Good at first and the crew was very professional during the installation. However, there was follow up work that needed done and that is where the dissatisfaction begins. The work was performed in an gutted upstairs that was in the process of being renovated which took longer than expected (from a divorce). Anyway, I later identified one of the Unico vents to a bedroom was not hooked up (and still not hooked up). Brandon gave his word that when the renovation is complete, to give him a call to finish installing the vents to the tubes. Upon requesting completion of the installation, he wanted to charge a service fee. I am sorry but this is not how you treat customers by not honoring one's word on a $10k job.

This is a local, family-operated business. They got the work done in half the time they originally estimated. The man who came to the house to give us the original estimate participated in and oversaw the installation, which we liked. All workers were professional and respectful. Cleaned everything up once the installation was complete, and made sure we knew how the use the new system. Price was quite reasonable according to our research.

Our furnace would not fully turn on and blow hot air this morning. We called Accurate around 8:45am and a technician was here diagnosing the problem before noon. The office person provided a clear window when the repair person would arrive, he called to confirm address and gave a precise update regarding arrival time. He was courteous, including putting covers over his work boots while inside the house, quick to diagnose the issue of a blower failure, and clear about the repair. Fantastic experience.

I had prompt and responsive results from Mary Beth and the rest of the crew. Although they don't normally deal with mold problems, they were nice enough to take care of that as well. They were here two times to take care of everything and they were professional and punctual. I would definitely use them again (hopefully not anytime soon!) and would recommend them highly.

Called to make an appointment to set up an estimate for a new air conditioner and furnace replacement. They gave me a two hour window the next day, which seemed prompt, quick, and professional. However, they never showed up. Never called. Not another word. Oh well. On to the next heating and air company.

Work performed quickly and successfully

they installed new AC and Furnace, they were able to move the hot water heater into a corner to save space. workmanship was good. the humidifier however took up more room than originally discussed causing me to have to adjust walls of a new bathroom but there wasn't anywhere else to put it. they were late arriving by a half day which put install back half day

I don't think I've ever been more happy or satisfied with a service provider; this was a great experience. We got quotes from several places for this work; Accurate came in with the best price. The work was schedule within a couple weeks of getting the quote, and the installation went very quickly, and without any issues whatsoever. My wife and I are extremely impressed with the quality of the work, and with the operation of the system. We were a little nervous that the high velocity system would be a bit noisy, but honestly this installation is as quiet as any standard forced air system I've heard. I can't express enough praise with how well this went. We will certainly use Accurate for any future work that we need to have done.

Not only did a great and professional job, they also saw that I had not completed a job on my venting of water heater and closed off the chimney where duct went in. They were very clean and good at what they do. All the work looks fantastic and they went all around house several times to ensure new ductwork was sufficient. Pricing was good as we had other quotes and we researched furnaces for quality and price. They also allowed us to keep our old air filter box which saved money. In addition, about two weeks before our scheduled install, our existing furnace died. I called to tell them about it and that we have a newborn baby in the house. They came out that very morning and did not charge us since we were replacing the entire unit later.They diagnosed and replaced a component that got it up and running.

I am a consistant customer of Accurate because they are so great. The technician is very prompt, professional, and gets the job done well. I have had to make 1 emergency call to them and help was on the way and at my home in well under an hour. Their pricing is very fair, even for the emergency visit, and I am very pleased with their service. Highly recommend!

Brandon came got it done and was gone within the hour. he was excellent, as was Mary Beth who works at the office. I would be more than happy to refer them to others or to invite them back for future projects.

As always, Accurate was on time, professional, and did quality work. We didn't expect them to come on the weekend, but due to an overflow of calls, they had to shift some of their work to Saturday. John found the issue quickly, and corrected it quickly as well. Great and friendly service, and a good price for weekend work. Accurate has always done an outstanding job - for the initial furnace and A/C installation, and for all of our maintenance and problems. We highly recommend Accurate to all of our friends and family - and now to Angie's List.

We woke up to find out that the furnace was not 'kicking on'. We called the emergency number that was given when we called the main number. Within 15 minutes, Mary Beth called us back. Within 1 hour, Brandon was at the door. He diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced the ignitor which was bad. Within 3 hours of placing the initial phone call, our furnace is working again. We will ALWAYS use Accurate; there isn't any reason to look elsewhere. Thanks!!!

They have always been good. They are great, they come when they are supposed to, and I am very happy with them.

I wouldn’t recommend them. It didn’t solve my problem. In my opinion, they are not very knowledgeable on repairing furnaces. They were the ones who put the furnace in when I bought my house about 20 years ago and I didn’t know what kind of work they did but they serviced the original furnace in my house over the years but I had them come back and do something and they didn’t solve my problem and I paid $300 for a new computer board and didn’t solve my problem in my opinion and I got other repair people and I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody. It was a service call and that and I didn’t have a problem with it. I’ve had them to do some work for me over the years. Sometimes the service has been okay but this last time they did something for me and I wasn’t happy with the work and I wouldn’t recommend them.

We really like him a lot. He is prompt, and he is professional. Our furnace went out several years ago, and he was right there, and put a new furnace for us. He is the one who does all the work, he doesn't send anybody else. He always comes right before we turn the furnace on to do the inspection. He doesn't send anybody, and we have developed a relationship with him over the years. He is friendly, and professional, and I guess his prices are right, because we continue to use him.

They were prompt. I wasn't here, but my wife was, they seemed to know what they were doing and they just had to come and go about their business. If they have any questions or they need to find anything they take the time to do so.

I have had very good experience with them. They were responsive, and once they did what they had to do, it seemed to work well.
