get the pull chord to release the garage door. I could not push the door up or down. I called Shank's to ask if someone could help. They sad the dispatcher would get back to me. I waited and waited. I finally called back. All Alan the dispatcher could say was his men were busy. They just lost themselves a sale on a new opener.
