Description of Work: My furnace was blowing cold air. I called first thing in the morning because it was 58 degrees in my house. They had a guy at my house within 30 minutes. In the meantime I turned off my furnace and turned it back on and it started to blow warm air. The technician said he would come anyway to make sure nothing was wrong with the unit. He checked over the furnace and made some external safety repairs and recommended that I not put much money into the furnace should it break down as it is very old. This is the second time that I called Accurate and the second time they provided prompt professional service. I will always count on them.

Description of Work: Over the year 2014 they updated the HVAC in a space that my business rented. They replaced two boiler units, rerouted pipes on an existing water heating system. They provided troubleshooting as needed without additional cost. They worked at convenient times (including after hours and weekends) so they did not interrupt my business. |They provide excellent service, are extremely pleasant to work with, and their cost is much less than you would pay for a larger company. |They are "superior" as well as Accurate!

It turned out well. We still have the same system so they did a good job of maintaining it. They did everything we asked them to do and they did it at a fair price. We were happy and would use them.
Description of Work: They did maintenance on our radiator system, including replacing a pump and tightening up some of the connections that were dripping.

A company cannot just be judged on how well a job goes, but should be judged by how they perform if something doesn't go as planned. Accurate Heating installed Radiant heat in the floor of my old house (old houses can be a challenge). When I felt that the heat from the floor was not as hot as it should be, John from Accurate Heating came out on numerous occasions (AFTER I had already paid the entire cost), because, as he says, he "guarantees the work." He is true to his word. When we determined that the crawl space under the floor was just so cold that it was reducing the efficiency of the heat in the floor, he came up with several alternative solutions and made sure he provided the optimum heat that we needed in the room. I would recommend this company without hesitation and would use them again. I think they do very good work, and they guarantee your satisfaction. He did many things to help our heating system that he did not charge us for. Nice people, responsive - excellent!

Accurate came out right away when I called, inspected and gave me an estimate for the work needing to be done. They ordered it and we agreed on a day to install it for two weeks out simply because I needed to work it around my work schedule. They showed up right on time, the day we agreed on and installed it in one day with no hassle. They were very professional.
Description of Work: I had a 100,000 BTU Heater unit with an air cleaner and chimney liner for my 1375 square foot home installed. Also, I paid for a ten year parts and labor warranty.
