Description of Work: Contacted this company for an estimate to repair and update main bathroom. They were professional, provided a detailed estimate that was clear and easy to understand. I was unable to have the work performed at the time due to cost and extenuating circumstances. However, based on my current experience with having this work done through another avenue, I would probably call on Cratsa Construction again to provide a bids for future work in my home.

Description of Work: No work was performed. Nick Cratsa came to our home to discuss remodeling our kitchen. The meeting was pleasant and seemed to be productive; although, if I were one who is easily offended or put-off by certain comments, I may not have been happy with this meeting. In the end, Nick indicated that he would provide us a quote for the work, in a few weeks time. After one additional phone exchange, to let us know that the quote would be delayed a bit (it was good of him to let us know), we didn't hear from him again.

Description of Work: Called for an estimate. Response was excellent and Nick showed up when scheduled. He was polite and seemed to know what he was doing. His on-the-spot estimated price was way out of our league and he chose not to give us a full estimate.
